• Carolyn (4/5): Read entire story please be careful 🧐 - My family and I have been traveling to Florida 6 times last year alone so when I write a review I try to wait till end to give a fair rating.... the kids and my husband loved the heated pool that was a tge ONLY THING I LIKE ABOUT THE HOUSE ... frankly I should had read all the problems with sweet vacation rentals.. 1st problem the hallway lights are burned out and impossible to reach to put a damn light bulb in. We arrived at 11pm and couldn't see nothing... 2nd problem when traveling with large families i expect the tvs to actually work with something 🙄 the hdmi on TV dont hook up video game systems.. the smart tvs have smart apps like prime already on the 2 of 5 tvs work however trying to watch TV in all the bedroom on the 1st floor was impossible 😳. 3rd They say no pets however I found dog old shit in the game room. 4th the dishwasher work when it wants to work 5th the 100000000000 RULES ARE BULLSHIT 6th NONE OF THE KITCHEN OUTLETS WORK EXCEPT ONE NEXT TO THE FRIDGE ....INSANE 7th the front gate security is nicely done for appreence however my daughter lives in Clermont and she was listed on our guest list approval but she wasn't allowed to come back after 830pm if she wasn't on the list this happened 5 nights of the 6 nights we stayed it seems simple enough to make a fucking app to help ease the security gate bc sending texts thru messages on phone w the owner was IMPOSSIBLE WE WONT EVER RENT FROM MANAGEMENT AGAIN

• Daneshia (2/5): - I got robbed whilst staying at the windors. In the back of a gated community. The home owners did not offer compensation for my items and the front desk clerk told me she cannot do anything about it. I don’t not recommend this villa.

• Isidro (1/5): - Worst place ever. We didn't feel safe due to a strong smell of gas or gasoline inside the property. We all got headaches due to smell. The manager or home owner still wanted for us to stay. Also, the manager did text and called asking for more money not included in the contract. The manager locked us out by changing the code because I questioned the extra $500.00 dollars she was asking for a deposit. We ended up leaving in the middle of the middle of the night trying to find hotel. The manager agreed to fully refund my money. The next day I received a text that she declined my refund. I don't recommend this property.

• Andrew (4/5): Potential to be a nice property but falsely advertised and poorly maintained - Great location near to Disney. The property is spacious. Windsor Hills is a nice area. The kids loved the slides and the main pool. Our youngest son loved the Star Wars bedroom. The property was falsely advertised. We booked due to the games room, particularly the pool table. When we arrived there was no pool table, the air hockey would not turn on. The dart board had no darts. It also says recently renovated, However the property had significant wear and tear. Many walls were scuffed. It has not been recently renovated. We found numerous issues relating to poor maintenance including holes in the pool fence, poorly constructed pool furniture, broken pool lounger, broken zips on the lounge couch, dog eared carpet, kitchen sockets not working and litter outside the pool fence. The air hockey table was fixed but was in a poor state of repair. The pool jets seemed very lacklustre compared to neighbouring properties. There was a fault with the aircon thermostat for two days, meaning a hot property. I was given incorrect advice and ended up working out how to reset it. There were also some unexpected extra charges for the BBQ, $45 for cleaning. We therefore did not use it. There was also extra charges for pool heating which again we did not use. There were also silly rules about the aircon temperature saying 72 degrees minimum and lower may cause damage. This is clearly nonsense and designed to reduce costs. I had to communicate daily with the property managers and most issues were not resolved whilst we were there. Whilst they were polite and did respond, they were fairly ineffective. We complained on retuning home and did get a small refund, although we got incorrect and inconsistent information about how to do this in the end had to contact booking.com.

• Jake (3/5): With this rating, I hope the property manager understands that false advertisement is unacceptable. - Location was great for Disney parks. This property was falsely advertised in multiple ways. The listing claims to have three king-size beds, but there are only two kings and one smaller bed (likely a full size). I’ve attached a photo for proof. Because of this, grandmother had to sleep in the kids room, and grandfather slept alone. Completely unacceptable. There was no pool table. The couch was very worn out and the A/C filter was extremely dirty. A bunch of other disappointments that I dont even remember anymore. A $500 security deposit was also never mentioned before paying for this non-refundable booking. I had to keep following up to get it back, it took 8 days to release, not return, but release. Even though they claimed 3 days. I gave the property manager 15 days to correct the false advertising, but they’re still listing three king beds. We’ve been Disney Annual Passholders for 2 years and this was honestly the worst experience our family has had. This is my first time ever giving below 10 stars, which says a lot.

• reeves (2/5): My stay was ok- The feedback from the Host/owner was not acceptable - - Our stay was ok -however the host/owner accused our family of damaging a pillow and does not want to return our full refund. the Host has not provided pictures of the damages- The house was invested with roaches and shared the pictures with host and now - they found damages - I will never use this service again- I just want my refund of my deposit that was paid in full and in advance.
• Keisha (1/5): Be very cautious This company will require a security deposit on the day you suppose to move into the property after the - Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, indoor pool, and game room. The sinks were clogged with excessive hair in the rooms and kitchen had food clogged in the left side in the drain that my father unclogged disgusting from the last tenants and appliances were falling apart.

The pool fence was broken, the dishwasher didn't work for 10 days, there were only 5 forks for a house that hold 12, Sweet Vacations for property manager was very poor at getting these things fixed.

• Mayon (10/5): If you are looking for a nice place to stay near in Orlando, this one is close to everything, is very clean, and is mana - If you want a rental perfect for a group, this one is perfect. We loved that all 5 rooms had their own bathrooms, there was a kitchen full of all cooking amenities, and the house was super clean. The kids enjoyed hanging in the garage and the pool! This is 10 min away from disneyworld facilities in the well sought after Windsor Hills. We also got to enjoy the community pool and waterslides with our stay. I loved everything about it.

I contacted the property management team about some lights that weren’t working and they answered super fast so honestly complaints about what I didn’t like about the property. I have none.

• Melissa (8/5): House was very spacious and kids loved the game room! - The property was in a great location. 15 minutes from all Disney Parks and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. There was only one towel per person. You had to wash everyday to have them ready.

Very dirty water in the Swimming pool. Made multiple requests to clean it but during our stay management did not pay any attention to the requests. We feel that they have no intention to resolve the issue. Even did not compensate for the disturbance and unpleasant experience Another thing: There is nothing mentioned about the security deposit till last moment when u cannot cancel your reservation.

• Lisa (8/5): Disney vacation - Easy access into home and location was perfect for Disney vacation. Game room was a hit with my grandson. Not knowing about the 500 deposit till day before check in and also not having access to the Grill unless you paid to use it. Both were not discussed in contract prior to check in. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

• Ian (10/5): I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as it has everything you need for a family trip - Location was great and facilities are perfect for a family Only down side would be the games room as the hockey table and pool table are old therefore not in great working order, but didn’t really bother me as we only used it at night for an hour or so. But don’t let this put you off as still good enough to play with the kids.
• Corrine (4/5): Find somewhere else - Only nice thing I have to say is the house looks just like the pictures. It was big enough to host our family. Roaches roaches roaches. They were everywhere, we told the host/ management company and they sent someone to spray but he argued with us on where he would spray so instead of doing the whole house he only wanted to spray where the roaches were spotted. We told him to spray around all the doorways etc. Even after that, they were still around. So gross. Clearly there isn’t a regular treatment because these bugs were alive and well. The management company/ host doesn’t disclose all of the additional fees and rules until you’re past your cancelation period. They definitely try to nickel and dime their guests and charge for everything. No real amenities, not even coffee or coffee filters or spices, cooking spray, no broom or vacuum to clean up a mess (who travels with that stuff, or should buy all of that for a vacation?). Normally, airbnb style places provide all those and more sometimes. Don’t even get me started on the security office at the gate. Complete joke and disorganized they messed up our parking passes halfway through our stay and wouldn’t let us back into the neighborhood until our entire party was at the gate to redo the passes. We have little ones that were napping at the time and luckily had someone to stay at the house but could you imagine the rudeness and inconvenience for a please you pay to stay at and are treated like crap?! We weren’t the only ones held up at the gate either, there were plenty of others guests with issues that the security team couldn’t handle. Same issues as other reviewers have complained about as well such as AC not keeping up and asked for fans to be delivered. They never came and someone showed up to service the AC on our last day. Bottom line, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
• Blount (3/5): Poor - The air condition downstairs did not work we had 80° downstairs the whole time we were there upstairs it worked my son-in-law was saying something about the compressor or something cuz he does air conditions was not working also the bed upstairs and one of the rooms one of the twin beds I guess somebody had tried to put together and it wasn't put together so when my granddaughter sit on it it just fell apart so there we was upstairs put in the bed back together the air conditioner was the worst thing could you imagine being in the house at night at 80° and it was so hot but because it takes so long for them to answer you we didn't even try calling them or anything also the sliding glass door had had two little sheer curtains up there so we had the light from the outside coming in at all times and all night there was no privacy because you had this whole open glass door with no curtains of blinds or anything to it so there was no privacy once you were in the house the house itself was okay but those things need to be corrected also the screen around the pool yes it is a screen around the pool but it was not able to lock it because there was a gap that you could not close because of the since when stand up straight also I don't think they mop the floor because the baby was walking around in her socks and they were in the floor in her socks were black on the bottom so thank you but no thank you oh yeah I forgot once I got there it took us almost 2 hours to get in the house with the code it was like we had to text them and then they took their time to text us back saying what they hadn't gotten this and that in the other but finally sent the code we had to screenshot stuff and all of that this is ridiculous we spent almost 2 hours with the baby sitting outside and and it's just ridiculous they need a better system I don't know about Sweet home vacation but it wasn't sweet at all
