- Lietz (7/5): -
- Duane (8/5): - It was okay Workers kept watching every time I move around
- Raysean (7/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - They always make me feel like it’s home away from home. I stay for work so I go to bed very early and I’ve never been woke up by loud guest!! Nothing
- LuKhanya (4/5): Overpriced because of Derby. I cut my stay short because this was not worth the money charged at all. I felt ripped off - The location was great. It is classified as a suite/hotel. This is a long stay motel. Very disappointing, I did not see a rating before booking. 2 stars is generous., the location is what is the most appealing.
- Chris (7/5): -
- Maples (7/5): Decent, but could be better - Bed size There was water damage and clear areas that needed updating within the rooms. Decor, bed linens, paint, etc etc
- Rebecca (10/5): Staff is friendly - It was quite Nothing
- WellsMills (5/5): N/A - N/A N/A
- Calonya (5/5): - The bed was comfortable and I was on the first floor. It was in a nice area but everything does close early over that way. The lady who checked me in was nice and friendly, I wish I can remember her name. For the price and I do understand it was Derby weekend complimentary breakfast should of been served. The room was decent but not worth what I paid. I wish we could of opened the windows and let air in. The room was kinda stuffy.
- Megan (7/5): No frills, but clean. Great location. Friendly staff. - The location, room size, cleanliness Wall ac unit kept turning off. You can hear every footstep or conversation happening near your room.
- Rebecca (7/5): It was a nice stay for work. - Easy to check in, staff was friendly! My room had a musk smell, but nothing my lysol couldn’t handle. Since covid it goes everywhere with me.
- Darryle (10/5): Value for your Money - Great Stay, will be back👍 Quiet, easy to find, good location
- Ayers (10/5): It’s was peaceful - Clean Na
- Jason (7/5): -

- tracey (7/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): Love location, price and cleanliness need new AC units. - Pricing and cleanliness The AC unit in our room would not stay on and room got very hot
- Cory (10/5): Perfectly adequate for the needs of my solo trip - The location was convenient and the staff were very helpful You could tell the building had some age but I can’t fault that too hard. It would be a bit difficult to access for someone who needs mobility accommodations
- Bryan (9/5): - The cost was good. Fairly fresh remodel. Clean. Good neighborhood. Nothing
- Nebojsa (6/5): -
- alex8495 (8/5): - The hotel was good value for the price. Nothing special but not bad either.
- frank (7/5): A place to stay - Close to what I needed No breakfast the lobby is on the 2nd floor To get to the first floor you have to go too the back of the building. Room lighting poor I had to pay some extra tax didn't understand what that was about
- Karen (10/5): - Love this place! Nothing, everything was perfect.
- Pam (10/5): -
- Cassidy (3/5): - Easy access to stop on the way home from vacation We stopped to get sleep and didn’t get any sleep as there was a lot of banging around and walking till early morning hours
- Ambar (6/5): -
- Dennis (5/5): -
- Duffy (7/5): -
- mikara (5/5): Ok for a short stay - I wanted to stay here a second time before leaving a review so I could give a fair and honest opinion. If you’re just passing through for a quick stay, it may be fine. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.
The beds are pretty uncomfortable and quite noisy, so don’t expect the best night’s sleep. The bath towels and washcloths are also rough you may want to bring your own for added comfort. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.
The rooms feel a bit dated, and the AC unit seems to work on its own schedule. It’s manageable for a short stay, but not ideal for anything longer. The deposit is reasonable, which is a plus. Also, the lobby tends to stay very warm throughout the day.
Overall, it’s okay for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for extended visits if comfort is important to you. Dated rooms, squeaky bed, barely any channels on tv

- Kristi (10/5): - I was on the 2nd floor . The first nite of my stay was not great. The person located directly above me were extremely loud. Walking back and forth for 5 hours. I was awakened at 530am by someone yelling and again walking back and forth very loudly. The 2nd nite was fantastic no noise and no sleep interrupted. I don't believe anyone was in the room the 2nd nite.

- Susana (8/5): Decent place to stay - Place to rest N/a
- Susana (6/5): It was okay, super bright light beaming into my room was not helpful - A place to stay Extremely bright light right outside window not allowing me to sleep. Staff helped the next day by putting a blanket over the window seal.
- Susana (6/5): Place to stay with false promises - Location and a place to stay Staff stated that they gave me a special room where no one will be staying on the floor above me. This was promised to me on their own behalf since I am there for work and need plenty of rest (per staff). Turned out they did book the room above me since I woke up to my room shaking and bed above me creaking -.- this lasted most of the night. Oh well life happens
- Joung (10/5): -
- Rogers (6/5): - Vending machines did not work.
Definitely needs new flooring
No elevators
Shower towels definitely need replaced
- Joyce A (8/5): - The place was very clean and the cost was great.
- Raymond (2/5): I was very tired when got to the room. Slept but left as soon as possible next morning. - Good location. Very out dated. Room smelled bad. Not very sanitary.
- Sandyk1970 (3/5): - Not much! Everything
- Michael (8/5): -
- Angela (5/5): - Breakfast was not included in the price. This is an old hotel. It was clean but it's old so it can only be so clean and so nice. They make the best of what they have to work with. We prefer a newer place. Old building, old room. It was as clean as could be expected and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's just an old hotel.
- mikara (7/5): - Rooms were nice and big inside! Watch your items, bugs are present at night
- Carole (3/5): Not up to par - Had to wait an hour to get towels . Delayed our time leaving
- Willie (6/5): - Location Cleanliness could improve and it didn't have breakfast.
- Bryce (10/5): My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. - It was very quiet and clean. There needs to be more signs showing where the vending machines and ice machines are. Also more diet drinks options for the diabetics.
- Kinsey (1/5): dont do it - nothing the toliets didnt flush the bed was hard as a rock room had a terrible smell the air unit was loud it was a very bad over priced room zero sleep
- Cory (1/5): This place is not very good. Rooms sucked beds sucked cock roaches crawling on entrance door floors only good thing abou - Nothing Rude staff and rooms are very bad
- Piotr (9/5): -

- Tiffany (10/5): - Great location close to interstate
- Joseph (6/5): -
- Dye (9/5): Perfect - Great Nothing
- Marian (9/5): -
- Nick (8/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Just a one night stay traveling through - would stay again for this need. Main lobby and staircases could use some repairs
- Cindy (8/5): Great hotel for travelers - Big room, comfortable bed and clean premises. Basic accommodations for a great price. We will stay there when we travel to Louisville again. Difficult to find.
