Victorpassy (2/5): ruim e pessimo atendimento - ficamos sem internet todo o periodo da estadia, reclamei varias vezes e sem nenhuma resposta do anfitrião um absurdo pois precisava da internet para atender problemas do trabalho remotamente reclamei quase todos os dias e nao tive nenhuma reposta o apto como é abaixo do nivel da rua tambem nao pegava bem a internet do celular e ficamos sem internet

Eli (9/5): - Estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo. Muy bien situado ya que máximo a 10 minutos tienes un montón de buses para moverte por la ciudad. Las camas son muy comodas, pero las almohadas un poco finas. Todo lo demás genial. El vecino de arriba.... Se oía como caminaba todo el día. Por la noche a partir de la 5:00 ya empezaba a moverse. Supongo que también tiene un escalón para ir a la parte del final de la casa parecía que se iva a caer el techo. Es en esta habitación que se oía todo. Un día incluso estuvo con la música puesta des de las 4:30 y no la paró hasta las 8:00. El apartamento vale la pena. Lástima el vecino.

Emily (3/5): It had potential. - I liked the location and the layout of the property. It was very aesthetically pleasing. The team seemed to have good communication skills but that didn’t last very long. I didn’t enjoy the damage upon arrival despite paying a damage deposit as the property is up for sale. The team acted super supportive and then once I raised safety concerns completely ignored my emails and messages during our stay. It was a real shame as this property has such potential to be one of the best in London for travellers. It is a shame the team acted like they wanted to support when clearly they had no care for our safety.
