• Cihangir (10/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren zufrieden. - Das Hotel als solches hat uns sehr positiv überrascht, dies auch auf Grund des tiefen Preises des Sealife Kemer Resorts im Verhältnis zu den anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer, der Strand, ins besondere der Steg, das Personal etc. waren sehr gut. Auch mit dem Essen, vom Frühstück bis und mit Abend essen, alles war zufriedenstellend. Das Management bemüht sich, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Wie habe und in diesem Resort sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefunden. Ich kann schlecht beurteilen, wie es im Sommersaison ist, aber jetzt Ende Mai war alles reibungslos und gut organisiert. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig.

Sirin was helping with everything and was answering all our questions and that was realy helpful. Rooms and all the spaces was clean. View from the beach on mountains is stunning! Food was very tasty, a lot of options to choose from, desserts are also great. Evening programs was interesting and we had new one every day. Animation was nice, we like Salma a lot, she was all the time take care about us having a good time, participate in various activities and just pleasent to speak and have a great energy. We was feeling very good here and had a great time, just taking rest and not thinking about anything as hotel take care about all the things. Absolutely can recommend! -

They have SPA with free use of sauna and hamam but if you'd like a massage could book it for the extra pay. The massage itself worth trying if you want to indulge yourself. The staff were all friendly and genuinely helpful, they really did their best to make us feel comfortable at all times. Ежедневно проводилась уборка, смена постельного белья и полотенец. Питание очень разнообразное и вкусное. Из мяса курица, индейка, ягненок. Ежедневно 2-3 вида рыбы. Огромный выбор фруктов нас приятно поразил. Помимо яблок и груш всегда были нектарины и персики, арбузы и дыни, сливы, апельсины и грейпфруты. Хороший пляж с достаточным количеством лежаков и удобный пирс. Территория достаточно большая, имеются 2 бассейна, несколько снек-баров. Хорошие аниматоры и ежедневная развлекательная программа. Отель получает 10 из 10 баллов, в него захочется приехать еще раз.

Alles is heel hygiënisch, het eten is heerlijk en je kan de hele dag door eten en drinken. Leuke zwembaden met glijbanen, een aparte ruimte voor kindjes en baby’s met oppas, en een geweldige wellness met verschillende massages. Er zijn ook rustige plekjes om even te ontspannen. • Jürgen (4/5): Wir waren sehr enttäuscht da wir bereits viele andere Anlagen in der Türkei kennen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist fast zentral, das Servicepersonal im Buffet Restaurant (Frühstück und Abendessen). Leider einiges was für Ultra All Inclusive erwartet wurde, die Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig, alle Speisen im Buffet Restaurant konnten nur innen eingenommen werden, der Raum war laut und ungemütlich. Leider keine große Abwechslung was die Speisen anging. Das Zimmer-Bad war bei Anreise nicht sauber, keine regelmäßige tgl. Säuberung. Klo-Papier immer nur auf Nachfrage. Die Mini-Bar war nur bei Anreise einmal voll, tgl. Auffüllung immer nur auf Nachfrage und dann nie komplett mit allem gefüllt. Das Zimmer- und Barpersonal unfreundlich und lustlos. Die Tische der Außenbar waren immer dreckig und wurden nie zeitnah abgeräumt. Der Hotelstrand viel zu schmal und die Liegen dicht an dicht, nicht schön und einladend.

Everyone was so genuinely nice and sincere, especially Sunay, the office manager, and the all the hotel personnel really. I remember their kind faces, their smiles and their warmth. Il a dû être hospitalisé pendant 4 jours, totalement vidé, et il est resté plus de 7 jours sans quasiment rien manger tellement il était malade. En discutant avec d’autres familles présentes au même moment, nous avons découvert que plusieurs enfants et bébés avaient les mêmes symptômes, certains également hospitalisés. Même mon mari et d’autres clients ont été malades. La qualité et la conservation de la nourriture étaient alarmantes : le poulet, par exemple, était souvent grillé à l’extérieur mais saignant à l’intérieur ; de nombreux plats comme les pâtes ou le riz étaient servis froids, preuve qu’ils avaient été préparés longtemps à l’avance puis laissés plusieurs heures, ce qui est extrêmement dangereux pour l’hygiène alimentaire. L’hôtel a tenté de nous faire croire que la maladie venait de microbes au bord de la piscine et que nous étions les seuls concernés, alors que notre enfant n’y a jamais mis les pieds, ni même à la plage, durant les premiers jours. Nous avons parlé à plusieurs parents, ce qui nous a confirmé que nous étions loin d’être les seuls touchés. La seule chose qu’il a faite, c’est manger dans leur restaurant — et il est tombé gravement malade dès le début. Nous nous étions basés sur le fait que l’hôtel affichait une note de 9,2/10 sur Booking et qu’il s’agissait d’un 5 étoiles pour réserver. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis trompés. Nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel. Nous avons passé les trois quarts de notre séjour à l’hôpital au lieu de profiter de nos vacances. Certes, le personnel est aimable, mais cela ne compense en rien ce qui s’est passé. Pour un établissement affichant 5 étoiles, cette situation est indigne, scandaleuse et inacceptable.

Das Essen war auf absolutem Spitzenniveau – feinste Zutaten, kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch die internationale Getränkekarte ließ keine Wünsche offen: hochwertige Weine, edle Spirituosen und eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Cocktails. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus ist tadellos – alles wirkt gepflegt, frisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein Hotel, das Maßstäbe setzt – ich komme garantiert wieder und kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Ich hatte absolut nichts auszusetzen.

• Alina (10/5): - We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and both the room and the territory were clean. The food was absolutely amazing — there was a huge variety of everything: lots of seafood, vegetables, and more. There was also a big choice of activities, and the Wi-Fi worked well everywhere — even on the pier, we had a good internet connection. The hotel spa was perfect, with a nice hammam and all the necessary facilities. I had 3 massages and a hammam sessions with Reshat, and he did a truly professional job. The spa and massages were the main reason I chose this hotel, and they fully met my expectations. The Operations Manager, Volkan, was very helpful and polite, and he did a lot to make our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back to Sealife and can recommend it as a great place to relax and forget about everything. Just a small tip for the hotel: it would be lovely to have a little information folder in each room with things like meal times, Wi-Fi password, and hotel services. It would make things even easier for guests and add a nice touch to the experience. Overall, we would definitely come back to Sealife and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree holiday!
