The housekeeping decided to move laundry bags from 4am until 6am, making a ton of noise! The housekeeping staff was opening and closing cleaning closets (loudly) in the hallway during this period as well. We were awake from 4am onward as the rest of the hotel staff made a bunch of noise starting around 7am. Nearly yelling in the hallway as early as 6am. Terrible sleep, zero consideration for guests. Would not stay here again!

• Yun (8/5): Few pedestrians ion a street so close to the tourist centre of the city - Location was just outside the main tourist area but only 5 minutes away. Room was very large for a single. More soundproofing of the widows facing the street. The streets are narrow and the buildings are tall so any loud engines like a motorcycle just bounce off the surrounding buildings.

There is no parking near the accomodation, the closest ones are at 10 min walking distance. They offer a discount for parking nearby but it’s still 25€/day.

• ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ (9/5): - Ένα όμορφο, άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, μέσα στο κέντρο της Σιένα! Όσον αφορά το πάρκινγκ μας κατατοπισαν που μπορούμε να το βάλουμε, υπήρχε ένα κόστος βέβαια, αλλά ήταν ασφαλές! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση που μας έκαναν για τη φύλαξη των αποσκευών μέχρι να γυρίσουμε από τη πρωϊνή μας βόλτα!!!

• Ariel Fiandino (7/5): No volvería a reservar allí - La ubicación. La habitación. El desayuno bueno pero poco variado, sin lácteos, ni frutas. La excelente atención de los empleados del lugar donde se desayuna, que es externo al alojamiento. Que la atención de la conserjería es solo de 8:00 am a 14:00 pm. Sobretodo el día de llegada, cuando uno necesita apoyo, para ubicarse y algún otro detalle o consejo. Y que después de ese horario hay un teléfono para comunicarse y que generalmente no atienden. En nuestro caso particular, en un momento de la segunda noche, entraron a nuestra habitación otros huéspedes con la misma clave numérica que teníamos nosotros. Lo que significa que el alojamiento reservo la misma habitación a pasajeros distintos y en las mismas fechas o que el sistema de claves o quien adjudicó la habitación falló, generando un momento de tensión y confusión.

• Anna (8/5): - Tolle Lage und grosse Zimmer. Es hatte einen Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte vom Dom entfernt. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto war sehr kompliziert, dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts. Wir haben vorab eine Anleitung erhalten.

Cuidado porque no se puede aparcar y si llevas el coche a la puerta del hotel tendrás que rellenar un formulario de registro en la ZTL Tiene escalones para subir y puesto que no tiene personal no hay nadie que nos indicara si hay o no ascensor El proceso de checkin es online y la información es adecuada pero se recibe toda por email. Me parece maravilloso y ágil pero quizá no está pensado para todos los públicos

Recepção bem resumda nas informações por mensagem. Porem, frigobar com varios itens para venda, o que facilita bastante, Localização perfeita. Isso foi um diferencial. Acustica Pessima, tanto se escuta pessoas andando do lado de fora(rua), como se escuta conversas no corredor( funcinários ou clientes). Banheiro limpo e com os itens necessarios. Limpeza Ok, Achei o quarto com o tamanho perfeito. Não tem elevador, mas os quartos são no primeiro andar. Foi ok para subir rsrsrs Apenas da acustica que não existe.

Molto apprezzato il caffè in camera offerto e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Personale molto disponibile. Alcuni schiamazzi durante la notte per via di qualche locale nella stessa strada. Da sistemare lo scarico del WC e magari qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugamani.

• Giorgia (9/5): - Ottima posizione, a due passi dal Duomo e a 10 minuti dai garage Il Duomo e Il Campo (con cui hanno una convenzione). Il self check-in e l’ingresso nella struttura autonomo tramite password é stato chiarissimo e il personale, seppur tramite mail e whatsapp, é molto presente e disponibile. La camera é veramente molto bella e spaziosa, il bagno carinissimo, minibar ben fornito e c’é anche la macchina per il caffè. Forse il bagno é leggermente piccolo ma nulla che comprometta il fantastico soggiorno!

• Igor (10/5): - O quarto é enorme e muito bem localizado. A equipe tem uma comunicação eficiente e dá todas as informações relevantes para a hospedagem ser muito boa. A água quente acabou por volta de 8:00 PM.

• Iacopo (9/5): - Stanza molto grande e ben arredata. Ottima la posizione a circa 5 min a piedi dal duomo e piazza del campo. Abbastanza comodo anche per chi arriva in auto, entrando da porta Laterina (senza passare da ZTL) con diversi posti gratuiti. Solo i n paio di note negative, una relativa al bagno (piccolo in relazione alla stanza), l’altro è relativo al fatto che le stanze sono al primo piano di uno stabile d’epoca quindi non dotato di ascensore.
