• Hassae (3/5): Great Location but Raw Sewage Smell - The location was amazing. It was in the Covent Garden neighborhood. Close to lots of theaters and shops. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. I was supposed to stay in apartment 2. As soon as we entered the apartment there was a strong horrible smell of raw sewage. It permeated through the whole apartments. I realized it was coming from the bathroom which was adjacent to the bedroom. I contacted the owner and they sent someone over from maintenance. Thankfully he arrived promptly. However, I’m not sure what he used to try to fix the issue but it left a very strong chemical smell. The smell was so strong it burned our eyes and noses when we took a breath. There was no way we could stay there because it posed a health risk. We had to leave and rent another Airbnb. I contacted the owner to let them know and they said someone would get back to me with a resolution. But no one did. I will be filing a dispute to try to get my money back. The reviews were good, so many this was just one unfortunate incident. The apartment was in a great location so it would have been nice to stay there. But we couldn’t.

Las instrucciones para ingresar estaban muy bien explicadas y con fotos, por lo que no tuvimos ningún problema. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que son 2 pisos por escalera y si vas con maletas pesadas o con alguna persona con movilidad reducida es un poco complicado
• Sofia (10/5): Perfekt läge! - Perfekt läge, nära teatrarna. Fräsch lägenhet. Mycket praktiskt med två toaletter. Det fanns inte så mycket bestick och porslin, tex fanns bara tre gafflar, så vi fick diska ofta. Men det är bara småsaker, vi tyckte att lägenheten var toppen!

• Sim (7/5): The location is great, but I think the apartment needs some renovation! - First of all, the apartment's location is fantastic, situated in the best part of Covent Garden. Despite being a very lively area, there's no noise from outside. Having two toilets is a plus. The temperature was very good. Kitchenware is available; we didn't use it much, but it's sufficient for three people. I liked the communication of the building managers; they are easy to reach. *The biggest problem with the apartment is the SMELL! We stayed for a week. At first, we thought it was coming from the toilets, but I think the problem is in the drains. There's a terrible smell coming from the shower, toilets, and sinks, permeating the whole house! We had to keep the air vents running in the bathrooms throughout our stay, and I think you need to fix this urgently. *The floorboards creak a lot! If you get up early in the morning to get a drink of water, everyone sleeping can wake up! Even if you're on tiptoe! If you have young children, I think this is a big problem! *The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessed via narrow stairs; if you have very large suitcases, climbing them is a bit difficult. *The master bedroom and hallway are a bit narrow, making it difficult to store luggage if 3-4 people are staying. *We had a reservation for three, and it would have been a nice gesture to have a bed prepared for the child in the living room. Also, the pillows and linens could be better; they feel old and neglected.

• Fiona (9/5): - Wonderful location. Easy check in. Really great space. If there were some pads or something on doors. When they shut, they are so loud, and we could hear the room above. Same as the stairs; noisy wood. Absolutely minor gripe though.

• Eda (6/5): Central location makes this place a convenient - First of all, the location of the apartment was excellent. It was right in the heart of Covent Garden in London, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shopping options. The apartment faced the main street directly. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, and everything one might need in a home had been thoughtfully provided. Even small details like laundry detergent for the washing machine and an ample supply of toilet paper were a big plus for us. There were also tower fans provided in both the living room and the master bedroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. Communication with the host was easy, and they were responsive whenever we had any requests. It was also very convenient to have luggage storage available both before check-in and after check-out. However, the bed linens were not as clean as they should have been — there were some hairs and fluff on them. Thankfully, when we reached out to the host, they quickly provided a fresh set, which we appreciated. The biggest issue by far was the sofa in the living room. I truly hope the host reads this: please consider replacing it. It was incredibly uncomfortable and caused severe back pain over the two nights we used it. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a restful sleep because of this. Also, the small toilet was quite stuffy due to a lack of ventilation, and to make matters worse, the lightbulb there blew out just a couple of hours after our arrival.

• Dionne (10/5): Excellent property in an incredible location. - Communication with host was excellent, location was perfect for Covent Garden and all local central London activities. Entry was easy and property feels really secure. Property was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of toilet roll! Paid for late check out but cleaner arrived at normal check out time. I had already left but spent a long time going backwards and forwards to prove we had paid for late check out, by which time, my daughter felt guilty and left. A little disappointing to end the stay in the relaxing manner in which we had planned and paid for.

• Caroline (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Despite central location it was quiet overnight. Gaining access was a challenge. 3 codes were needed to access the flat via 3 different doors, only one code was provided. It took a few phone calls to get us in.
• Paul (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, very central to everything... Internal appearance of the property left a little to be desired, the paintwork was poor and needed to be refreshed. Cleanliness was ok but not great. In the main bathroom the shower door leaked and the adjacent floor was damp and therefore had a lingering smell because of this. Also the paint was peeling off the ceiling and the fixing to hold the shower head was broken and difficult to secure. It was also a little difficult to get the luggage up and down the stairs and narrow corridors...
• Tracey (8/5): Ok - The property was very clean and great location I had to sleep on a very narrow bed setee that never maid in to a bed. I was very uncomfortable and had hardly any sleep for the duration of my stay

• Kyomin (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, inside is cozy and lovely. Response is very quick and considerate. Sofa bed is not big enough, but still not bad.

Unfortunately the bed itself wasn't comfortable,it was made of metal and no headboard so we caught our heads a few times.Pillows were really flat.Very warm in the night.People above going to the toilet and having a shower through the night was very loud and coming and going from other apartments late.Stairs pretty steep if you have a young baby I would avoid.Main bedroom very small.so wouldn't come back Unfortunately.

• Nur (9/5): Perfect - Location was great. we stayed where we booked. The flat was clean. There were some snacks & coffee which was enough. It was easy to reach people who can help you when you need. Probably be there again, next time! It was hard to get in in the first place. Because probably before us, the door was not closed properly. So even if we enter the password, we couldn't open it for a while. And then suddenly we did :) There were a bit noise, if you dont like it. since the place is in very center. But it was ok to us!

• Siddharth (1/5): worst experience!! - location was good everything apart from the location was bad! no lift rude cleaning staff during checkout. cramped staircase no one to help you in emergency! at the end of the trip u feel u just paid for the location. guys don’t go for it if u travel with family and lot of luggage as it’s a logistical nightmare!!

Great location, the apartment has everything you need. Nice air flow when the windows were open on opposite sides, otherwise could get a little hot, (but it was particularly hot summer we were there) the fans also help. We met one of the cleaners who was lovely! Nothing we didn’t like.
