• Nataliya (9/5): A place you can call home in center of Como ❤️ - Beautifully designed hotel in the center of Como. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for a family — spacious, comfortable, and very well thought out. The location is extremely central, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Super clean. No parking available at the hotel, which is quite inconvenient if you’re traveling with luggage. The only option is a paid parking about a 5-minute walk away, costing €35 per day. While the distance may seem short, it’s not ideal when carrying bags, especially on arrival and departure. However, the staff is very helpful and accommodating, which definitely makes the overall experience more pleasant. We will definitely be coming back.

• ludovicog24 (2/5): Overpriced & Unprofessional: A 4-star facade with 2-star service - I stayed at this boutique hotel for over €400 per night, expecting a high-end experience. Instead, I found a structure that seems to target "one-time" international tourists, prioritizing aesthetics over actual substance and professional hospitality. The Issues: Lack of Maintenance: My room was very small, facing an internal courtyard, and poorly maintained. The key card reader was peeling off the wall, and the curtains were visibly stained. Hygiene & Breakfast: This was the most concerning part. On the first day, I found expired jam. I reported it, they apologized and replaced it. However, the next morning, I was served expired jam again. This shows a complete lack of quality control and zero communication within the kitchen staff. Inexperienced Staff: While the staff is young and polite, they are clearly untrained and unskilled for this price point. They seemed clumsy and unable to handle formal requests or issues effectively. The "Final Straw": Upon check-out, I left my luggage and a jacket (piumino) with the reception. When I returned, my jacket had vanished. The young staff member was clueless and offered no immediate solution. I was told a manager would contact me, but 24 hours later, I am still waiting for a call or email. Verdict: In a true 4-star boutique hotel, customer care is a priority. Here, you are just a number. If you are looking for real Italian hospitality and attention to detail, look elsewhere. Beautiful on Instagram, a disaster in reality.

• SaLuBa (7/5): Zentrales modernes Hotel - für ein Kurzaufenthalt in Como - Neues, modernes, komfortables Zimmer, sehr schöner kleiner Balkon zum hübschen Innenhof. Zentrale Lage sehr gut erreichbar. Eigentlich ruhig. Gut isolierte Fenster. Sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Personal unkompliziert und korrekt, schnelle Abwicklung Check-In und Out. Bequemes grosse Bett und top Badezimmer! Musik von der Bar/Bistro gleich unter dem Zimmer Nr. 20 von 8h - 22h nonstop hörbar (Bässe) und der Rückkühler der Klimaanlage/Lüfter (Innenhof?) nonstop wahrnehmbar. Schade, das Zimmer wäre sonst sehr ruhig. Die Türe scheint auch nicht isoliert zu sein, da alle Gespräche aus dem Gang und der Rezeption hörbar im Zimmer. Personal beim Frühstück überfordert zwischen 9-10 Uhr. Für ein 4* "Boutique Hotel" sehr wortkarger Empfang an der Rezeption.

Hotel was well presented, staff were fantastic and water pressure in the showers was awesome. Overall, very pleased. Not applicable.

• Ramona (9/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum und alles ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und haben alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr grosszügiges und modernes Badezimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reception befindet sich direkt an der Eingangstüre und ist etwas eng. Obwohl es stark gewindet hat, musste man in der offenen Türe stehen, da der Bewegungsmelder immer wieder ausgelöst wurde. Ausserdem fehlt eine Lobby.

Location is around the corner from a charming piazza (whose centerpiece is the church) where there are excellent outdoor restaurants. There was nothing I didn't like.

A great place to stay to have a nice end or start to a holiday in - We only stayed for one night and the hotel is in a really good position to enjoy walking the pedestrian area of the old part of Como. It’s quiet. The room had a fantastic bathroom and was spacious., If you have a lot of luggage and it’s raining , like it was when we left in the morning , it’s a bit difficult getting to the car to load in the luggage. Most people aren’t carrying snowboards though.

Banheiro ótimo, dos melhores que já vi na Europa. Mas o melhor mesmo foi a temperatura do quarto. Nem quente nem frio, o que não é comum na Italia no inverno quando eles tendem a esquentar demais os ambientes. Recomendo a todos. Nada, gostei de tudo

• Piers (9/5): Comodo y agradable. - Excelente ubicación para explorar la ciudad de Como. Comodo y limpio con un servicio muy atento. Recomiendo el restaurante a lado que está vinculado al hotel - comida deliciosa y muy elaborada. Tambien el desayuno. Las zonas comunes son un poco pequeñas. No tiene lobby como tal y cuando llegamos estaba toda el área alrededor de la recepción llena de maletas, por lo que supongo que no tienen conserje tampoco. Lo mismo para el servicio de limpieza - no deben de tener donde guardar las cosas, ya que el caro de la lavanderia y de limpieza estaba siempre en medio del pasillo.

• Anna (10/5): - Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno stupendo. Camera con vista Duomo in posizione centralissima: bellissima, moderna e molto confortevole, con letto comodissimo e una vista sul Duomo davvero eccezionale. Bagno completo di tutto, ambiente caldo e accogliente, doccia grande, accappatoi, asciugamani, ciabatte e ottimi prodotti da bagno. La colazione ci è piaciuta tantissimo…ottima qualità e ambiente molto confortevole, con sedute comode, poltrone ecc…Non ci hanno messo fretta nel lasciare la sala, nonostante ci siamo fermati oltre l’orario indicato, cosa molto apprezzata.

• ARANTXA (10/5): Un pequeño descubrimiento en un lugar priveligiado - Un pequeño gran descubrimiento en un enclave privilegiado. Ubicado literalmente junto a la catedral, el hotel se integra con la elegancia del entorno ofreciendo una experiencia boutique cuidada y exclusiva. La habitación un poco pequeña :-) poco iluminada y el desayuno un poco justo pero teniendo en cuenta que es un lugar de pocas habitaciones. Lo justo.
