- humphreys (1/5): Very BAD! - Nothing. Found the place dirty, was full of hairs, the pictures of the place looks cleaner than the actual place. The host has no interest in making sure the person staying is comfortable, the staff has no patience, the service is really poor. Cleaniless is important the place was lacking that, long and tiny strands of hair every where, dirty dusty carpet, I found dirt under the bed. The host doesn't care about the person's stay, she is more keen on getting money. Bad service. Unclean place needs an extra clean before you can use anything.
- Norman (1/5): Terrible - Nothing I had a bad stay and the communication was poor did even get a good stay had to leave on Saturday because the was no parking spot and my car was lock because I used someone's parking had to pay R500 on top of the money I payed so I had a terrible time and won't even recommend it to anyone

- IGOR (10/5): - Мне понравилась сама квартира. Всё, что написал хозяин квартиры, - есть. Wi-Fi работал отлично. Местоположение квартиры, - магазины все рядом. Сам двор благоустроен. Я не знаю города Йоханесбурга. Мне сказали на ресепшен лучше не гулять поздно вечером на улице одному. Из аэропорта я доехал до месторасположение квартиры на Uber за 20 минут. Отдал за проезд 180 валюты ЮАР. Uber списывает деньги с банковской карты. С кодами для квартиры мне помогали дежурные на ресепшен. Очень коммуникабельный люди. В нашем городе не пользуются такой системой кодов для открытия квартиры. По городу я передвигался на такси. Неплохо было оставлять тапочки. Хотя может я их просто не нашёл.

The host was helpful atleast. my room did not meet my expectations, found hair inthe bed, the bedding was dirty, room smelled like someone just wokeup..definitely not what is shown onthe picture..

Also everything is close by you don't need to go far if you are not in the mood to cook, fast food restaurant are close to you. The reception night staff was friendly. The reception day staff was very rude and was not very welcoming. They are just sitting there and not responding when you talk to them
- Elia (9/5): Excellent - There was no breakfast at all. As it's a fully furnished apartment, I do not even think if providing breakfast would be feasible. Maybe the TV. At one point I wanted to watch some local (South African) and international matches but couldn't.
- Prince.750 (10/5): Memorable Trip - I liked almost everything about the place. The nice view from the window at night was a win for me. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were there. It seemed like the Netflix on the TV wasn't working, but luckily I had my subscription. So we used it to log in and watch something. But overall, I didn't dislike anything.

- Tshepo1984 (8/5): A wonderful stay with good views of Joburg. - A buzzing youthful place in the city with access to shops and restaurants. The lack of parking. On the ad it was priced at R150 per day but when you get to the place, the parking was not available. I had to look for secure covered parking which was convenient. Outside parking for overnight use I would not recommend.

- Katya (1/5): The worst place, I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy - Nothing, if I could leave a rate of 0 I would. The place was infested with cockroaches, they were even on the bed. The whole area is extremely unsafe I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here. There were screams calling for call comming from the streets. The reviews are extremely misleading. Just look at the reviews on Google given for the building (The Onyx) The place was such in bad conditions I left the immediate next day. The location provided in bookings is not the real location.

- Kgotso (10/5): Awesome. - Every aspect exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious. The view was amazing and the bed comfortable. Great location; Shops and restaurants are literally downstairs. The WiFi was strong and I did not experience any Loadsheding during my stay, I watched Netflix uninterrupted. The water is always hot and I liked the idea of having soap & lotion in the shower. Iron and heater is available plus an extra blanket. The host is courteous & friendly. Check in & out was simple. I highly recommend it and I will most definitely return. Nothing.

I arrived a little befor check in time, Neo was so kind to let me leave my bags while the room was being cleaned and the cleaning lady was very friendly and kind, she cleaned as quick as possible so I could go in but made sure that everything was implacable. I will definitely book again. A little loud with kids playing in the corridors, a lot of drunk people going in and out. This is about the building though.

- Judith (7/5): Good - the apartment is cozy with everything you need in a home. close to public transport they clean after 5 days or after every stay, you’ve got to be okay with cleaning after yoself coz for 5 days, trash will be smelling, the toilet, even kitchen utensils .
