• Kerri anne (1/5): Terrible - Bedrooms looked nice, once we got to the 2 bedroom villa it wasn’t like the pictures at all, no sunlight on the pool, 2 floors, construction on 3 sides of the villa which had scaffolding up to block the natural light even tjhougj there was none , villa had no natural light at all How the photos only showed the spacious 3 bedroom villa not the one we paid for- the staff then offered me to pay double what I had to stay in the 3 bedroom villa, also so much construction from early morning to late at night. Also refused to refund me after I brought these concerns- only option was to upgrade and pay double price

• Laura Cristina (3/5): Es una estafa. Tener mucho cuidado. - La cama era cómoda, y la habitación tenía suficiente espacio de almacenamiento para la ropa. Nos proporcionaron transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. Tengo que ser sincera, me sentí estafada. Nada de lo que muestran en booking es igual a la realidad. El estado de las instalaciones era deplorable. Se nota que no hacen el mantenimiento necesario para cobrar lo que cobran. Se supone que te venden una experiencia de una Villa de lujo, y estaba todo hecho un desastre. Todo estaba lleno de moho y oxidado. Las tuberías olían fatal. Los lavamanos perdían agua. En la cocina faltaba todo lo necesario para poder cocinar en condiciones. El ventilador de la cocina estaba viejo y oxidado, haciendo que el calor fuera insoportable. Di constancia de ello desde el primer día, y el personal de recepción solo supo disculparse pero no me proporcionaron ninguna solución. Se fue la luz dos veces y una de ellas fue casi toda la tarde, tuvimos que salir De la Villa y hacer un gasto extra porque era insoportable estar allí dentro por el calor. Después hablando con los trabajadores, me dieron a entender que ellos hacen lo posible para darle al cliente el servicio más excelente posible, pero que están atados de manos porque los Managers no les pagan como deben y el dinero que nosotros como clientes pagamos no lo vuelven a invertir en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Así que si tenéis pensado tener una buena experiencia en Bali, salir corriendo de allí. No subo más fotos porque Booking no me lo permite.. pero pueden hacerse una idea…

All the walls in the pool are super mouldy, pool looks dirty, in the main bedroom downstairs is an extremely strong smell of mould, it’s unhealthy to breathe it. Main bedroom downstairs was ripped. But the worst thing is that there’s a construction next door everyday from 7:30am till 6pm very loud and very disturbing, we couldn’t sleep and rest because of this . So very disappointing.

• Vіktoria (4/5): В целом вилла требует доработки: как минимум закрыть лестничную зону и сделать навес при входе — это значительно повысил - В целом отдых получился неплохим, но с важными нюансами, о которых стоит знать заранее. Из плюсов — приятно, что в стоимость был включён завтрак. Это действительно удобно, потому что рядом нет ни ресторанов, ни кафе. Район в целом ещё развивающийся, вокруг довольно уединённо и местами даже пустынно. Но здесь сразу важный момент: если в описании указано, что до пляжа около 1 км — обязательно уточняйте. В нашем случае расстояние действительно было небольшим по карте, но дойти пешком оказалось невозможно из-за большого обрыва. Добраться до моря можно было только на такси, байке или машине. Планировка виллы откровенно странная и не продумана. Фото на Booking не соответствовали реальности: я рассчитывала на наличие закрытой гостиной с диваном и телевизором, но её не оказалось вообще. По факту — две спальни и кухня. Лестница между этажами полностью открытая. Во время дождя она становится мокрой, образуются лужи, и спускаться по каменным ступеням просто небезопасно — легко поскользнуться. Также при входе нет навеса, поэтому вся обувь постоянно намокает. На втором этаже часть пространства открытая, и во время дождя туда также попадает вода. Вечером много насекомых и комаров, которые довольно сильно кусаются. Из-за отсутствия гостиной нам пришлось дополнительно арендовать матрас для ребёнка. Стоимость — 300 000 рупий в день, что за 10 дней составило ещё 3 миллиона. Считаю это неоправданно дорого.

Breakfast should Be included in the room. The noise from next door villas and construction next door meant we were woken up early and then shouting And fireworks from 7pm to 2am every day and night. This made this stay unbearable.

• Otechko (9/5): уровень проживания на твердую четверку, есть куда расти отелю - понравилось в принципе всё. завтрак могут принести в номер, без дополнительных оплат. есть в аренду пляжные полотенца без оплаты, утром взял вечером вернул. утром снова взял чистые. есть зонт для похода на пляж, пользовался постоянно. очень внимательная девушка на ресепшене Intan, со всеми вопросами что к ней обращались помогала очень оперативно. ну и вообще весь персонал был очень доброжелательный. меню ресторана надо улучшить, оно не большое. нет никаких супов, салатов, только вторые блюда, немного печально это. до пляжа melasti 1.5 км по жаре не очень удобно ходить, так как нет тротуаров, приходиться идти по дороге. можно было бы организовать доставку до пляжа и обратно, и включить это в цену проживания, это бы улучшило привлекательность отеля. выбор соков тоже минимальный,хотелось бы максимально расширить ассортимент фруктов. негде погладить одежду и постирать негде, можно было бы поставить хотя бы одну стиральную машину, для людей кто не живет на вилле а в простом номере и брать за это небольшую плату.

Definitely coming back to this villa! - The space is so generous inside the villa and outside in the garden that it feels like you rented your own private little resort. The staff treated us like a five star luxury hotel, super warm and always on top of things. The design is beautiful and modern and you basically have everything you’d ever want already inside. Perfect for families or groups, would book again for sure. Nothing, all was great.

Отель находится всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от невероятно красивого пляжа Миласти — песок белоснежный, вода прозрачная, просто рай. Особенно хочется отметить персонал — очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и внимательный. Они буквально сделали наш отдых особенным, и своим теплом заставили нас влюбиться в Бали ещё больше. Завтраки здесь вкусные и разнообразные, а в ресторане отеля готовят очень хорошо — всё свежее и с любовью. Атмосфера уютная, и каждый день здесь чувствуешь себя как дома. Если хотите сочетание отличного расположения, прекрасной кухни и невероятного гостеприимства — Bali Residence Villa точно для вас! -

• Cecilia (5/5): decepcionante. - exelente limpieza NO TIENE PISCINA. a menos que te alojes en la villa. el servicio de restaurante es pesimo, todos los dias esperar mas de 40 minutos para que nos sirvan el desayuno a pesar de que te preguntan menu y horario un dia antes. si consumis algo y queres pagar con tarjeta suma 20 minutos mas a la espera. la ducha es incomoda e irregulable, por lo que hay que sostenerla manualmente. alquilamos una moto con el hotel por 5 dias(la cual te dan con 0 gasolina), que habían dicho que podiamos pagar el dia del chech out, pero despues nos encontramos con amenazas de la señora de la agencia de que si no pagabamos enseguida nos esperaba su marido fuera de la habitación. solo reciben pagos en efectivo.

The kitchen was equipped, but there were no basic cooking essentials — not even salt or any spices. There were also no kitchen knives available. The air conditioners in the rooms were turned off upon arrival, so it was hot and stuffy when checking in. At night, the water stopped working. In the morning, I had to approach the staff several times before they finally fixed it. It was also quite difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi — I had to go through an authorization process on a website. Wouldn’t it be easier to just set a simple password instead?

Bed was super comfortabel en groot, wifi lekker sterk, veel handdoeken, sanitair prima. Ontbijt ook goed. Ik had kamer 1223. Deze kamer heeft geen natuurlijk daglicht, zie een review van een eerdere gast, met foto's. Het raam is een soort aquarium met gordijnen, als je deze niet dicht doet, kijkt iedereen je bed in. Dus ze moeten dicht en dan is het donker. Het kan eigenlijk echt niet verhuurd worden zo. De kamer zit bij een loungehoek, midden in de nacht zaten daar Australiers heel luid te discussiëren. Ik was er maar 1 nacht, en 2 nachten had ik dan ook echt niet oke gevonden. In de buurt is verder niks dus je moet alles met taxi of scooter doen. Heb zwembad niet gezien dus kan daar niet over oordelen. Wat ik ook vreemd vond was dat ik niet eerder mocht uitchecken tot de kamer gecheckt was op vermiste spullen, dat heb ik nog nooit eerder meegemaakt. En het adres op Booking herkent een Grab taxi niet, dit moeten ze daar aanpassen.

I upgraded my room at an extra cost due to this factor as I thought I had booked a villa not a room. There’s no shared pool either if you are not in a villa. Location is okay. Most of the popular stuff is on the other end of Uluwatu so I was travelling a lot. There’s little local shops/ eating within walking distance.

They’re were super nice, asked me about cleaning the room every day, really tasty breakfast, no problem with extending the stay by one extra day. I missed a window in the room, apart from that it was great!

• Gihra (7/5): - The room and bathroom are really spacious with great lighting, and the bed is super comfy. The staff are all so lovely and friendly! The bathroom had a bad smell every time I flushed or used the sink. The cleanliness wasn’t great when I checked in — I walked around barefoot and my feet got dirty really quickly. The TV had streaming apps but nothing actually worked. The location was okay, but you need transport for everything — there’s nothing really within walking distance, so it depends on what you’re expecting.

• Lauren (1/5): Awful. The only nice thing about this accommodation is the pool - Do not stay in this accommodation. On check out we were approached by a member of staff who was holding bed sheets and a towel walking towards a lobby. There was a large gathering of people in the lobby who were not apart of our party. The staff member began to speak about stains on the towels and the sheets in front of everyone. This was totally uncalled for and unacceptable. The staff member began demanding extra charges for the stains, even though we reassured her that the make up stains would remove instantly once washed with water. Once the stains were wiped with water they all washed away instantly as we had told her! There were stains on the walls, broken toilet seat, no working air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and a leaking pipe noise. Very disappointing experience.
• Nivashine (8/5): Such a beautiful villa, worth the stay! - Everything was great. We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good. Gea was so nice to us from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We were so late on the day we checked in and she waited till we arrived. One of the room showers hot water wasn't working, fan in the dining hall was so slow. Can improve a little bit on that.

• Megan (10/5): Exceptional - The pool was gorgeous and the rooms were super modern and clean. This felt like such a luxury place. Restaurant on site was good, just quiet. Not too much around near the villa in terms of shops and restaurants but good to be nearish the airport.
• Mohanad (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay at Bali Residence Villa! The location was perfect everything we needed was within a 10minute scooter ride, making it super convenient to explore Bali. The villa was comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. A special thank you to Gea and Elton for their warm hospitality and support during our stay. They were always helpful and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing Bali getaway
• Pam (6/5): This huge villa was accommodating with the kindest staff but the remote location & horrible septic smell ruined the - The Villas were huge and looked beautiful. Rooftop deck was nice addition The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked and the staff was amazing. The septic smelled bad in most bathrooms, the pool was dirty and the location was remote. The roof top deck stairs were wobbly & had broken panels.
