• Véro et Chris (1/5): Non-conformité entre la réservation et la chambre attribuée. - J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue piscine, critère essentiel ayant justifié un tarif plus élevé : KING ROOM WITH POOL VIEW . La réalité est totalement différente : aucune vue piscine ni mer, mais une vue sur un chemin de passage avec des livraisons et du passage. Cette différence est significative et ne correspond pas à la description de l’annonce. La chambre était très bien en elle-même, mais la prestation ne correspond pas à ce qui a été réservé. Cette situation m’a contrainte à quitter l’établissement et à réserver un autre hôtel. Il serait nécessaire que l’établissement précise clairement quelles chambres disposent réellement de la vue annoncée.  Si vous souhaitez la vue piscine, réclamez absolument le bungalow numéro 1 qui est le seul avec cette vue et cette tranquillité.

L’espace restauration en face de la mer offre un cadre idyllique et permet un snorkeling pour voir des tortues très facilement. RAS

Да,каждое утро в 5 утра нас будила молитва,но на 6 день мы уже привыкли и даже не просыпались) Завтраки отдельная тема,они были потрясающие,выбор состоял из 7 блюд,все было очень вкусно и сама подача тоже вызывает восторг! Душ под открытым небом тоже понравился,очень необычно и колоритно! Пожалуй могу отметить только вай фай,из 6 дней пребывания 3 дня были проблемы с интернетом!

• Janine (8/5): Nice little accommodation near the action - Bungalows are beautiful, pool is quiet and set back from the main road. The breakfast options are really good and the food is very tasty. Only 10 mins walk to the port - good if you want to avoid using the horse and carts. Morning call to prayer is quite loud, even with ear plugs. Generally the staff were lovely but not quite as welcoming as other places we have stayed. It's in quite a busy part of the island, but we came out of season so it wasn't too bad. The price is quite high in comparison to other places we have stayed at.

• Andreea (10/5): A little piece of paradise in Gili T - A true oasis of peace, with a beautiful garden and an extremely clean, well-maintained property. The staff were amazing, lovely young people, always kind and helpful. I stayed in a superb bungalow, very spacious, with a fantastic bathroom and furnished with great taste. The breakfast was extremely varied and delicious, more than you could possibly eat.

• Katerina (10/5): Gorgeous getaway - Fantastic stay! The rooms are tucked in the back so it was more private than other accommodation options that are directly on the main road. The room was fantastic, spacious, clean and modern with well appreciated A/C and mini fridge. Every morning at 5am you will be waken up by a mosque next to it, which we didn’t mind but might be an issue for people with small kids :)) Would love to come back one day!

My biggest complaint would be the loungers on the beach, they had no mats & were exceptionally uncomfortable. The prayer that starts at 5am & going for a very long time & loud 5 times a day, but that is what it is :)
• David (10/5): Best place to stay on Gili T - We were recommended to stay here by friends who come to Bale Sampan every year and we thought you can’t get a better endorsement than that! We originally booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 4 weeks as we absolutely loved it here. Our room was really lovely, very quiet and peaceful and spotlessly clean. It had been recently renovated and was well thought out with everything we needed. The bed was large and comfy and the linen and towels were also always spotlessly clean. We loved the water outside the door to wash off our sandy feet. The staff kindly acknowledged our tea and coffee preferences and kept up a steady supply of our favourites! As others have said the food here is indeed excellent. Our breakfasts, which were included, were amazing, the best we’ve ever had anywhere, so inventive and delicious and lots of choice which is important when staying for a month! We loved having them in the dining area on the beach watching the boats come and go - very special. Their restaurant ‘Taste’ serves delicious food all day long and is very popular, with good reason, with guests and walk-ins alike. We enjoyed some really lovely dinners too. The location of the bungalows is great, nice and quiet but still really close to everything . We regularly walked or cycled our way around the island. The pool is lovely, nicely shaded at times and large enough to do laps and there is ‘fall in the water’ snorkelling right outside the front. No need to go out in a boat if you don’t want to. We swam every morning before breakfast. The water is so clear and we regularly saw a couple of large resident turtles, masses of fish and large coral bommies. Last but definitely not least a huge shout out to all the staff who were very welcoming, friendly and helpful - we became very fond of them during our stay. Nothing !

• Marek (10/5): Magnificent! - Breakfast (fine dining various breakfast, which you can choose everyday) (try baked oat meal with coconut, mine favorite! we have to try it at home) Personal (always smiling, kind and helpful!) 11/10, Room (Stylish and useful, nothing was missing), Location (close to beach, close to port - 15 min walking), Services (Bikes rental in hotel, meals ordering to your room) 1. Falling coconuts on roof (3-5 daily), it woke us up 2 days in row, after that we have reported to staff and they figured out immediately. So it was only our bad luck. 2. Loud prayers from the mosque, but we were expeckting it based on reviews. During the day its partialy ok, it lasts 5 min. Frequency during the day is maybe 5x. But first prayers are so early, 4:00 - 5:00. You will wake up for 5 min and after that you can go to sleep again.

The decoration and furniture in the the rooms are new and clean, the pool is nestled beautifully into the garden, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is stylish and serves delicious fresh meals and drinks, don't miss your opportunity for having breakfast here! The beach with private sun beds is right across the street, reachable within a few steps. The communication with the manager was clear and welcoming. Oh and we loved the little black and white cat :) We liked everything about this hotel and our stay. I noticed that the mattresses are quiet hard, maybe something to consider with back problems, but I personally didn't mind.

I went back a month later for us another four days.! - Zeo and Hadi and their whole team went above and beyond to take really good care of me. The included breakfast was excellent. Location could not be better right across from the beach where they have their own lounge, chairs, umbrellas.

The bungalow was so well thought through, you even had a bucket with water to clean your feet before entering the bungalow. There was repellent and some Moskito devices to keep them away - when I came back to the bungalow in the afternoon the mosquito device was lit on my terrace. So well thought through to avoid being attacked by mosquitos. They had a little mini bar so you could have any drinks you’d like for a super super cheap price. Also all of the staff has been incredible friendly and genuinely made sure that every part of my stay was perfect. Also the manager of the resort (sorry I forgot your name) kept checking in to make sure everything is alright. The restaurant belonging to the hotel „taste“ has amazing food and drinks and the included breakfast was perfect. I would recommend 100000%. I also rented a bike with them which was super easy and super cheap. And I got my laundry done - super quick super good service. The only thing about the place (nothing to do with the place) is that you can hear the mosque close by when they call for prayer 5 times a day.

The location is unbeatable (very close to the port), the facilities are perfectly clean and well maintained, the room is a dream, the food is delicious, and the staff’s service is exceptional. • Peter (10/5): Nice small hotel with a good beach, don’t go during Ramadan - The detached villa was a comfortable size for our 4 nights, looked like it had recently been renovated. Very close to the beach across the road at the front of the hotel. They have their own beach beds and some umbrellas. There are boats moored in the sea but they were respectful to us swimming in the sea. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Only a 10 min walk from the ferry. We didn’t want to use the horse & cart, the poor horses in the heat, made me sad. The noise from the mosque was deafening! It was Ramadan but we did not expect it to be sooo loud! Until 11pm, then at 3am, 5am, 6:30am and sometimes during the day. Completely understand it is their religion and their choice. We shouldn’t have gone during Ramadan, our mistake.

Pálení odpadku v blízkém okolí - pouze jeden večer. Není však vina resortu. Pár komárů bylo, ale přímo v pokoji bez problémů, pokud nenecháváte otevřené dveře.

• Sandra (8/5): Einfach, ruhig und mit viel Liebe - Direkt am Strand und unglaublich freundliches Personal. Schöner Garten und nicht so im Trubel gelegen. Betten waren sehr hart und es wackelte jedesmal die Matratze wenn sich einer im Bett umdreht. Zuwenig Liegen am Strand. Der Muizien ist nicht weit entfernt…dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts… den hört man überall…dass sollte man bei einem Besuch auf Gili T. bedenken….
• Bart (7/5): Prachtig verblijf gehad. Heerlijk aan het strand en goed ontbijt. - Ondanks de drukke ligging is het bij de huisjes heerlijk rustig We keken uit tegen een lelijke betonnen wand. Had wel wat opgeleukt kunnen worden. Personeel was niet heel betrokken. We zijn niet 1 keer herkend in 3 dagen verblijf als gasten. Zo druk was het niet. We zaten in een gekoppeld appartement. Onze 2e buren hadden enorm veel lawaai twerwijl er 3 huisjes leeg stonden. Een upgrade was slimmer geweest.

Colazione buona. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di tipico, ma a parte un piatto era tutto abbastanza standard. Personale super cordiale e gentile. poco o nulla di negativo, forse solo una cosa: cambiano cuoco praticamene tutti i giorni, lo stesso piatto preso in giorni diversi può avere gusti completamente differenti.

• Tomas (10/5): Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. I recommend - Very good hotel - far enough from the main port, but still still close to all the restaurants and shops around. Quiet hotel, but once you step on the main road, it gets very busy. Very helpful staff, clean rooms - we had really nothing to complain about.

Leżaczki na plazy oraz możliwość zeby zamowic jedzenie i picie z hotelowej restauracji. Bardzo pomocna i uprzejma obsluga obiektu. Przepyszne i bogate śniadania. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z calego pobytu, że dwukrotnie go przedłużalismy. Jeśli znowu przyjedziemy na wyspy Gili to na pewno wrocimy do tego samwgo hotelu. Pokoj byl swietnie urzadzony, przytulny, ladnie przystrojony, wygodne łóżko, w pokoju wszystko co potrzebne. Lazienka była teoretycznie na zewnątrz - zadaszona ale byly szczeliny pomiedzy scianami a dachem. Stresowalam sie na początku, że bedziemy miec różne owady w łazience natomiast musze przyznac, że nie wiem jak ale nie mieliśmy zadnych owadow, nie widzialam ani jednego w trakcie calego naszego pobyty. Uzywalismy spreyu na owady zeby zapewnic dodatkowa ocbrone, srodek byl czescia wyposazenia pokoju. Absolutnie cudowny pobyt! Bylismy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i uwazamy, ze wszystko bylo cudowne natomiast chcielibysmy podzielic sie konstruktywna krytyka. Spory dyskomfort wywolala w nas rozmowa z facetem, ktory twierdzi ze jest pracownikiem obiektu. Byl on odpowiedzialny za organizacje wycieczek i wynajem rowerow/skuterow. Pan byl okropnie namolny i w trakcie rozmowy czulismy sie jak w trakcie przesluchania. Pan nie umie przyjac prostej odmowy w momencie, w ktorym poinformowalismy go ze nie jestesmy zainteresowani jego uslugami. • EUN HEE (6/5): - 아침식사는 선택해서 먹을 수 있고, 종류는 한계가 있지만 그래도 맛있고 정성스럽게 준비되어 좋음 손님 아침식사 테이블에 고양이가 올라가 앉아 몸을 털때 털이 식사 중인 우리에게 날려서 불쾌함. 고양이 알러지를 핑계로 얘기하니 들여보냄...... 귀엽지만 그래도 식사 테이블에 고양이 방치는 아닌듯 합니다.

The restaurants food were amazing. Best location, close to everything yet no noise when at the rooms. Highly recommend this place. Nothing
• Brigett (10/5): Absolutely superb! - The rooms, atmosphere and staff were incredible. The restaurant was fantastic. Every meal was excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can’t recommend Bale Sampan enough. 5 stars! Thank you. 🙏🏼

• Dominique (10/5): Super verblijf - De kamers waren netjes en schoon. De tuin en de rest van de accomodatie is goed onderhouden. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Super verzorgd ontbijt en lekker eten. Als je de drukte op wilt zoeken, dan loop je de accomodatie uit, maar in de kamers zelf is het heel rustig. Enige minpuntje zijn de ligbedden op het strand. Die zijn aan vernieuwing toe.

• Saskia (7/5): Matig - Schoon, midden in het rumoer maar je hoorde binnen niets. Kleine kamer. Airco op je hoofd gericht, flink ziek geworden. Ontbijt ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven, geringe keuze en 1 kopje thee of koffie in zo’n warm klimaat is naar mijn idee niet goed.

Все необходимое есть. В самом удобном месте расположен, все в шаговой доступности. Рядом порт. Если на Гили то только этот отель.

• Vanessa (10/5): Fantastic - We liked everything - the location is calm, quiet, but still in the middle of everything. The beach is just outside the door with own sunbeds. The staff is incredibly kind and personal, and the food was just exceptional! Would definitely come back.

• Katrina (10/5): Complete paradise on a remote island with beautiful people and everything you need in one place for - Gilly Island exceeded my expectation not only was everyone incredibly kind and generous, but the beaches were absolutely gorgeous. Closest thing to paradise. This location is about a 10 minute walk from the ferry. The staff was incredible. I got to rent a bike daily to cruise around the island which takes only 25 minutes people in and out of the resort were absolutely absolutely lovely. I travelled on my own and I felt completely safe the whole entire time even if I went out late at night, I mainly went for scuba, diving and snorkeling. You can literally swim out from your beach and see incredible wildlife. I mainly got this accommodation because I love the location as well as the outdoor bathroom. It did not disappoint. I ended up staying for two extra nights and we definitely love to go back.
