The apartment is clean and has all the furnitures you need without having to worry about anything. All shops, restaurants around. You just have to decide when to book it 😁 ALL WAS GOOD ENOUGH. - Inga (10/5): Nice place to stay when you visit London - Location, space, facilities. We could reach almost all places just by walking. Nothing, everything was just perfect
- Raquel (8/5): Muy buena ubicación, pero trato al cliente inaceptable - El apartamento está en una zona excelente, muy cerca del Big Ben. Es un entorno seguro y tranquilo, donde puedes volver incluso tarde por la noche con total tranquilidad.
Además, hay varios supermercados alrededor, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda y te permite sentirte como alguien que realmente vive en Londres. La ubicación, sinceramente, es maravillosa.
El apartamento en sí es bonito y cómodo. La gestión de la fianza me ha parecido excesiva. Se trata de una cantidad elevada que te solicitan varios días antes de la estancia y que no devuelven hasta varios días después, reteniendo el dinero durante más de una semana.
Además, como requisito para esa fianza, te exigen enviar una foto de tu tarjeta bancaria, algo que personalmente me parece inapropiado.
En mi caso, la experiencia fue especialmente desagradable. Me encontraba fuera y no tenía acceso a mi tarjeta física (uso el móvil), por lo que pedí poder enviar la fianza un poco más tarde. A pesar de no negarme en ningún momento a pagarla, recibí un mensaje a través de Booking en el que me indicaban que, al ser Semana Santa, se marchaban en breve y que si no enviaba la fianza y la foto de la tarjeta antes de una hora concreta, podía perder la reserva y el dinero ya abonado, quedándome sin acceso al apartamento.
Esto me generó un gran nerviosismo, ya que tuve que gestionar de urgencia que alguien accediera a mi casa para poder enviar esa foto. Considero que, para el precio del alojamiento, el trato al cliente debería ser mucho más comprensivo y profesional.
Localizar el portal de entradas es bastante difícil no te aportan ni siquiera fotos para saber dónde tienes que entrar.
En general, las indicaciones están bastante mal explicadas.
Los colchones son excesivamente blandos.
En la entrada del apartamento había telarañas en el techo exterior, lo que genera dudas sobre el nivel de limpieza.
El sistema de luces es innecesariamente complicado, con múltiples interruptores difíciles de entender. Incluso con ayuda, resulta poco práctico.
La calefacción no se puede regular de forma independiente, lo que hace que en algunos momentos la temperatura sea incómoda.
La comunicación con los gestores del apartamento ha sido, en general, deficiente.
- BAUER (10/5): Zentral, nah und trotzdem ruhig - Sehr zentrale Lage, alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Westminster Abbey ist wirklich nur 3 Gassen entfernt. Die Londoner U-Bahn ist ebenfalls sehr nah und daher war es mit Kindern und Handgepäck alles kein Problem. Die vollständige Wohnung kann schnell bestückt werden, es gibt einen kleinen Shop vis a vis und ein paar Gassen weiter findet man Tesco Express-Filialen. Ebenfalls sehr nah ein echtes englisches Pub mit super Bierauswahl. Die Dusche ist für einen fast 1,90m-Menschen etwas klein.

Es una maravilla - Prácticamente todo, es un sitio muy amplio, muy nuevo, tiene de todo, está a una temperatura de 23* todo el piso, lo cual me parece super acertado, ni frío ni calor, perfecto, una terraza muy amplia y muy buena ubicación a pocos minutos andando de la Abadía y del big ben (Aproximadamente 8 minutos). Fácil la recogida de llaves y todo muy bien detallado para su entrada. Es un barrio bueno con dos bares muy cerca, uno enfrente y otro 3 casas por debajo, y supermercado a 4 minutos andando y enfrente una tienda de conveniencia. Estoy segura de que si vuelvo a Londres cogeré este apartamento de nuevo. Y la fianza me la han devuelto sin problemas ni retrasos, obvio lo dejé todo tal cual me lo encontré. Me gustó menos que no tiene parada de metro cerca, la más cercana a unos 10 minutos andando y también es cierto que los interruptores de la luz son algo complejos, pero vaya que no es nada comparado con todo lo bueno que tiene el apartamento. Estoy muy muy satisfecha. Espero volver

It was very central and we were able to walk to a lot of places or take a short uber ride. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for a family if 4. The living and patio space was great. Especially loved having a washer/dryer. The mattresses were not comfortable. You could really feel the springs. I good mattress pad would really help.

Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, houses of Parliament etc. carpark a bonus. 2 bed, 2 bath perfect for travelling couples, friends etc . Secure gated building. Keys collected nearby and local Pub opposite gates. Long winded list of requirements/ rules etc. plus large bond. The light switches are unbelievably bizarre with about 6 small push buttons on each panel. It took out whole stay to work out what worked with what. We have travelled widely and never seen anything like it. The bathroom fan switch was above tall door and out of reach of my wife. Travellers should ignore the air con controls. It doesn't work. Just use supplied fans/ heaters.

- Sophie (9/5): Superb - It was really central and close to public transport. The flat was just off a street therefore mostly quiet. Everything was new and the beds were really comfortable. It was great to have two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Some parts were too modern. The light switches were pretty complicated and had many different options, too many options without them being labelled. It was also really hard to figure out the hearting which meant that during the night it was 28°c in our bedroom.
- Boyu (8/5): Overall good - Good location and parking is secure. The heating was confusing. The first night was dead cold and after the plumber came to sort it out, the following nights were like summer. There’s lack of adjustability in the heating system.
The access parking was extremely tight.

Also liked that the cleaner came to change sheets and towels one time during our stay. The heating system really need to be fixed, we couldnt turn down the heat other that turning off the boiler. The 2nd bedroom was so warm that it was impossible to sleep there without turning the heat of completely. The shower cabin in the onsuite bathroom is so small and almost impossible to use.

- Desy (9/5): Nice apartment beware of checkin process - The location was very good the lady messaging us was very helpful after a extremely difficult check in the place was clean and had everything you need for a short stay in London The extremely difficult and complicated check in process especially when we were outside in the rain outdoors see the property we were given no notice of a £450 deposit, a detailed online check in form had to scan and send id. Then get a code to go to the local shop to get the keys. Booking.com were complicit in then as we had our original booking cancelled last minute and they relocated us here

- Isom_md_mph (5/5): Would have been a lovely stay if not for the bug issue. - Large, clean and tidy common areas, back door patio with a lovely breeze, beautiful kitchen The bug infestation was distressing. Flying insects small (ants, something else) and some larger (big flys) crowding both bathrooms and crawling all over the faucets, drains, ceiling and floors. At one point, there were hundreds in the bathroom attached to a bedroom. I checked out early because there’s no way the place is sanitary when so many surfaces are touched by bugs. Surprisingly none in the common areas, just the bathrooms! Mattresses are not comfortable.

There are ants in the bathroom, the waste water in the sink doesn't drain properly. The toilet paper holder falls off. The toilet seat is unstable. The seals in the shower fall off. The cleaning of the appartement was very bad at the arrival.
