They were very hospitable, Habes was very attentive and a great guide, highly recommend. We did a full day trip and camel ride. The sunset and stars at night were amazing. The camp is clean and far from the city. I think it's one of the deepest places in the desert to enjoy the stars without light pollution. They taught us so much about their culture and the desert. - Sarah (7/5): - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Camp in Wadi Rum hatte viele sehr schöne Momente – und vor allem der außerordentliche Service hat vieles von dem, was weniger gut lief, wieder wettgemacht. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt Ajit, der sich wirklich überdurchschnittlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit um uns gekümmert hat. Ich war während unseres Aufenthalts erkältet, und er brachte mir unaufgefordert Tee und frische Zitronen, erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach meinem Befinden und sorgte rund um die Uhr dafür, dass es uns gut ging. Dieser persönliche, herzliche Einsatz ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt maßgeblich geprägt. Wir übernachteten in einem Bubble-Zelt mit einem fantastischen Ausblick – die Aussicht war wunderschön und definitiv ein Highlight. Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Besonders das unter der Erde zubereitete Gericht war sehr, sehr lecker und ein echtes Erlebnis. Großes Kompliment an das Küchenteam. Was die Ausstattung des Camps betrifft, merkt man jedoch, dass diese etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand verbessert werden könnten: lose Fäden an den Vorhängen, Bettwäsche ohne Bezug, sehr geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche sowie stark schwankende Wassertemperaturen (entweder eiskalt oder sehr heiß). Das Camp hat insgesamt viel Potenzial, würde aber von mehr Liebe zum Detail profitieren. Was uns im Nachhinein besonders enttäuscht hat, sind die Preise und die Abwicklung der Touren, die direkt über das Camp verkauft wurden. Gerade deshalb sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass die Preise fair und marktüblich sind und dass wir dem Camp, in dem wir übernachten, vertrauen können. Für eine Stargazing-Tour haben wir für zwei Personen 60 Jordanische Dinar bezahlt. Letztlich bestand diese Tour daraus, mit dem Jeep wenige Minuten vom Camp entfernt zu fahren, dort ein Lagerfeuer zu machen und Tee zu trinken. Dafür empfinden wir den Preis als extrem hoch. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Camp in Wadi Rum hatte viele sehr schöne Momente – und vor allem der außerordentliche Service hat vieles von dem, was weniger gut lief, wieder wettgemacht. The campsite location is very beautiful and easily accessible. The jeep tour was more than wonderful. The Bedouin food, the zarb, was delicious. We felt right at home. The facilities were clean. - Sara (1/5): Scam - Nothing. You don’t get what you see on the pictures, yes it was a bubble tent but not the ones advertised, the place was not luxurious as described. No internet in the room. I was very disappointed as they have ruined the experience that I thought I would have. And the pick up car that got us to the camp was in a very bad condition !

Condizionatore non funziona Ho dovuto fare la doccia con acqua fredda ( ero già ammalato di raffreddore) Materasso del 1800 con molle che ti si incastravano nella schiena. La mia ragazza si è svegliata con dolori nella parte bassa della schiena. Avevo prenotato perché c’erano ottime recensioni, ma forse devo supporre che siano tutte false… Il campo si trova fuori dalla riserva del Wadi rum ma si promuovono come wadi rum camp. Finale della storia ho dovuto prendere un 2 ore di jeep tour ( fuori dalla riserva ovviamente, non possono entrarci perché non autorizzati ) altrimenti avrei dovuto pagare un transporto di ritorno al mio veicolo. Ho viaggiato moltissimo e non ho mai lasciato recensioni perché incomprensioni/ fraintendimenti/ forze di causa maggiore possono sempre accadere, ma questa esperienza corrisponde esattamente al 1% di quello che vendono. - Ali (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy room. View is amazing! you literally see desert, camels passing by. At night the sky is full of stars. Room has wifi (not very fast sometimes, but don’t forget you are in the middle of the desert!). Hotel staff were super friendly, they picked us up from petrol station, where taxi brought us. They also organized for us safari trip which I highly recommend, and helped us to organize car for our way back to Amman. You also have nice rocks around hotel which you can climb to make nice photos

The facilities are excellent, but what sets it apart is the helpfulness and hospitality of the staff. From answering any questions before arrival, to picking us up from their accommodation near the visitor center, to greeting us upon arrival, and then every step of the way through our stay, the staff were excellent. The bubble was very clean and had air conditioning. We did the stargazing tour at night, it was a dream tour in complete darkness and only starlight. In the morning there was also a delicious breakfast and a tour of the sights in Wadi Rum. I am very happy that I chose this camp and I will only return to this camp. People are wonderful. (i have uploaded a pic on where he have posted his location on booking.com and where the actual location is.) apparently many of the people are doing this in Jordan, i faced the same issue with an apartment booking in Amman. - very basic setup. booking.com is not reviewing the star rating. this is not place with any star rating. - bathroom had a soap bar and a towel. the bathroom fittings was so basic that i was afraid of breaking them while using it. - there was no water available in the morning in the toilet and the staffs said there is no more water in the tank, i had to call the owner to get water. it was available and the staffs didn't want to release the valve. - dinner was rice and chicken. - breakfast was so basic. foul, egg and bread. - they also asked us to pay for water and soft drinks separately. - no wifi provided - no baby cot provided. - no A/C or heater. A/C was disconnected from power. the climate was good so it was not an issue to sleep without A/C or heater. - the daily rent is high compared to the facilities provided. - the person asks for a screenshot of the booking before leaving, and he some how uses that to make fake review. i am editing that to post the real review. be careful of his reviews ------ i am adding this below part after seeing the comment from the host. - i didn't go with any random guy at the parking lot. you are the one who contacted me on WhatsApp and i have all screenshots and voice notes. - i was expecting this reply from you, because there are only 3-4 negative reviews you have and your reply to all of them is that you deny that they even stayed at your place. And you forgot i had clicked pics with you. :D All other 10/10 review are what you have written yourself as i mentioned above. - i also have all screenshots of you pleading to delete this review.

- Muhammed (10/5): Very helpful staff. I recommend this camp - Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful, kind and helpful. The camp is very clean and feels comfortable and welcoming. We went on a half day jeep tour which was very nice and also a camel ride and the fire was burning all day with free tea and the views were perfect. We have been to a few camps in Wadi Rum, and this one exceeded our expectations. Our families and children all loved it.
- Aram (10/5): I recommend it to visitors, a very beautiful camp - The camp is very well looked after, the very kind owner gave us a room upgrade as soon as we arrived and we were able to sleep in the "bubble". The room was very clean, spacious and the view was truly stunning. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and the typical dinner with meat and vegetables cooked under the sand was really delicious and evocative. The desert tour which is organized by the structure which offers different options and different durations of the tour itself is also very nice.

- Hddcc (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy room. View is amazing! you literally see desert, camels passing by. At night the sky is full of stars. Room has wifi (not very fast sometimes, but don’t forget you are in the middle of the desert!). Hotel staff were super friendly, they picked us up from petrol station, where taxi brought us. They also organized for us safari trip which I highly recommend, and helped us to organize car for our way back to Amman. You also have nice rocks around hotel which you can climb to make nice photos

We arrived early. Upon our arrival, we booked a jeep tour with lunch in the desert until sunset and back to the camp.. Dinner was Bedouin and very good. You can sit near the fire. It was convenient for us.

All the staff were very cheerful, and the Bedouin dinner was very delicious. We had a jeep tour with us. It was one of the most beautiful experiences. The rooms are very comfortable. They have heating and Wi-Fi. The camp is located in a very convenient location, close to tourist sites.

- Marco (3/5): I strongly advise against staying at this camp. - On a positive note, the 6-hour desert tour was well-organized. However, it involved traveling in an open pickup truck, which would have been unbearably cold without personal preparation (like bringing a blanket). The desert lunch and sunset tea were exceptional experiences. We paid 150 JOD for the tour for two people, which seems above average; others were offered the same tour for 60 JOD. I recently stayed with my sister at a facility in Wadi Rum, and I would like to highlight several unacceptable issues we encountered: 1. Heating Unavailable: Despite near-zero temperatures, the heating was not activated. The staff’s explanation was that since there were only a few guests (5), they did not want to turn on the generator for electricity. 2. Language Barrier: Almost all staff members either did not speak English or had significant difficulties, making communication nearly impossible. 3. Cold Showers: Due to the lack of heating, taking a shower was impractical because of the cold. 4. Limited Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi was only available in a common area and did not extend to the rooms. 5. No Mobile Network: The camp’s fascinating location came with the drawback of no mobile network coverage. 6. Cash Only Policy: Payment was strictly cash-only, which is a significant inconvenience. 7. No Receipt Provided: No payment receipt was issued, which is a serious oversight. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this camp.

Then we went on a jeep tour to the tourist places. It was a very wonderful experience and the Bedouin dinner was very delicious. Thank you, Habes. - Andrzej (10/5): The best camp in Wadi Rum !!! - Sunset Magic Camp is the best camp in Wadi Rum and our guide, Habis, is the best friend during our stay and jeep tour. During the jeep tour, he prepared a very tasty lunch and showed many interesting places in Wadi Rum. We received a free room upgrade from Sunset Magic Camp. The camp is located in a quiet place, surrounded by rocks. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and lunch buffets were very tasty and the meat was prepared spectacularly in a traditional way. After lunch, there were conversations around the fire and free bedouin tea. Best regards and recommend Sunset Magic Camp. This is the best camp in Wadi Rum. Nothing

They are quick to respond to all questions before arrival, and the meet and greet at Wadi Rum, directions to the car park and jeep ride to the camp was excellent. We arranged a very good value jeep and sunset tour around the desert which was very memorable. The camp was peaceful, clean and comfortable with tasty food, en-suite and cosy rooms which were very clean. The best bit was the large window looking out onto the wadi rum landscape. The camp is really located deep inside the national park which is just what we wanted Nothing! It was so good

- Katarzyna (10/5): THE BEST from our stays in Jordan. - We were guests of the camp غروب وادي رم and with full confidence we give it a very high rating. The place itself is extremely picturesque, you can not see other camps nearby. You can go hiking in the area and contemplate the beauty of nature in peace. The tents are comfortable and nicely decorated, at night you can see the stars from them, and in the morning camels come up to the windows. We had already arrived in Wadi Rum at night, wandering a bit, but Habes, who looked after us thoughtfully throughout all our stay, drove out to meet us at the nearest village Disah, where we left the car in a parking and drove us by jeep to the camp. He made sure we could get dinner. The next day he arranged for us to go to a local cafe in Disah, and then a fantastic jeep tour of several hours in the desert with the most famous attractions, such as a rock arch, places associated with the figure of Lawrence of Arabia, a place with cave inscriptions, a rock shaped like a mushroom, and so on. The lunch with hot food prepared over a fire under the rocks was an extraordinary experience, as delicious as the breakfasts and dinners served at the camp. Habes is a charming young man, calm and cultured, behaving tactfully in all situations. We were captivated by the hospitality and kindness of the whole team, we will long remember this wonderful place where we spent unforgettable moments. !الف شكر ونتمنئ لكم النجاح والتوفيق

- Mojgan (10/5): Well worth it and an amazing experience - I fully recommend this place and its hospitality compared to the three other places I had stayed before the last years. They really try their best in a very generous way to make your stay a real experience. The circle in the middle of the accommodations with a bond fire where you can gather and meet others if you like and are offered Beduin tea on the house. The small lights on the rocks and the clear sky. The stars are very visible as the accommodation is far from the other camps and it is quiet and private. The rooms and dining place are very clean and if you need an additional towel, you may ask for it. We had a double room with new and comfy mattresses and a small terrace to sit next to our room. The dinner is a special preparation under the sand, well packed and grilled/ steamed. There were interestingly many expats who live in Amman, like us. Hence, I believe this is a great hideaway people discovered. The jeep ride we booked was exceptional as I can compare it with the other rides I did the last two years in other camps. Our guide showed us special places (no details here.... let it be a surprise : ) We booked also a camel ride in the evening... Wished we had more time time there than only two nights

The house with the panoramic view was clean and spacious, and the view was spectacular. Tasty dinner and breakfast, prepared traditional way. We had lovely evening entertainment with fire and music. Camp is in a remote location that makes it a great spot for star gazing. They also organised a half day trip to the desert for us that was great
