- Hans Peter (8/5): Günstige Unterkunft mit Charme im Zentrum von Beziers - Originelle und gemütliche Unterkunft nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Netter Kontakt mit Nelly und ihrem Mann. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Der Schlaufraum ist im 1. Stock, Toilette und Dusche jedoch im EG.
- Candice (9/5): Tidy little space. - The property itself was lovely and clean. Francois was extremely accommodating and helpful. The shared courtyard/ access felt unkept and a bit rough.

- Richard (7/5): Overall, most enjoyable. - Its location, privacy and charm. Stairs, heating system and bit erratic, shower did not drain properly. Tap in kitchen wobbled and water was extremely hot. Plug in bathroom sink would not release.
- Joyal (8/5): Very good - Good location, well equipped kitchen including a filter coffee machine, cosy upstairs living area, good information and communications with host, interesting interior with exposed stone wall, comfortable bed, reliable internet. Curved stairs from lower area to bedroom and upstairs living would not be appropriate for very small children or people with limited mobility. They need to be used very carefully... This is made more challenging due to the fact that the toilet and bathroom are downstairs while the bedroom is upstairs. Also, the downstairs sofa is very uncomfortable. Lastly, the building hall needs some work.

The stairs, very sorry but they felt a little steep because the steps were small. There were no English TV channels. The remote control didn't work well.

- Margaret (7/5): Good - I liked the three separate areas, the windows and the breeze on the second floor, the courtyard, opening the front door to the place, proximity to la gare, the apartment was clean and the host was a good communicator. I didn’t like the garden, the foyer, the large chopping board (it doesn’t work, better to have two), the towels and linen in the cupboards meant less storage and the restaurant recommendations need to be updated.

- Judy (9/5): Superb - Located in a very central but very quiet part of the city, in a beautiful square . A historic and characterful building well renovated and equipped. This is a duplex flat / house in a shared courtyard. Beziers is a very interesting and ancient city. It is a place that will stay in your heart. Seems friendly and relaxed . Excellent communication with Francois and a bottle of wine as a welcome for those who enjoy. One tip the cutlery drawer is above the oven !!! A small secret drawer . I couldn't find it, but that might just be me. I can recommend a trip to the Canal du Midi and Sete. Also to the park, Plateau des Poetes, in the town centre opposite the railway station, which is a short walk away . Nothing, other than it has a curved staircase . The lounge and bedroom are upstairs and the kitchen/ dining room and bathroom downstairs . Some customers may struggle with the stairs.
- Harwin (9/5): Perfect quiet spot with southern France charm - Very beautiful decorated place with southern France charm. A very lovely and big shared patio (just one neighbour) with private outdoor space. Location is just perfect and a visit to city center is possible via multiple roads on just 5 minutes. Also enough parking space in this part of the city (even on the same street). If you would prefer more safety the parking garage is just a fede minutes walk. At arrival the doors and windows were open to cool down the house (airco during hot summers wouldn’t be a luxery). In the main room a drying rack was put down with stuff that doesn’t seem to be off the vacation house. Later on a woman, who didn’t introduce herself, was coming to get the loundry and didn’t return. Also not all of the cleaning stuff available or a duster to maintain the house during your stay.
