• Jose (7/5): cumple con la excelente ubicación - buena ubicación a pocas cuadras del centro histórico. Estacionamiento aunque no es propio es amplio y tienesa acceso 24 hrs. La alberca muy a gusto la habitación no tiene buen aislamiento de ruido, empezaron a limpiar la habitación del piso de arriba a las 730 am y se escucha todo el movimiento en nuestro cuarto. Se ve que es un hotel nuevo y tiene detalles por reparar, por ejemplo en nuestro cuarto la llave del lavamanos estaba chueca y floja.
• Ana Alicia (9/5): - La habitación, clima, cama muy cómoda, buena presión de la ducha, elevador, cercano al centro caminando Estacionamiento a una cuadra en otro hotel, personal muy seco en su trato sin dar ninguna recomendación ni amenidades del hotel, solo te contestan si preguntas algo, que desde las 11:30 am me enviaron WhatsApp para recordarme que si no desocupaba a las 12 habría una penalización. Aunque era un mensaje en tono neutro se siente como si te estuvieran corriendo del lugar
• Elia (7/5): - Ubicación Las almohadas so durísimas. A las seis de la mañana las señoritas de la recepción riendo y platicando. Nos tocó un cuarto a un lado de la recepción, nos despertaron por su ruido. Al baño le hace falta un tubo o algo para que una persona mayor se detenga.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura unicamente una notte in quanto siamo stati solo di passaggio per Merida. La stanza disponeva del necessario. Per chi è alto il letto è un po' corto. Assenza di asciugacapelli ed il parcheggio privato è presente altrove, non è nell'hotel. In ogni caso è possibile parcheggiare su pubblica via gratuitamente.

The building is new and there’s also an elevator The room constantly smelled of intense humidity, since there’s no ventilation system and the only windows are facing the corridor, therefore if you have them open you have zero privacy.

• Mary Alice (9/5): Great location and convenient. - Great location within walking distance to the historic center of Merida, restaurants and shops. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Our room was clean and nicely furnished with plenty of space. Although we did not use the pool, it was very pretty and very clean. 1) Doors to rooms were heavy and wooden and there was noise from occasional guests slamming doors. Our room was tucked back into a corner on the second floor and hot water took more than 5 minutes to arrive after turning on the tap.
• Andrea (6/5): Discreto - La posizione, la colazione al mattino preparata al momento La nostra camera era adiacente al ripostiglio del personale delle pulizie che, alle 7.00 del mattino faceva parecchio baccano, se sono in vacanza gradirei non essere costretto a svegliarmi alle 7 del mattino perchè sembra di essere al mercato ortofrutticolo. La finestra della camera è sul corridoio ed è impossibile tenere aperto per far circolare aria.

• Francois (9/5): Petit hôtel à prix abordable, bon emplacement. - Après la première nuit, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, car nous y séjournions 1 semaine. Nous avons apprécié la chambre 204, suite avec balcon. Plus d’espace et plus de luminosité. Possibilité de déjeuner sur place payant, même si le menu est limité. Centro historique accessible à pieds (10 minutes), ainsi que de la station d’autobus Aldo (15 minutes). Lit et literie confortables. Ménage et changement des serviettes faits tous les jours. La chambre était très propre. Il y a une forte odeur d’humidité très désagréable. Si comme nous, vous y êtes pour plusieurs jours, le menu est redondant pour le petit déjeuner.

• Lisa (5/5): - L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des alentours. Le prix est également plutôt attractif, ce qui peut sembler être une bonne option au premier abord. Malheureusement, le séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur. Le ménage laisse clairement à désirer et la chambre avait une forte odeur d’humidité. Il n’y a pas de vraie fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, seulement une ouverture sur un mur, ce qui rend la pièce assez étouffante. L’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas et l’escalier est extrêmement bruyant, surtout avec les valises que les gens traînent ou font claquer sur les marches, difficile de dormir correctement dans ces conditions. En résumé, même si l’hôtel n’est pas cher, l’expérience reste décevante. Je pense qu’il est possible de trouver bien mieux ailleurs pour un budget similaire.

• Vivian Christine (3/5): Nicht empfehlendswert - Lage ganz gut inkl. Parkplatz beim Partnerhotel um die Ecke Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, nicht sauber und komplett wackelige Armaturen. Kein Föhn vorhanden (auch nicht auf nachfrage) und auch kein Warmwasser zum Duschen.

• Philippe (3/5): Niet voor ons - lawaaierig en rook muf..... - niets, we zijn na 15 minuten vertrokken en hebben ander hotel geboekt Receptie was donker (lichten waren gedoofd) We hadden een kamer op het gelijkvloers, bij het binnenkomen van de kamer rook deze muf (vochtig). De kamer was te klein van wat we verwacht hadden, geen vensters (tenzij op de gang). De kamer was gelegen naast een stalen trap. We hebben 15 minuten op de kamer gezeten en het geluid van op de gang en de trap kwam gewoon de kamer binnen. Dit konden we niet accepteren en we hebben onmiddellijk een ander hotel geboekt. Na 15 minuten uitgecheckt en beter hotel gevonden op 5 minuten van dit 'hotel'. het zwembad stelde ook niets voor en was volledig zonder zon. Ontbijt hebben we niet genuttigd maar ook daar was het donker (geen lichten aan).

El lugar muy seguro , el personal amable . Había pan y café de cortesía . Las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas , eran un poco duras .

• Anouschka (6/5): Disappointing stay, not worth it - Good location. Correct staff. Our room was not what we expected. The floor was sticky and just not quite clean. We found strange crumbs in our bed. There was also a disturbing chemical smell due to some sort of air refresher in the bathroom. The shower had lower water pressure. There was a lot of noise coming from the bathroom day and night (probably from the water pressure regulator). The room in general did not have a lot of natural light either.

• Kini Rosado (10/5): Estancia agradable y cómoda - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del centro. El cuarto muy amplio con cama muy cómoda y el baño igual de bien. Cuenta con alberca y mini jardín para pasar un rato agradable. No hay mucho ruido a pesar de estar cerca del centro. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero si hay convenio con uno que es 24hrs, eso está muy bien. Solo tuvimos un detalle con el desagüe de la regadera, el agua se acumula y tarda un poco en drenarse, sería el único detalle.

• JOEL ENRIQUE (8/5): Buena. El personal es amable. - La hubicacion es céntrica. El wifi es malo en la habitacion102 desconozco si así es de malo para otras habitaciones. Tuvimos que solicitar dos veces toalla extra ya que eramos 3 y solo ponían 2 y en una ocasión durante la limpieza no retiraron una toalla usada . Por el costo conviene mas tomar habitacion al momento de tu llegada qué una reserva.

Our shower had long black hairs stuck to the shower wall - not ours as I’m bald and my wife has blonde hair! They were very obvious but missed by the cleaner!

• Erika Alejandra (5/5): - La ubicación es muy buena y está cerca del centro lo que facilita moverte La habitación estaba bien Pero les falta mucho en el aspecto de la limpieza, el baño , siento que solo lo limpian con un trapo y lo pasan al siguiente huésped, las orillas de la habitación estaban muy sucias . En el baño es muy notorio la falta de aseo porque no tiene drenaje de salida para que se vaya el agua cuando lavas el baño . Las escaleras del hotel las considero bastante peligrosas y están a diferentes niveles los escalones. Les faltan servicios como plancha y secador de pelo

• Carolyn (7/5): I enjoy the property, but because of the noise in the bar fridge, I’m not sure if I would go back - It was a quiet area in Merida. They had a nice rooftop terrace. Nothing fancy, but it was nice to be able to sit outside in the evenings. The pool was small, but it was nice for the children to be able to have a swim. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. I’m not sure if I would go there again because in the morning, starting at 7:30, it was extremely noisy. I was on the second floor, and I constantly heard cleaning carts rolling by on the balcony walkway, peoples luggage rolling on the walkway, I could hear people in the lobby in the restaurant area talking. And that continued until about probably noon. My friends said that they didn’t hear anything and they were on the third floor. So I might try it again, but I would want to go on the third floor. The other thing I didn’t like was that there was no fridge in the rooms. We had brought wine and wanted to keep it chilled. But we couldn’t.
• Femke (6/5): Zit potentie in, wij kregen helaas een vieze kamer. - - Bed was comfortabel. - Auto kan je parkeren bij een ander hotel om de hoek. Dit hotel heeft zeker potentie, maar ons verblijf viel jammer genoeg erg tegen. Bij aankomst was onze kamer niet volledig schoongemaakt, dit was duidelijk te merken. De vloer was nog erg vies en de vloer van de douche al helemaal. Hier zagen we zelfs de haren inclusief elastiekje nog liggen van de vorige gasten. Uiteraard hebben we dit gelijk gemeld om dit goed op te kunnen lossen. Er waren geen kamers meer vrij, maar ze zouden het de volgende dag komen schoonmaken. De vloer van de kamer was toen inderdaad schoon, maar de douche was nog steeds niet aangeraakt. We hebben de haren inclusief elastiekje toen maar zelf weggehaald. Onze kamer (210) zat naast de afvoer van het hotel, dit hoorde je gedurende de dag maar ook de nacht.
• Yekaterina (7/5): Clean, central, smaller rooms, great for the price. - Good location centrally walkable to a lot of things. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was strong. Free parking lot around the corner at another hotel they have an arrangement with. Hotel felt modern and clean in the common areas. They let us check out an hour later. We only stayed for one night, if we stayed for longer the room may have felt too small. Both windows in the room faced into the outdoor hallways right outside so for any privacy you had to keep the shades down and wouldn't get natural light. The bathroom needed a bit of minor maintenance, like the faucet was loose, and some of the corners seem to be starting on some mold - what they really need are bathroom fans, otherwise it get super humid in there after showers and in that climate will definitely mold over time.
