- Aggarwal (1/5): - Extremely disappointing experience at Noku Phuket. We gave our clothes for hotel laundry expecting basic professional care, but instead, they completely ruined them. My black jeans came back badly faded, and my T-shirt was completely spoiled. These were not cheap items, and the damage was obvious and irreversible. What made the situation even worse was how poorly the hotel handled it. At checkout, we raised the issue and asked for a fair refund for the damaged clothing. Instead of taking responsibility, all they did was waive the laundry charge of 300 baht—which is barely 10% of the value of just the T-shirt alone, not even considering the jeans. This is not customer service. This is negligence followed by complete indifference. For a hotel that positions itself as premium, this level of service is unacceptable. Damaging guests’ belongings and then offering a token gesture instead of a proper resolution shows a serious lack of professionalism and care. I would strongly caution anyone staying here against using their laundry service. Extremely poor handling, terrible accountability, and a very frustrating end to what should have been a relaxing stay.

- Steve (10/5): Top class 5 star hotel. Amazing views, great staff. Top destination. - Beautiful hotel with great facilities. The bar and lounge area are amazing with views across Chalong Bay. The restaurant was stunning with an amazing breakfast offering. The staff were attentive, friendly and really helpful. This is a top class 5 star hotel and I would recommend for anyone to stay. It's a bit off the beaten track but offers shuttle buses to various locations and taxis are cheap and plentiful. The bar closes at 9.30 pm which is a little early. It's up a big hill so taxis/shuttle buses are a must but it's a minor issue and ensures the amazing views.

- Fotios (10/5): The most amazing hotel in Phuket! - The facilities of this hotel are unmatched. Everything is very well designed, well maintained and very clean. You have the feeling that you are the only guests there, even though that is not the case. The whole place is super relaxing and the staff is the most welcoming and most attentive we have encountered. We were treated amazingly throughout our stay and we didn’t want to leave this amazing place! This hotel was without a doubt the highlight of our honeymoon trip. We must and will absolutely come back!

The service is second to none and the staff cannot do enough for you. Fantastic place and would definitely recommend it. It's a little bit off the beaten track being up a bulig hill so taxis required mostly to go out. There are shuttle buses though which are great.

Ogromnym atutem jest hotelowy tuk tuk, którym można poruszać się po terenie obiektu. Willa Tree jest doskonale wyposażona i idealnie nadaje się do kameralnego wypoczynku. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. We booked a three-night honeymoon, and it was a highlight of our time in Phuket. The staff was very responsive to our requests, and the honeymoon decorations were a nice touch. The only downside is that the restaurant and room service aren't available late at night (after 10 PM), so it's best to plan ahead for meals

Ze dachten echt met ons mee, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. De locatie lag op een berg, waardoor het soms lastig bereikbaar was. De Grab-chauffeurs wilden ons niet altijd naar boven brengen. Uiteindelijk hebben we een scooter gehuurd en dat maakte het een stuk gemakkelijker om ons te verplaatsen. Wij houden ervan om eropuit te gaan en verschillende plekken te ontdekken en te bezoeken. Als je echter vooral wilt komen om te ontspannen, is deze locatie daar ook zeer geschikt voor.

We loved having our own private pool, which was a huge highlight, but we were equally impressed by the public infinity pool; it is truly wonderful and offers a spectacular view that shouldn't be missed. The spa was another major hit with my family members, who enjoyed the treatments immensely. The service here is exceptional, specifically Kwan, who was remarkably helpful, polite, and quick to resolve any matters that arose in a timely manner. - Asayel (1/5): كانت اقامه سيئه جدا ولم اجد فيها الراحه والاستجمام - لا شيء وانصدمت من الواقع حجزت فيلا مع حوض و رأيت ثعبانين صغار في الحوض و تم شطفه من قبلهم أمامي و لم استطع السباحه بسبب ذلك كما انه توجد حشرات في الغرفه وام اربع واربعين

- Lisa (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, der Privatpool wird jeden Tag gereinigt, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht! Durch die Lage des Hotels hat man einen schönen Ausblick und eine ruhige Lage, allerdings ist fußläufig nur wenig erreichbar. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Grabs teilweise nicht zum Hotel fahren wollen, da es recht abgelegen ist.

- Fatin (10/5): Booked our stay for honeymoon—in the private hill king villa, and it was lovely! All staffs were friendly and very welco - Convenient to move around the property as there are buggy carts!
- Suhith (5/5): A nice place for the young and fit - The hotel is well located with a great view. The minibar was free and got replenished daily. Afternoon tea was free. The dining room is really nice with a great view. It has a nicely built architecture. I can only speak to the garden view rooms. A door separates them. I think the next-door guest were smokers and the smoke simply comes into our room. We mentioned it to the cleaning staff and they put a wet towel on the door. But it is not a pleasant experience you are paying money for the room for it to smell like cigarette smoke every time you walk into it. I would stay away from the garden view rooms. Also the garden view rooms don't have a pool so if you want to use the pool you need to go to the lobby by walking up a significant number of steps. It might be worth it to get the rooms with the pool otherwise, the logistics don't necessarily work out. The hotel elevation is quite steep. So to get back to the lobby you have to go upstairs or call for the buggy. The buggies are frequent, and they do respond promptly. If you are older, you will find it extremely hard to climb the stairs. It is a good workout. So it is hard to walk around the premises due to the elevation, so you are pretty much confined to the room. Also location-wise it is about 40 to 50 minutes to anywhere. There is a hotel shuttle service, which is nice it will take 40 to 50 minutes to get there and another 40 to 50 minutes to get back. It is worthwhile if you are planning to stay in the hotel al
