Er was maar een echt restaurant in de buurt. Allles was dicht in de nabije omgeving. Het stonk op de kamer maar verf op oliebasis. Echt vreselijk. We hebben nog geprobeerd te annuleren was niet mogelijk. Uiteindelijk zijn we weggegaan en hebben er niet geslapen.

The surrounding nature. Not much natural light in the courtyard view room. Regret not spending much time in the hotel/in Murg.

• Alice Aaviksoo (10/5): Went for a 4-day skiing trip and had a really nice quiet and comfortable relaxing time. - We absolutely loved our stay - place looks amazing, view from the room was stunning (huge windows and view from bed on the mountains). Early check-in possible and each evening we were asked about the time we preferred for breakfast (super-nice selection of pastries and muesli+dried fruit, everything freshly made), coffee machine in the lobby was accessible 24/7.

Wir hatten das Hotel gewählt weil es eine Sauna/Wellnessbereich hat. Bei Ankunft wurden wir informiert, dass die Sauna a) vorreserviert werden muss und b) die Benutzung 180 CHF zusätzlich kostet. Das war eine echte Enttäuschung und stellt aus meiner Sicht ein gewisses "false advertising" (auch auf der Hotelwebsite wird suggeriert, dass die Sauna Hotelgästen zur Verfügung steht).

• Michael (10/5): Besonderes Hotel mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre - Ein wirklich besonderes Hotel, das Loftzimmer mit Seeblick ist originell gestaltet, bequeme Betten und alles sehr sauber! Der Blick auf den See und die Berge im Hintergrund ist toll! Das Personal ist super nett, das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit sogar ein paar regionalen Spezialitäten. Kein grosses Buffet, aber es ist ja auch kein so grosses Hotel. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur ein Ergometer fehlt. Die Bahnstrecke ist nah, und man hört die Züge bei offener Balkontür natürlich - uns hat das nicht gestört. Und auch wenn die Gebühr für einen Hund recht hoch ist, ist das Hotel sehr hundefreundlich. Das gesamte Konzept ist schlüssig, und kompromisslos gut umgesetzt.
• Paul (9/5): Nice hotel within easy reach for Flumserberg on public transport - The Lofthotel is a perfect location for a short ski trip to Flumserberg. The gondola at Unterterzen is easily reached by a short train or bus trip. The main hotel rooms are nicely designed and roomy for 1 adult and 2 children, or 2 adults and 1 child. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is perfectly adequate. The New Years Day breakfast was especially good. We were advised on arrival that the coffee and hot chocolate machine was free for guests. We later found out that this was only the case for breakfast and that we must pay the rest of the time. It's a shame this wasn't made clear at the start.

Rooms were spacious for our family of four. I hadn't realised that the hotel was away from the lake, having read the description again it is clear that it is but the pictures made me think that it was on the lake. It only takes a few minutes to walk down to the lake.

• Wibo (7/5): - Bijzondere locatie, voormalige Spinnerij. Zwitsers erfgoed, veel dorpen hadden een spinnerij. Er was wat onduidelijkheid over een omboeking en bijbetaling. Geduld, 2 x uitleggen. Bewijsmateriaal aanleveren. Uiteindelijk werd gezien dat je niet per verassing een meerprijs in rekening kunt brengen, omdat het hotelsysteem dat zegt. Beetje de Zwitserse correctheid, het systeem zegt t dus is t zo. Heeft ook positieve kanten hoor deze "systeem is correct" medaille... de boot over het meer vaart met Zwitserse precisie op de minuut nauwkeurig. Je kunt je klok er gelijk op zetten... een veerdienst. Kan de NS voorbeeld aan nemen.

Le petit dej healthy, la proximité avec le lac, 5 mn à pieds. Le personnel disponible et souriant. Les trains qui passent tout près la nuit.

И несмотря на то, что отель находится не так далеко от основной дороги ( что по сути тоже не малый плюс), в гостинице довольно таки тихо, так что ночью можно отдохнуть в тишине.

Die Einrichtung vom Frühstücksraum ist leider unbequem. Digitaler Check-In unnötig und nervig, ich möchte mit Menschen an der Rezeption reden und nett begrüßt werden!

Grosszügige Zimmer, tolle Lage, tolles Personal Die Zimmer zum Hof sind etwas dunkel. Vorne hat es uns besser gefallen. Aber zu diesem Preis hat das gepasst.

Digitale Schlüssel per E-Mail / Handy sind eine tolle Möglichkeit für einen späteren Check-in, aber bitte gehen Sie nicht in ein anderes Gebäude (z. B. "D" oder andere), sondern benutzen Sie nur den Haupteingang / Rezeption – sonst suchen Sie Ihr Zimmer wie wir eine halbe Stunde lang in einem anderen Nebengebäude und sind am Ende erschöpft. Mit den elektronischen Karten und dem Handy können Sie die Türen öffnen. 😊 Auf der Internetseite für den digitalen Schlüssel kann ein anderer Gebäude­buchstabe angezeigt werden, was leicht verwirren und zu einem falschen Eingang führen kann. Die anderen Gebäude sind für andere Aktivitäten. Benutzen Sie für Check-in nur "Haupteingang"

• ADRI TORNER (9/5): - The nicely designed and spacious rooms, former parts of a textile factory, are a great place to rest and to make a small walk to the breathtaking views of the Walensee, specially from.this side of the lake. Taking a swim at the lake from the beach side, next to the camping, with the views of the more than 2.000 metres high mountains right in front of you, super steep, is an amazing experience. The staff at the hotel was extra nice and made us feel great at the facilities. The gym is also nice, which you can access from 8 am to 9 pm in the building in front, entrance D. We didn't take the breakfast because we had still a lot of stuff from our road trip, but it looked really good. I also.appreciated the Rituals soap and.shampoo that are supplied in the bathroom, nice touch. And there is also a shared terrace at the first floor, with all lofts, that we used to have dinner with our daughter and observe the mountains, great. In the lofts, both beds are comfortable and spacious, it was really relaxing to spend time at that loft with high ceilings, nice design and comfortable and big beds. I would definitely stay here again if we plan a trip to the Swiss Alps. Self check-In was a little confusing with the different buildings. But once you have found clearly the main entrance by following the Hotel directions, it is pretty clear with the room names and numbers. I was missing a mini fridge in the room, for the rest everything was great.
