• anna (9/5): My go-to secret staycation.. - Check-in was a breeze. Staff were very efficient and helpful, rooms are soundproofed and comfy. Our 2 bedroom-suite had gorgeous sunrise views, which i got for a cheaper price when i booked a month ahead. Garden was great for pictures, it looked like i was in a pocket garden in Japan. No restaurant for coffee or snacks, but they did serve breakfast. Bathtub not really ideal in Baguio.

• eric (1/5): - We got to the hotel by dec 6, around 1130am. The staffs told us that someone has booked our room. Our reservation is from dec 5-8, 2025. Fully paid since june 2025. The staffs did not even offer options to accomodate us. Terrible experience since we travelled for 7hrs then just informed that someone has already occupied our rooms.

• Ian Ver (5/5): Not so bad nor or neithet was it good. - Didn’t follow my request, instead provided us with a sofa bed which was uncomfortable. During the evening, the water output are weak and the heater didn’t work, we had to contact the front desk and seems that the hotel lack the manpower.

The staff are nice, friendly, and very accommodating. Special thanks to Justine as well for being so considerate. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no toiletries provided. I’m not sure if they’re not included, but it would’ve been helpful to have them. All in all, still good, I brought my own.

Its the taxi or the transportation though they have jeepney’s .I am the type of person who use prefer to ride on the taxi than jeepney.

Taxi's in the are is very limited. The guards wouldn't help you get one if you need to go out. They don't have contacts for transpo which is frustrating since the area has limited taxis.

• John (8/5): Good stay - 1. Staffs and security guards are nice 2. Nice view at the back 3. Clean property 1. No hooks where you can hang your clothes in the bedrooms and bathroom. 2. Only one set of toiletries were initially given so we have to call them to ask for additional 3 sets since we are group of 4. 3. There are only 3 cups and one teaspoon in the room. We are expecting 4.

• Thorsten (3/5): Poor - A nice room and good parking. This is not run as a hotel. No breakfast, not even a chance to get a coffee or a can of soda. There is nothing close by, which made that worse. A breakfast room they seemed to have had to serve something is locked, no common areas. Some friendly, untrained staff will show you a QR code to self-checkin and insist on a $65 security deposit. They even forgot to service our rooms. Shame.

• Marose (9/5): It was nice and we will surely book again here. - I like that our room is clean and comfortable. The view is great and the staff are attentive to our needs. The location is a little bit farm from the center, but i liked it. It felt a little secluded and more close to nature so it’s more peaceful. Although the room is clean, there is this one extra long pillow that kinds of smell so i asked the staff to just take it away. And the bed’s headboard also has a weird smell. But overall, i think it’s still better than some of the hotels we’ve been in.

• Ian (7/5): It was fairly acceptable stay. - Lee Boutique Hotel is overall a good and well worth it property to visit and stay at. The restaurant was under construction at my period of stay therefore lacking on the facilities side, parking was limited and the location is quite hidden and far from the tourist spots.
• Therese (10/5): I wish we could stay here again! - It was very homey and cozy. We didn’t want to leave. The location. It’s hard to get a cab going back to the place. Leaving the place there’s a jeep terminal parked next to the hotel that goes all the way to SM Baguio but no jeep going back. Wish we knew this before choosing the hotel. Best to bring your own car for convenience.

• Airah (8/5): Great value for money - The room was big and comfortable for the price. The staff were all friendly, albeit forgetful. I appreciate how they accommodated our request to eat dinner at the staff dining area. We ordered dinner via grab and the rooms didn't have a dining area, so we asked if they had a canteen. First, it's a bit far from the center of the city. Second, the bathrooms could use more rails for hanging clothes. There were also no trash cans inside. The tub is too slippery to take a shower in so they should add rubber mats to stand on because it's only a matter of time before someone slips and lands the wrong way in there. Lastly, my parents' room didn't have any hot water so they were asked to use the electric kettle, but it was also defective so they had to ask for another one.

• Adrian (9/5): Clean and comfy room with beautiful view - The place was quiet and clean. One of the cleanest rooms we've had when we travel. Our room had two balconies, one of which had a view of the forest and mountains. There was also space for parking. The hotel was a bit far from the city center. About 15 to 20 minutes drive from SM Baguio, more if there is heavy traffic.

Soundproofing of the doors could be better, can hear everything in hallways and adjacent rooms, but not too bad
• Mary (9/5): It was a relaxing stay. - If you want the peaceful side of baguio, then this hotel is for you. The hotel is new, and the staff are still learning, but they are very nice. The quality of the bed foam and pillow is excellent. You will really have a good sleep here. The facility is clean as well. It is beside a Jeepney station if you want to go to the city. You can also book grab or ask the guard to get you a taxi. Arca’s Cafe is just 2 mins away, you can also relax here and grab your food. Their food is excellent. My recommendation is to put some sofa set in the balcony near the dining or convert the dining to lounge area so guest can also relax there. Also, to provide water dispensers so guest can refill their water bottles or to have a mini snack bar inside.

• Borislav (10/5): Exceptional - This is a brand new Hotel, built in a modern style with many amenities in the rooms - ceiling fan, air conditioning, hot water in the bathroom. A lovely large room terrace just above the hotel entrance where I can drink my coffee in the morning and watch the beautiful view around. Very convenient parking lot with enough parking space and 24-hour parking security.

• Robin (8/5): I wouldnt stay again due to location. - Lovely room with balcony and a reasonably good view. Shame they did not provide any breakfast or even a small sari sari to purchase provisions. They asked for high deposit for room. 2500 peso. Location is not ideal especially as taxi/grab do not work late and jeepneys finish 8.30pm. Have some stocks in your room!
