- 陽子 (2/5): 清潔感あるけど、運だと思う。 - 広くてきれい 深夜１時半。上の階から騒ぐ音や声がすごくて寝れなかった。ホストに電話しても対応は警告メールだけで解決しなかったので、直接自分が言いに行った。トラブルにならなかったからよかったけど、声や音がよく響くので気になるととことん気になるかもしれないです。あと、歯ブラシ1つ開封されていたし、寝室のエアコンのリモコンがなかった。部屋は広くてきれいだったけど、全体的な評価として残念でした。

- Wu (8/5): - Property was comfortably large for a good price, perfect for up to 3-4 travellers. Appliances were all easy to use and the beds were comfortable for those who like hard sleeping surfaces (such as older Asian people) and all bedding and towels were clean and in good shape. Normally I avoid using the applianced provided by apartment hotels but I felt comfortable to use them here. Potentially due to the property being older, some parts of the wall in the tatami room were peeling and the shower tile was stained yellow, the wood behind the shower door hinge was also moldy but all spaces that are commonly touched were cleaned very well. May not be suitable for extreme clean-freaks or people with allergies.

The washer/ dryer was very helpful to have available. It was great to have a home base that we felt at home in after a long day of site seeing. Apartment was close to a supermarket, convenience store, train station and a few great ramen places. No issues really. A few extra towels might have been useful.

Our unit was on the first floor one bedroom. The property had a modern feel. Self check-in and out was very easy. Our unit was clean. Loved that we had a bidet. The unit also includes a washing machine/dryer. The kitchen had everything you need. Plus the refrigerator looked brand new. The unit was very spacious. The shower area needs a bit of updating compared to everything else in the unit but it was still comfortable. The sponge container on the sink was a bit moldy. Overall those were just small things that didn’t affect the fact that we would definitely recommend this place and we will be return customers.

People who slept on futons reported it was as comfy as a proper hotel bed. The communication was also efficient, really handy to extend stay by 1-2h if feasible so it was great we could take advantage of that. Highly recommend, would stay again. N/A

Accessible with a lift and easy to find from the street. Large super market just down the road. The beds /pillows were quite hard. If you like that, then it’s good. Would have been good to have a fry pan and some oil to cook with.

Dryer filter was full/dirty so wouldn’t work but once I cleaned it out worked well. Maybe after each persons stay the filter should be cleaned.

The kitchenware were not as clean as expected and I saw hair in corners of the apartment. The walls and floor of the apartment were thin and we can even hear other guests walking on the upper floor. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the common area of the property but luckily it didn’t went into the apartment we stayed. Check-out was at 10am which was a bit rush for us.
