Die Lage in Camden Town ist perfekt – mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung und nur wenige Minuten vom Camden Market entfernt.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die bequemen Betten und der viele Platz in der Wohnung. Ein großes Plus waren auch die zwei Badezimmer – gerade bei mehreren Personen wirklich super praktisch.
Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen!
- Lauren (8/5): Comfortable, well connected and modern flat. - The area is great, lots of amenities nearby. A fantastic coffee shop “Krossofs” just a five minute walk away. Lots of supermarkets and places to eat as well.
We really liked the size of the property, super value for money. A great base for a family to go off and explore London. Well connected, Kentish Town tube stop not far away and much quieter than Camden Town.
The property is modern, the host left tea, coffee and washing up items for us, which made our stay easier.
We would definitely return. The apartment is on a busy main road and although the windows are well insulated there is still some noise from traffic, but it’s London, I suppose nowhere is silent.
- Birgit (8/5): Schöne Wohnung in top Lage! Gerne wieder! - Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Die Lage perfekt, mit Bus und Tube alles schnell zu erreichen, Camden Market in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der direkten Umgebung alles, was man braucht, 2 Supermärkte, Restaurants, tolle Bäckereien und nicht zu vergessen ein wunderbarer Buchladen!
Der Kontakt zur Agentur war jederzeit perfekt! Vielen Dank dafür!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.👍 Eine der Duschen ließ sich leider nicht richtig umschalten - lag aber vielleicht auch an unseren fehlenden Skills.😅 Da es eine 2. Dusche gab, war das auch nicht weiter schlimm!

- Alexandre Alassane (9/5): Un séjour excellent dans un appartement propre, spacieux et idéalement situé — j’y reviendrais sans hésiter. - J’ai vraiment aimé cet appartement : très propre, agréable à vivre, parfaitement situé et spacieux. Le grand espace de vie, les deux chambres, les deux salles de bain et la cuisine bien équipée ont rendu le séjour très confortable. Les instructions pour accéder à l’appartement étaient très claires. Si je revenais à Londres, j’hésiterais pas à réserver cet appartement à nouveau. L’enregistrement technique était un peu complexe au début, mais finalement tout s’est bien déroulé.

- Anastasia (8/5): Property in a very popular location, close to amenities. - The property is located in a very popular area and is close to everything someone my need for their stay. There is outdoor area also, it is not a balcony, but the doorway which is part of the entire complex I think, nevertheless the apartment is last on that corridor, therefore a bit more secluded. The bedrooms are clean and big, there is space and amenities / facilities were great - everything you may need. Internet was hit and miss and I think others have commented on the signal too.
There was noise from the bedroom windows due to the main road, though there was double glazing and black out curtains which helped.

- Einat (10/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommended - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, bright, and very spacious, with everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet, and we felt very safe with the secure gate and intercom. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we loved coming back here every evening after exploring the city. Highly recommended! It was a bit difficult to figure out the exact location of the apartment and how to access the key when we arrived late at night. Other than that, everything was perfect.
- Melitta (8/5): - Die Wohnung liegt in einer gute Lage um mit dem Bus oder der U-Bahn ins Zentrum zu fahren oder zum Camden Market zu spazieren. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in Gehnähe.
Positiv war, dass alles Notwendige vorhanden war – in einem Beutel lagen Geschirrtücher, Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Zucker, Kaffeesahne, Geschirrspültabs etc., alles in ausreichender Menge. Die Unterkunft war relativ sauber, in den ersten Tagen roch es jedoch stark nach Chlor und Weichspüler. Wir waren zu fünft, eine Person sollte auf der Schlafcouch schlafen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Couch jedoch noch nass, sodass wir sie am ersten Nachmittag/Abend nicht nutzen konnten. Die betroffene Person musste zum Schlafen eine Decke unterlegen.
Zudem lassen sich die einzigen Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nur leicht kippen, wodurch Lüften schwierig ist; aufgrund der Straßennähe und häufiger Einsatzfahrzeuge mit Sirene war es auch in der Nacht sehr laut.

- Alison (10/5): Couldn't have been happier with our stay! - The property's location was perfect for our needs: a short walk to Camden Town tube station and my son's work. The Kentish Town overground station, which is even closer than Camden Town tube, was undergoing renovations. We knew about in advance so were not surprised; and it is slated to reopen by year's (2024) end. There's a Tesco Express just under the flat, and many shops and restaurants nearby. Being in a bustling city, of course there is some street noise, but honestly it didn't bother us at all; the double windows did a good job.
The flat itself was well-equipped with everything we needed. The full kitchen (including dishwasher) was so handy, as was the washing machine, both of which we used. Having two full bathrooms and two bedrooms allowed us to spread out and have our own space. The beds were extremely comfortable and the heat worked well. Being there in the winter, I cannot speak to how cool the flat keeps in the summer. The t.v. worked well and we enjoyed some downtime watching Netflix after long days exploring the city. We were there for a week and much to our surprise, there was a mid-week complimentary cleaning service offered (we declined because we didn't feel the flat needed it).
Communication with the hosts was seamless and they always responded to my inquiries promptly. My security deposit was returned within a couple of days of checking out. Two sets of key fobs would have been really helpful. The wardrobe in each bedroom is a good size but we would have liked more hangers for our clothes. The larger bedroom had a dresser for folded clothes but the smaller one didn't. There isn't much room for one in the smaller bedroom, but since the wardrobe in that room is huge, perhaps some shelves or a dresser can be put in one section of the wardrobe. There weren't outlets for the hairdryer in the bathrooms, so we had to dry our hair in the living room. Not a huge issue, but not ideal.

- Siobhan (7/5): The location was great and our main reason for choosing the apartment.This could be a vey nice apartment in a great vibr - The location of the apartment is great. The entrance is just off the main Kentish Town Road.There is a lift up to the first floor.
This apartment is newly refurbished, myself and my husband where the first guests in it. We stayed 3 nights.
It is a spacious open plan apartment with two good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a very comfy bed. The second bedroom is also spacious and has use of a second bathroom with shower over the bath. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe hanging space. There is a washing machine but no dryer. I used the second bathroom as a drying room which worked well.
The kitchen has most of the basic equipment one needs.
The agency staff were very responsive and did do their best to assist with a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately the apartment was not guest ready when we checked in so there were a number of issues which the staff did try to resolve on our first day.
Of note, the two bedrooms face directly onto the very busy Kentish Town road. This was not mentioned in the apartment description.There are double glazed windows which don’t close completely and a second window in front of these which does close but does not keep out the traffic noise particularly in the morning which is very loud.
There where no instructions for the oven and no marking on the oven knobs so we couldn’t use it.
There were no drawers or shelves in the bedrooms for cloths but these were to be fitted when we left. There were other issues also which I won’t mention as I am assured they were to be sorted before any more guests stay.
