• David (5/5): A week of wonderful family memories. - Great location. Quick check in. Unit was clean. Nice accessible TVs. Kitchen was tiny-two people couldn't stand in it at one time. Sliding screen door was old and didn't move well. Furniture was old. Pool wasn't heated. Door on second floor was only a screen and so noise and light traveling up there. We also rented 304-much nicer remodel!
• Karla (5/5): The island is great, things to do are many and there are alot of other places to stay - the location is pretty far away from most things to do. We drove over 30 minutes to be able to do most of the funh stuff on the island. the view from the balcony was amazing, right out to the ocean but the balcony is only useable for maybe 30 minutes. The air conditioning unit sits on the balcony and makes it very hot, can'tsit at the table and eat way to hot. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit and wwatch tv in the evenings. Also there are little thin blinds on the balcony that do not stop the sun from poring in if you sit in the livingroom area during the day. also if you have to contact the company about a problem while you are there, GOOD LUCK hope you don't get the guy we had treated me like an idiot over a non working toaster
• Paula (1/5): TERRIBLE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! - The location in Maui was about the only good thing regarding this property! NEVER stay here!!!! Our stay at this condo was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable or relaxing vacation. The unit does not have proper windows—only screens covered by shutters—which allowed significant road noise to enter the condo throughout the day and night. Construction vehicles, motorcycles, and general traffic made it nearly impossible to sleep. Additionally, the shutters have no curtains, so the room fills with light as soon as the sun rises. Because the condo is not fully enclosed, we also found insects inside, including on the nightstand in the morning. The patio is unusable due to the air-conditioning unit blowing hot air directly onto the seating area, making it extremely uncomfortable. The management company’s suggested “fix” was to place a fan outside to blow the hot air away, which was not an acceptable solution. Inside the unit, the kitchen cabinets and drawers are in poor condition. Although they appear freshly painted, they are loose and falling apart. While the listing states that the property has air conditioning, the cooling is ineffective because the unit cannot maintain a comfortable temperature without actual windows. We had planned a nine-day family vacation and were not willing to stay in these conditions. When we reached out to the management company to express our concerns and request a partial refund for the days we were unable to stay, we were told that the unit was “functionally livable” and that no refund would be provided. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns was extremely disappointing. Overall, this property did not meet basic expectations for comfort, quality, or customer care. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
• Elmer (10/5): It worth every cents!!! - I loved it,, we experienced to see the sunset, ocean view, seen the turtles from the balcony, and the place it’s really nice and clean and big!! If I book in the future I’ll be booking this place again!!! Thank you Kulakane, ALOHA!!

• Patricia (8/5): Lovely quiet spot to enjoy whales snd turtles! - Unit 306 was immaculate and surprisingly modern. The kitchen had been upgraded and was very functional. The unit is very quiet. The views are great, although slightly blocked by palm trees. The pool area is well managed. The outside of the building is old. There is NO elevator. The unit is up two flights of stairs, and there is a third stair in the unit to the master bedroom upstairs. Bathrooms are small but adequate.

• Jan (10/5): Amazing stay! - Everything was perfect! Accomodation was really nice, we had everything we needed and the location was amazing! The best thing is definitely the view - we were watching sunset and whales in distance! There is no sand beach, but you can get into the water if you are careful and enjoy swimming with turtles!
• Marilyn (8/5): There were a few small challenges with the condo, but overall it was very nice, and we had a very enjoyable stay. - The property was in a good location with an excellent view of the ocean, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo was nice. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrella. The AC was very loud and not sure it was working properly. The knobs on the stove are too sensitive and if you brush up against them, it turns the stove or oven on. You have to push the refrigerator door hard to make sure it closes.

We liked being able to walk to shops and a grocery store. The view of ocean is partially blocked by palm branches from a tree that sits right in front of the balcony.
