• Kalaya (8/5): Very nice and clean apartment with lots of space and lots of amenities included! - Very clean with lots of space and lots of amenities included which is always great! Location was across from a few karaoke bars so you could hear singing throughout late evening til around midnight. Otherwise, everything else was great!

• Paul (9/5): Awesome. More Than I've Expected in Many Way - 1. The housekeeper/contact is doing superb job with quick respond & clear instruction, and all messages coming in Chinese prevent any communication error or misunderstanding. 2. Convenient location with subway station (Dōbutsuen-mae) & Hankai Tramway (Imaike) nearby; Supermarket Tamade & DONDON DONKI are just 5~10 minutes away from the house to buying household goods & groceries in cheap price. 3. We live at 1st floor, the room is exactly same as the photos in tidy, clean manner. All supply & kitchenware are ready and cleaned. The kitchen has large space to place suitcase and groceries, so you can eat & rest in the room without cramped space. 4. The soundproof is quite good in 1st floor, the only outside noise come from the front door when someone standing nearby talking & laughing. Also the step sound from 2nd floor can be heard sometimes. 5. The Sofa bed is soft and comfort than I expected, I quickly fall asleep without open it or use the mattress provided. My family also satisfied with their single beds. The situation in Nishinari district looks much better than depicted on YouTube videos, I don’t see any drunkard and there’s still lot of local people & tourist on the main street around 10 pm. For the homeless people, they only gather around a homeless-support institute on the way to subway so just ignore them. If you really want to evade most encounter on street, an alternative route is to enter the subway station (Dōbutsuen-mae), go through the platform and exit at EXIT 8 or 9 (no charges on ICOCA card) is recommend. Somebody may concerned about the surrounding & atmosphere from the rumors, but we feel it actually safe and fit us perfectly. Not at all, the only issue is the access to washing machine & balcony is confined by the bed.
• Chih Yu (10/5): 房東很貼心的從出發前和退房前主動聯繫！有住宿上的疑問也有問必答！自助 - 離地鐵近，設備齊全，就像大阪的家一樣！每一樓層都有獨立衛浴，非常方便！ 附近居酒屋多，出入人較複雜！不走商店街走馬路較恰當！ 電器上有些灰塵，清潔人員可以再嘗試改善！
• boya (7/5): - 性价比确实很高 周边社区比较乱，从地铁站走过去的路会路过很多卡拉OK居酒屋，晚上有喝醉的人和轰隆隆骑机车的人。在房间里也能听到唱歌的声音。虽然我们没有遇见什么真正危险的事情，但这个社区多少还是让人感觉不安全。

• Yoko (9/5): 快適でした - 24時間スーパーが信号渡ってすぐあります。入庫から24時間ごとの安価な駐車場も近くてとても便利でした。商店街に入ってすぐでわかりやすく、明るいので夜遅くなっても困らなかったです。部屋も写真の通りでキッチン側も広く清潔感があります。環状線までも歩ける距離で立地も良いです！大阪に行った際はまた利用したいです！ 周りが飲食店街なので、可愛いGが迷い込んでいました。仕方ないとは思いますが、殺虫剤があると嬉しかったです。 ベランダが狭いので、外にある洗濯機の取り扱いが大変でした。洗濯機は部屋の中だと嬉しいですね。
• yoshi10 (8/5): 良かった。 - 私が来阪の際に頻繁に通う商店街のど真ん中の宿泊施設であった為、 私個人にとっては、ドストライクの環境でとても便利でした。 こんな場所に宿泊施設が存在していた事をもっと早く知りたかったです。 これからも利用させてもらいたいと思います。 周辺の住宅が密集した場所の為、部屋に光が差し込まないが、部屋その物は快適だったので 特段苦にはなりません。 2階に宿泊者が入居した際の歩き回る騒音と大声の会話が聞こえる事が難点です。

• Edward (8/5): Very good - Very good value for money stay in a comfortable apartment for 4 of us as a base for the week. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space over 3 floors and was very easy to get into central Osaka with a short walk to the Metro station located round the corner. We had an overall pleasant stay here. While the apartment was convenient to get into Osaka, it is located in an area that may not be suitable if alone in the evening/night, we were sometimes hassled by hostesses from the various nearby bars when walking to/from the metro station

• Carlos (8/5): If you like living like a local, this is it. - I really liked how it was not in a tourist area, but those areas were easily accessible via the nearby train station. Instead, we had lots of local bars and diners to eat in with the people who actually lived in the area. It's not for everyone, but it was perfect for us. My kids were fine, but I think that other families may need warning that this is not a totally child-friendly neighborhood.

• Shuk (7/5): That’s okay - Walkable distance to main transport. Though it is unmanned, the staff was very responsive and reply message in short time. Everything you need is handy. the neighbourhood may not let you feel safe. That’s good for 2 people but not 3, the actual property size is smaller than listed. There is no space for suitcase if the sofa bed is open. The spare mattress for the third person is stained. Wifi did not work sometimes.
• Chiao (9/5): Superb - Large room Stylish decoration Close to Tsutenkaku Tower(通天閣) This apartment is located in Nishinari-ku(西成区), which is known as the largest slum in Japan. You can see a completely different Japan here: garbage on the ground, smoking on the street, urinating in the corner. It's not so terrible, no one there was aggressive, and not many people walking on the street. Yet, the atmosphere there was creepy, many weirdos hanging about. I think it's intimidating for only girls to stay in this district alone. I didn't encounter any dangerous though, but you should google Nishinari-ku to make sure it's ok for you. Tobita Shinchi(飛田新地), which is known as the largest red light area in Kansai region, is just a few meters away. Surprisingly, Tobita Shinchi was somehow not a messy region, there were actually lots of tourists (mainly young or middle age male) experiencing life. There was no LUUP, HELLOCYCLING station nearby, but there was a docomo bike share 450m away. Dobutsuen-mae(動物園前) is 230m far, from the 8/9 exit we could access Sakaisuji Line(堺筋線) immediately, but it takes still a few hundreds meter walk to access Midosuji Line(御堂筋線). It takes only a few minutes getting to popular area Namba(南波), Shinsaibashi(心斎橋), Dotonbori(道頓堀) JR Shin-Imamiya station(JR 新今宮駅) is also hundreds of meters away, it takes about 1hr to reach Kansai airport. There is a supermarket (玉出) across the street, but the supermarket was messy... Kinda noisy in the night, somebody shouted. Wi-Fi was slow. The stairs are too narrow and steep, not easy to take my luggage through the stairs.

I think the place is littlebit different. I think if there has a more resturant or any place to take delicious food is good.

I recommend researching this area thoroughly before choosing to stay here and making sure you get the - - The apartment was new and had everything you needed from fridge, stove, microwave, big TV with Netflix etc and very fast internet. - It was definitely cheaper than other places. - Area is not definitely not great, it's dirty outside and in the metro stations, it's filled with a lot of people urinating on the street. We didn't feel super safe because of the amounts of drunks coming from the karoke bars. We saw one guy getting arrested while lying on the street one of the nights. - Room was a bit misleading, we we're expecting a kitchen table but got two large beds instead which made the apartment really cramped. However looking more in-depth I did actually book this; but it wasn't so obvious since the first 20 pics were from the other apartments. - The host wanted to be helpful but to me were a little bothersome with many messages and rules. - The apartment had windows but they weren't see-through, which I didn't like
• Alex (10/5): An amazing property worth every penny! Highly recommended - An amazing property worth staying in if you have the chance, would book again if i have the chance with no hesitation! Full apartment rental with everything you could ever ask for, which was spotlessly clean and so comfortable! Location was great with a supermarket on the doorstep and a few minutes walk to the metro station, highly recommend!! Everything was amazing - bear in mind the property is on the 4th floor so can be difficult with heavy luggage but still manageable
