• Tereza (5/5): Budget room for short stay, but be prepared for some discomfort. - Affordable room in Einshoven, okay for a short stay. Be prepared for the shared toilet and some noice during the evenings. The shower only had very hot water, it was impossible to shower without burning my body. I had to use the sink. Seemingly this was a problem even for the previous guests of this room. On the toilet the toilet paper was missing time to time. Also, in the pictures there are plates, knife, fork and spoon. There was nothing like that present in the room, only cups and glasses. Also, only one tea bag. The window blind of the biggest window does not fully fit the window and lets the light into the room.

• Erica (7/5): Me encanto - La ducha el agua salió muy caliente no me podía duchar me quede la piel y no podía ducharme , lo demás me encantó la habitación y me encantaría hablar con el titular por que me gustado tanto la habitación que te quería preguntar si la me la podéis alquilar por meses por que yo trabajo y estudio y quisiera que esta fuera mi habitación si es posible me encanto deverda muchas gracias La ducha el agua muy caliente no pude ducharme

• Irakli (4/5): - The room itself, bed, everything was nice No outlets near beds or even on the table "two under" so if you dont have a long cable you're not charging anything, sink was leaking and creating a huge mess everytime you open it, coffeemachine was leaking too, tea and coffee were 2 packs and sugar 2 packets too and there just was a lot of creamer, the code wasnt right even though i filled some check in form way before "and i wasnt told about more payments" i had to fill a new one where it was mentjoned about city tax even thouggh last one didnt mentjon it, i barely found the entrance because there is no logo or hint that hotel is in that building, also if restaurant would be closed i wouldnt be able to get in at all, also the WIFI in rooms is just a restaurants wifi downstairs so it was pretty slow
• Matas (7/5): Good. - Pretty quiet. A room was modernly furnished. Large windows looked over the cozy street. Comfortable bed. The shower was in a room. Some surfaces were dirty. There was renovation going on. One of the toilets were dirty. The smell of cigarettes was significant in the corridor.
• Yuliya (1/5): Привести номер в порядок , убрать вонючий запах с комнаты - Понравилось только расположение не далеко от центра Когда только зашли в номер , очень пахло плохо ( прокуренный номер сигаретами) , была вода на полу, протекал сифон от умывальника. Постель пахла не очень хорошо и была с пятнами. Мы всю ночь плохо спали от таких не удобств. Я не кому не рекомендую это место для остановки отдыха или просто переночевать. Работники не отреагировали на поломку, обещали перезвонить и ничего не сделали, просто проигнорировали

Meubilair beschadigd en ziet er armoedig uit. TV aanwezig maar geen aansluiting, waarom dan een TV? Wasgoed op de hal voor de kamer. Gehorig voor andere ruimtes en verkeer. Defecte WC op de gang terwijl indruk gewekt werd dat die op de kamer was. Douchekop stortdouche eraf, hand douche spuit alle kanten op. Ik kan nog even doorgaan, maar een ding staat vast: ABSOLUUT AF TE RADEN.

• Zoia (7/5): - Понравилось наличие кофемашины с капсулами и холодильник в номере. Душевая кабина в номере тоже была плюсом. Так же на этаже есть балкон, это было приятным бонусом. Не понравилось то что отель находится возле оживлённой дороги и слышно каждую проезжающую машину даже с закрытым окном. Так же прямо под моим окном был ресторан, что не очень комфортно. Отсутствие розеток возле кровати создавало неудобство.

• Patrick (3/5): Tegenvaller in prijs kwaliteit - Locatie was handig TV niet aangesloten en niet bruikbaar. Sowieso niet te bekijken door de hoek van de kast. WC gedeeld niet schoon. Lichten niet stopcontact. Voor het geld was de aankleding te simpel. Voelde te duur aan.

Komt nog veel licht binnen. Lamp naast bed deed het niet. Tv deed het niet. Geen personeel waar je je kan melden. Alle schriftelijke communicatie is in het Engels. Ik kon niet slapen Er was zoveel geluid dat ik 's nachts om 2 uur mijn spullen heb gepakt en naar huis ben gereden. Weggegooid geld. Eens maar nooit meer

• Radosław (7/5): Idealny na jedną noc. Na dłuższy pobyt nie polecam. - W miarę dobra lokalizacja. Można dojechać w 10-15 min. autobusem z dworca. Sprawny i intuicyjny sposób odbierana klucza z sejfu przy wejściu. Dobrze urządzony pokój, nawet przestronny. Biurko do pracy, lodówka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik elektryczny, prysznic, umywalka, talerze i sztućce. Spore łóżko z wygodnym materacem. Głośna ulica na zewnątrz - bez zamkniętych okien może być problem, by zasnąć. Współdzielona toaleta na wszystkie pokoje. Telewizor nie odbiera sygnału - może służyć jedynie jako dodatkowy monitor do podłączenia innych urządzeń. Brak śniadania, mimo że na dole jest restauracja, która mogłaby służyć takiemu celowi w godzinach porannych. Strome, wąskie i trochę obskurne podejście na piętro, gdzie mieszczą się pokoje.

• Yvonne (4/5): Niet echt geschikt voor zakelijk reizen - Er was een ventilator op de kamer Geen wc op de kamer en de gehele indruk van het gebouw was niet netjes, de deuren beschadigd en vies . De hal en trap ook erg vuil. Slechts 1 raam kon open met veel lawaai van de straat maar een warme kamer. De communicatie was omslachtig en er lang over moeten doen om de code van de sleutel te verkrijgen.

• Travelling-Photographer (8/5): Very good value for money - A very easy going, easy to check-in and comfy accomodation. Even for longer stays. There's a kitchen and a small outside area with view into a garden. Excellent shower. Good bed. A snack place just opposite. Very quiet during the night, even though that it's next to a bigger street. There's a fridge in your room, plates and cups and facilities to boil water. Even a Nespresso machine for coffee is provided. Very good. Bus No 5 brings you very fast and easy to Eindhoven Centraal. I had room 303 and paid 70,- Euro for one night for a weekday in June 2025.

• Raquel (9/5): Bien - Está bien ubicado, tiene nevera particular y cocina y terraza común. Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento fuera gratuito y cerca. La ducha estaba dentro de la misma habitación, estaría bien que hubiera una cortina al menos. El vater estaba fuera y era compartido, pero solo se comparte con dos habitaciones y jamás coincidimos.
