• SunshineOleloona (10/5): Wonderful holiday in Sini Vie - We stayed at the Sini Vie Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, with a private soaking tub on the balcony. A cool swimming pool with different levels and a convenient bar. We also took advantage of the hotel's spa program and had a great time relaxing. It was convenient that the hotel had a free shuttle bus that ran every hour to the shopping center and the nearby beach, and then back to the hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. I'd especially like to commend the receptionist, Yusan, who was always available with any questions and help or information I needed.

It is set apart distant from everything in a rather unpromising neighbourhood , yes there is a shuttle , still the bottom line for me is about the location. I kick myself mentally for not looking sufficiently before taking this hotel.

• qadirj2022 (10/5): Where Hospitality Truly Comes From The Heart - I had the privilege of staying at Sini Vie Resort & Spa Seminyak by Ini Vie Hospitality from 12th to 17th November 2025, and to this day, it remains the most exceptional hospitality experience I have ever had. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for years and stayed in hundreds of hotels, I do not say this lightly, this resort has set a standard that I have yet to see matched anywhere else. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating my birthday on 12th November, my wife’s birthday on 15th November, and our first year of marriage. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, assisted with our bags, and checked in seamlessly. We were then personally escorted to our Grand Smart Suite by Ayu, the Assistant Resort Manager, who took the time to thoughtfully explain every detail of the room and its voice-activated features. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally well-maintained. What truly amazed me was what came next. Right after the room introduction, Ayu surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake and sang a birthday song. I was genuinely shocked. Shortly after, I noticed handwritten sticky notes arranged in a heart shape on the wall, filled with birthday wishes from different departments across the resort. That level of effort and coordination is something I have never experienced before. Throughout our stay, Kristian ensured our room was always perfectly maintained, often decorating the bed with creative designs that added a special touch each day. On 15th November, during breakfast, a staff member named Firda (apologies if I got the name wrong) approached me to confirm my wife’s birthday and asked if we would be okay with a surprise. Moments later, my wife was presented with a cake—another unforgettable moment for us. What truly sets this resort apart is the personalised service. Every staff member greeted us warmly and addressed us by name wherever we went. Mr. Bintang, the Front Office Manager, checked in with us daily, ensuring everything was perfect, offering helpful travel tips, and showing genuine interest in our daily experiences. It is rare to find a team so consistent, attentive, and sincere in their service. This was not just hospitality—it was heartfelt care. Until today, I still think about this experience. Every time I stay at another hotel, I find myself comparing it to Sini Vie, and unfortunately, none have come close, not even many five-star properties. This resort is truly a hidden gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Free shuttle into the centre and to the beach The bedroom air conditioning was not great, and the water dispenser in the room was broken. There was a lack of consideration for guests leaving and no available space to shower and change. I was offered the toilet in the spa. Very small, very hot and no shower.

Mieliśmy piękną wannę na balkonie z widokiem na pola ryżowe i góry , niestety po 22 nie było już ciepłej wody aby napuścić do wanny. Pyszne śniadania i obsługa bardzo miła. Napewno skorzystamy jeszcze raz z noclegu. Hotel ma naprawdę wszystko na wysokim poziomie , jedyne co mnie zdziwiło że mają wodę z dystrybutora plastikowego Aqua gdzie moim zdaniem to jedna z najgorszych jakościowo wód.
• 582olham (10/5): Honestly didn’t want to leave - I stayed at Sini Vie Resort in Seminyak for 3 days and I genuinely loved every second of it. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that every little detail has been thought through. It’s not just beautiful for photos (although it really is), it’s actually comfortable and cosy in a way that makes you relax instantly. My room had a private pool and a jacuzzi, which honestly made it so hard to leave the room. I also loved that they have a projector — I’m such a movie person, so watching films at night like that felt extra special. It’s those small touches that made the stay feel different. What really made it for me though was the team. Both the hotel staff and the restaurant team were so kind, friendly and helpful. They didn’t just “do their job” — they genuinely made my stay more pleasant and easy. It makes such a difference when you feel welcomed, not just accommodated. Everything felt beautiful, comfortable and well taken care of. I would 100% stay again and I already kind of miss it.

• Irem (3/5): Niet geschikt met twee kleine kinderen - De jacuzzi buiten was wel erg fijn. Wat wij echter teleurstellend vonden, is dat het badzout dat erbij stond achteraf niet inbegrepen bleek te zijn. Dit werd pas later duidelijk gemaakt en kostte €15 voor twee tubes, wat wij absurd duur vinden en zeker niet het geld waard. Een groot pluspunt was het personeel: zij waren ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en meedenkend. Daarvoor willen wij hen oprecht bedanken. Wij verbleven hier als gezin van vier met twee kleine kinderen. Helaas vinden wij de villa niet echt geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Het zwembadwater was namelijk erg koud, wat het gebruik voor kinderen onaangenaam maakte. Daarnaast gingen de tuinverlichting en andere lichten op vaste tijdstippen automatisch aan en uit. Dit kon niet handmatig worden aangepast, wat niet altijd praktisch was. Bij aankomst werd ons per persoon een massage van 20 minuten beloofd, maar deze heeft uiteindelijk niet plaatsgevonden. Ook de spa bleek bij iedere aanvraag volgeboekt of niet beschikbaar, zelfs niet voor de volgende dag. Dat was erg jammer, vooral omdat dit wel als onderdeel van het verblijf wordt gepromoot — het voelde alsof hiermee wordt gelokt.

They would immediately show up for the payment or would start messaging me on WhatsApp to clear the payment.. they could’ve done cleared the payment when i was checking out, like other hotels

Complimentary massage was fantastic as was the bath on the balcony. Bed was super comfortable, loved the big and firm pillows. Airport pick up and drop off was great and easy to organise. Note to management - I assume there is a directive for staff to ask guests for feedback very often, and although they always asked in a very polite and nice way, I thought it was not necessary to be asked for feedback after everything.

We had a beautiful room with a private pool. The food is also amazing, both breakfast and the japanese restaurant. It’s easy to eat fresh and healthy food. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They paying attention to small things that makes you feel like home. The hotel also has a shuttle service that runs every two hours. Perfect of you want to go to Seminyak Square. We really recommend this wonderful place.

• Tolga (10/5): Geweldig! - Het is een prachtig verblijf, perfect voor een honeymoon. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en alles is overal heel schoon. Daarnaast ligt het ook dicht bij Seminyak Square. Wij vonden ons privézwembad vrij koud in vergelijking met het gedeelde zwembad, waardoor we van het gedeelde zwembad gebruik hebben gemaakt.

I like the simple buffet breakfast which I more prefer healthy breakfast instead of big breakfast, but if you like big breakfast you still have much choices for your breakfast. It’s definitely a more vibrant resort, with a great energy and everything you might need right inside. There’s a spa that’s very well known in the area and an amazing Japanese restaurant, honestly so good that it’s worth the stay on its own. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was super cozy and full of mirrors, which I personally loved. The bathroom was spacious with a big shower, and outside there was a private jacuzzi and pool, perfect for relaxing. I also loved the projector in front of the bed instead of a TV, it made the whole room feel extra special and cozy. Since I’m really into fitness, I wanted to use the gym, but theirs was under maintenance. They handled it in the best way possible: they gave me a free pass to a nearby gym that was very well equipped and even drove me there. That level of care really made a difference. Overall, the service was amazing, the vibe was fun, and everything felt easy and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Sini Vie and I’d happily stay there again.

• Werner (5/5): Ondermaats voor een 5 sterren hotel - Soms kwam men vragen of we koffie of thee wouden, soms niet en andere keren was men onze vraag vergeten. Voor een 5 sterren hotel wat het geen uitzonderlijk goed ontbijt Het hotel is in een achterbuurt gelegen. Voor het hotel zelf is er geen bestrating en het is enkel te bereiken via een smalle weg. Deze stond na hevige regen ook onder water waardoor we met een bootje het hotel diende te verlaten op dag van ons vertrek.

• Sayuri (3/5): Does not feel like a 5 star hotel feels more like a hostel. - Only the spa. We were not happy with the standard of this resort, for a 5 star it was not maintained well looked very old and our room was tiny, for the amount of money you pay you can find better in Seminyak- also the pictures are very deceiving.

• Sarai (9/5): Great first experience first time visiting Bali 🍹 - The friendly staff so welcoming and the facilities was great. We loved our stay. From a smooth check in after a long day of travelling Dedi and Dia were amazing. Couldn't fault the staff service all around bar restaurant but Ratna was a stand out. Brekky every day of our stay was so good. Free shuttle to the seminyak square was a bonus to start any day. Probably a bit more food options in the hotel restaurant but otherwise everything was good.

• Margarita (10/5): Warm and very attentive staff - We really liked the quiet location, the room was very clean and cozy during the rainy season but also nice and open for warmer days. We are especially grateful for the team, Parwa and Dwi and the rest of the team for all your help, my husband and I both had Bali Belly and they were very helpful bringing us warm porridge, toast, fruit - they were very attentive to us especially during that time of need. It made us feel more safe. Everyone is also super friendly greeting us with smiles always! We enjoyed everything.
• fatimamakda (4/5): Sini vie in a nutshell - The hotel is situated in a cul de sac and really not a very nice area. The lobby is small but clean and the staff friendly. Henri was quite helpful especially since check in was only 3pm and we were there at 2pm. The king villa with private pool is nice. The room is spacious and clean. The private pool area is the not well maintained and the jacuzzi is in an area of the room that is surrounded by dirty walls and not very well maintained hence we did not even attempt to use it. The pool was nice but the lounger definitely needs to be cleaned or better yet replaced. Breakfast is mediocre however the staff do go out of their way to be nice. Tried supper at the Japanese restaurant and it was also mediocre. The breakfast/ dining area needs better ventilation. Bathroom amenities given but towels seemed over used and need replacing. The hotel uses an app to communicate and once you get the hang of it, it becomes quite useful. The best part of the hotel is honestly the shuttle service to the square that runs every 2 hrs.

• Sade (9/5): - My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Sini Vie and would definitely stay here again. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and atheistically decorated. The breakfast was tasty. All of the staff was responsive, attentive, and nice. Unfortunately, nothing in the gym worked.
• Rafiki_11 (6/5): I wouldn’t do it again - I am very mixed on this whole experience. The communication is not there with the reception. Before arriving we stayed in Ubud with the same hospitality group, thinking we would have the same standards of service. I messaged the hotel one hour before arrival inquiring about a scooter being available on arrival so we could get out to explore without wasting time. They never responded back. They didn’t have one. Which happens, common courtesy is responding back though. We could have found one on our way to the hotel. When we checked in the man forced me to check in online. Which I felt defeated his job? After doing so bc we needed to check in my phone reported the site as phishing( taking sensitive information from my phone) so it rejected the site after the fact. The electric and water both went out before our departure. We had to wait to shower before our dinner reservation at Koral. It took over an hour to return to normal. The room had a nauseating smell a few times. Luckily we only stayed one night. The breakfast buffet is minimal. Not bad but could definitely be better especially compared to other accommodations on the island. The room was lovely. The design is very nice. The rest of the experience was my least favorite part of our holiday in Bali.
