- Tomasz (1/5): Syf w Nippori - Nic. Bród. Już od samego wejścia na klatkę schodową potworny syf. Po wejściu do mieszkania to samo. Ściany pomazane rękami. Zasłona albo poplamiona albo z wykwitem grzybów. Zepsute rolety. Podłoga brudna,.jakby ktoś chodził w brudnych butach po mieszkaniu. W łazience wywiew tak głośny, jak silnik samolotu. Nie da się spać. Nad łóżkiem jakaś dziura zaklejona jakimiś pakułami, które się rozpadają i widać grzyb. Mata przy łóżku poplamiona (albo wymiocinami albo ktoś nie zdążył do łazienki). Łóżka niewygodne, Wąskie i wyleżane materace. W wannie włosy poprzedniego lokatora. Mieszkanie to mała i śmierdząca nora na 4 piętrze bez windy, w której jedynymi meblami są dwa łóżka. Nie ma na czym usiąść. Od rana potworny hałas i odgłos ciężkiego sprzętu budowlanego na pobliskiej budowie zamiast widoku na Skytree. Do ceny wynajmu doliczana jest opłata 8000 ¥ za sprzątanie. Najgorszy nocleg nie tylko w Japonii, ale w ogóle z wynajmowanych na booking.com.

Major Security Risk: Their so-called "luggage storage" is merely an open public space at the entrance where anyone can walk in and out. There are no staff members on-site. It is extremely unsafe and prone to theft. The management refuses to take responsibility, only using "CCTV" as an excuse for their negligence. 2. Dishonest & Irresponsible Management: The host deliberately ignores messages and shows a complete lack of accountability. The facility descriptions are misleading. 3. Overall Experience: Given the security risks and the host's terrible attitude, I strongly advise all travelers to avoid staying here.

- Denisse (8/5): Buena ubicación para moverse por la ciudad 🙂 - La ubicación es muy buena: está en una calle tranquila, pero muy cerca de restaurantes, comercios y la estación de tren. El departamento contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Considero innecesario tener una cocina/estufa en la habitación y una bañera, ya que no contribuyen a optimizar el espacio. Sería ideal contar con un área destinada para las maletas y mejorar la calidad de las camas.

- 慕溪 (6/5): 若有煮飯需求這是一個可以應急的好地方，床很軟，坐落在住宅區，周邊有可以泡湯的地方不錯 - 從機場到附近車站可以直接搭乘sjyline ，第一次步行需要導航帶路約9分鐘，後面走習慣很快的；車站另一邊是有名的黃昏階梯，退房去機場前可以前往商店街去逛，商店街都在10點左右開啟，短短的，燒鳥一本100日圓很划算；走到底的藥妝店比較好買，車站旁邊那個不行(只是那邊地下室有比較便宜的牛奶...) 住宿房間的部分有提供基本熱水器、簡易冰箱、洗衣機(有洗衣粉)、微波、大平底鍋小鍋(沒有提供調味料喔)、菜刀菜板、碗盤餐具、鞋櫃、衣架、有提供大小各一條毛巾及吹風機，床跟枕頭很軟硬適中很舒服，有空調設備有兩個窗可以開，也有手動通風孔，淋浴間有乾燥跟暖房，洗完衣服可以用暖房，廁所抽風跟淋浴間抽風是連通的，把馬桶的關掉就會全關)，1樓外面有資源回收 沒有電梯喔!若買太多行李過重上下樓梯要很麻煩喔! 很明顯感覺得得出來是中國房東，因為入住的時候其實感覺沒有很乾淨，地板上有毛髮，鍋具有煮完未清的油(或許是上一組是歐洲人...)真的要開火煮正經的飯菜有困難，沒有作業空間...，插頭的位置因為改動原本設計方案所以不是在理想的位置，晚間睡覺的時候不知道是冰箱還是什麼設備運作聲略大，沒有衣櫃喔，衣架不多最好兩天就一定要洗一次 因為衣架沒那麼多，共通走道，沒空間把行李箱一值攤著都是站著的只剩門口大一點而已

Great location with lots of close places to eat, fabric shopping, and a convenient Yamanote line train. Appreciated the presence of the washing machine and shower with a clothes dryer feature. Had to clean everything yourself, cheap toilet paper, bed very hard, check-in machine had issues, the 5 story walk up really was brutal, could do with some hangers for drying things in the shower.

The key obtaining method could use some improvements. Clear instructions on how to put the lock code - 1 digit and wait for the sound then rotate to the next digit and wait before opening the key lock

- Amalie (8/5): Et enkelt og sentralt hotell - Sentral beliggenhet nære Nippori togstasjon (ca. 5 minutter gange), hvor det også er mange butikker og restauranter. Likevel er det svært rolig og fredelig rundt hotellet. Jeg bodde alene i 5 netter på et enkelt rom hvor man har alt man trenger. Flott å ha kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn, vaskemaskin og aircondition. Jeg sov godt på futonen, og siden jeg var alene fikk jeg dobbel madrass. Helt greit bad, med separat toalett og dusj-rom. Alt var rent og pent da jeg kom, og verten svarer raskt og hyggelig på melding via Booking.com sin chat-funksjon. Enkel innsjekk og utsjekk på egenhånd. Savnet heis da jeg bodde i 5.etasje. Litt rart at man ikke trenger nøkkel for ytterste dør, hvem som helst kan i teorien komme inn. Det er også her man kan sette fra seg bagasje før/etter innsjekk, det føltes litt utrygt men de har i det minste videoovervåkning. Skulle også gjerne hatt lystett gardin på rommet foran balkongdøren, det ble veldig lyst tidlig på morgenen. Kunne vært mer koselig / justerbar belysning i leiligheten.

- Shinyi (7/5): 空間不大，適合獨旅住宿，兩人有點小，民宿有附微波爐以及小型灶台，可以稍微煮東西吃，整體住宿體感還不錯，冬天去的話，睡得位置要離開床框，會漏風很冷 - 距離車站近，走幾個路口可到達日暮里車站，不會太遠 似乎少人住宿，門框縫隙有粉塵未清理乾淨，呼吸道會過敏的要注意下

- BERNARD (9/5): Great for a short stay - Convenient walking distance from Nippori station. Lots of food around the place and a drinks vending machine right outside. Room is comfortable and clean. Can be a little cramp if you have luggages in the room.

- Carola (6/5): Clean apartment in quiet street close to Nippori station - Great location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Nippori station, which has access to an airport train (Skyliner) and public transport (for example Yamanote line). The apartment was very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, access was easy and check-in / check-out was not complicated at all. Facilities were good and convenient, nice shower, quite big fridge with freezing compartment. It was very small for two people with suitcases, there was hardly enough space to put and open a suitcase. I think it's better for solo travellers. I know it's not easy in the tiny city apartments, but maybe it would be possible if the room was arranged differently... beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. There were not enough electrical outlets to use all the things in the room, for example if you wanted to use the microwave, you had to unplug the electric kettle. Of course we managed and it's not a big problem, but there is room for improvement.

- Fuetimate.com (7/5): Good, but for this price probably you can find something better - Clean place but quite small, even for what we found in Japan. You can cook, and there is a mini fridge and microwave. Also washing machine for free and you can dry the cloth in the toilet with a very efficient system. You can leave the luggage before the check-in and after the check-out. Quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in Tokyo. It's true that this one, you can cook but not worthy the price difference. For 10-15€ less it would be a great place. We've never meet any staff, but they were reachable by phone with a quick response (to me this was not a problem but just sharing). Also there were no elevator, again, no problem to me, I'm traveling with a backpack.

- Lucas (7/5): Pleasant stay in a cozy accomodation. - The accommodation was clean and pleasant to live in with a washing machine and functional equipment. The accessibility to new ustensils everyday like (toothbrush, combs, razor, etc.) is a bonus. The host was very responsive and always found solutions to our questions (using WhatsApp helped with the fluidity of communication). The establishment is at only 5 minutes walking to Nippori Station. The establishment had no elevator and had a single, rather narrow staircase.
- Namirimu (7/5): I loved it ! - It’s clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is also nice and quiet. It had no elevator so kind of difficult to move around with luggage. Also there was rarely any one at the reception desk so if you have any questions it’s hard to find someone to help out.
- Gitana Chang (8/5): 空間小但設備齊全 - 若你是獨旅且想住很多天，也不想帶太多行李且飲食容易過敏的話，會推薦到這裡住宿。沒有工作人員打擾，不用跟不認識的人互動，房間小單人住舒適，大概台北1萬一個月套房的大小（雖然設備好很多），交通方便，日暮里出來走6分鐘就到，房間內有個人洗衣烘衣設備，房間內小廚房微波爐冰箱可以自行到附近超市（日暮里站出來有一間）買菜回來料理，這樣可以排除食物過敏源也可以省飲食費，浴室的洗髮和沐浴乳味道也很舒服很放鬆，白天天氣好不用開燈，夏天開冷氣很舒適。 若你是兩位身材較壯且行李多又只住一天又怕吵的話則不推薦這裡，房間小行李箱打開就沒位置走路，雙人床兩人睡過於擁擠，沒有電梯，樓梯小搬運行李箱不方便（24吋就有點難搬），若剛好住五樓又要搬一堆行李會很辛苦，沒有工作人員可以隨時解決問題，住宿費不算便宜，隔音效果不好記得戴耳塞，窗戶為毛玻璃，看不到美麗的天空，冬天走廊的窗戶沒密封會比較冷。
