• Vicki (10/5): Incredible Views - Amazing views!!!! The staff were incredible. They have a porter who takes your bags to your room! The location is at the beginning of the pedestrian only area. Very quiet and private. Anna communicated with us via WhatsApp ahead if time and took care of arrangements for transport. She is very friendly and helpful. This is an FYI, our room was at the bottom of the hill. 100 steps to get to the room. If you have mobility concerns this is not the room for you. If your mobility is fine than you are good to go.

Excellent stay Only two small issues- the bed was just okay. It was sinking in the middle. Needs to be replaced. There are SO MANY cats walking around the property- we have to keep everything closed so they wouldn't bother us. My husband has a sever allergy to cats, so even having them around us diminished the experience.

The view was incredible too and overall would definitely recommend staying here! The only feedback I have is the wifi is not great in the bedroom, worked best in the patio area and living room area. This is not a big deal as we spent most of our time out exploring the area.

• Justin (10/5): Like being on another planet - I stayed in the Hidden Gem room, which as the name suggests, really is nicely hidden away, with a private pool, nice patio/lounger, and nothing but the caldera out in front of it. It's a 2-room arrangement in like a 'Flintstones cave'. There's the bedroom, which was quite comfortable, and then a living room with a big couch, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. Each room has an entrance door, as well as windows out to the patio and the caldera. The whole experience was seamless. Katarina arranged a car to pick me up from the ferry port for an extra charge, and she and the porter were waiting when we pulled up. On that note, the location is kind of perfect, as the road 'ends' right where the drop-off point is, and it's a short walk from there to the villas. There is no having to wheel luggage through town, but at the same rate, the location is perfect. I can't think of a thing.

La gentillesse de Katerina pour nous faire passer un bon séjour. L’emplacement à l’entrée d’Oía. Les chambres Blue Horizon sont situées au-dessus du café Luno (où sont également pris les petits déjeuners). Du coup, la terrasse de la chambre donne sur la terrasse du café Luno et sur le chemin piéton où il y a du passage. Et le vendredi soir, on a entendu la musique du café depuis la chambre. Rien de bien grave mais il faut le savoir en réservant. Le jacuzzi pas assez chaud pour en profiter pleinement au mois d’octobre.

I can find the word to describe the view/setting of White Pear Villas. Picturesque, stunning, "I was in awe", I was constantly pulling out my camera to take photos of the outlook. In the evening it became a whole additional spectacular view. It was everything I thought Santorini to be. If you are heading to Santorini, Oia is the place to stay and of course White Pearl Villas! Large shower with rain shower and handle (Just need shelves). The Blue Horizon room with surrounding views was amazing. Ours had 2 balconies that couldn't have asked for more privacy and seating area. Being at the beginning of the famous Oia Blue Dome walk was so convenient to everything. Groceries on either side is so convenient to grab waters, snacks and drinks. Needs a second garbage can and shelf in the shower to hold soaps and shampoos. It is above Luno Cafe that plays music at night that may interrupt kids sleeping We didn't mind as we were very tired from walking all day and slept through it.

• Sylvain (10/5): Exceptional stay with breathtaking views and the best hotel personnel - The staff from Pearl View Villas was exceptional: very friendly and with lots of care for the wellbeing of the guests. Special thanks to Katerina who organized all our reservations before our trip, with a convenient WhatsApp conversation. The location of the room was perfect, with a breathtaking view on the caldeira. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The private terrace is probably one of the best in Oia. The property has a partnership with the Luno Cafe which provides the breakfast and room service for food. The personnel there could sometimes be more friendly.

• Chris (10/5): Truly magical and exceptional - Me and my partner were slightly confused how he managed to get such an exceptional deal which is why we were nervous but when we turned up… It was like we were on our honeymoon. Not only was the service absolutely exceptional the entire week with recommendations, bookings made on our behalf, et cetera, but the villa itself was so secluded and quiet. Neither of us think we will ever have a holiday like this in our entire life again.

We had a de-humidifier but had to keep emptying throughout the night as it filled up so quickly, and it was still extremely humid. The blue light that was supposed to look like stars in the sky was inop and couldn't be fixed :( Hot and cold water is located in different directions, but it still works. The main pool in the picture was why we booked the hotel, but it was located in a different building too far away from the room, so we ended up not using it.

We liked the fact that it was tucked away from the Oia high street and still had easy access to it. Dionysis and Katerina were very very helpful and friendly. They also guided us on what options we can avail in Santorini during our stay. The made our stay wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and the views were just perfect! Highly recommended! Missing Santorini n our pool already 😀. The breakfast was served at Luno Cafè nearby. It had ample options and huge portions. Also, they can modify the menu to your liking which we liked the most. Dionysis was an amazing host and was very informative. Arli who seemed to do many jobs was awesome, always smiling and nothing was a problem. The pool filter ran from the afternoon to morning, I believe it was to do with reducing the humidity and we did get used to it.

Also nicely located in the village of Oia. Walking distance from the restaurants and public parking The included breakfast at cafe Luno was not great for vegetarians. The villas required quite climbing up and down - not an issue for us, however for those with mobility constraints may find it challenging. This is typical of most properties in Santorini. Also the AC did not work initially and Jacuzzi also did not heat up water. They needed to be fixed. We were in a group and had 11 rooms. The villas are in 3 different locations (all close by), however splitting the group was not ideal.

• Kate (10/5): Amazing stay in Oia Santorini - We were met upon arrival at Oia by our host and a helpful assistant to carry our luggage to our room, which made us feel like VIP’s from the start. The room was well appointed and incredibly spacious, and our view was amazing (see pictures). Fresh waters were delivered daily and coffee was always stocked. The breakfast was the perfect way to start our day! Our host was very knowledgable about the area and helped us plan our time on the island to get the most out of our stay, and the best part, he was always just a text away (and yes- we texted him with questions, requests, etc- to which he responded immediately). The property is just beautiful and the location is ideal. We hiked, sailed, shopped and dined- and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend.

Just beautiful. -did not have direct access to the plunge pool from our balcony. We had to walk up a set of steps to access. -we booked a sunset wine tasting thru WP. We asked what time should we should arrange for pick up and they said 7:00 pm should be fine. It was way too early. I felt there was a miss with what we requested and what was offered. In addition, the experience did not scale with the price we paid versus what independent booking companies offered. Our transfer fees we in addition to the amount we paid. -we paid for 2 breakfasts for each of days booked. On the last day of our stay, we needed to depart by 6:30 and were told that we could not get breakfast because restaurant did not open until 7:00 am. No other accommodations were offered.

We did not use the communal pool as loved the facilities of the villa with private pool. Even though on the cliff, balcony felt private and spacious. The room is incredible, with an amazing sea view and a private jacuzzi with ambient temperature water. The bed is huge, and the sheets are delightful to sleep in. They bring your luggage to the room, and Anna, the host, attended to us impeccably. She even left a complimentary bottle of white wine, which was delicious. On our last day, she kept our luggage until our departure to the airport and let us swim in the hotel pool after checkout, always with a smile and great professionalism. She made us feel at home. It was a beautiful experience highly recommended.

We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and had help bringing our luggage down to the suite. Our group had a very short stay- less than 24 hours- so Anna and Suzanna helped us make the most of our time. They gave dinner suggestions and offered to make reservations and helped arrange things for us to do between check out and when our flight left much later in the day. The terrace is massive and positioned in a way that optimized privacy (not every villa has this feature as some are right next to the sidewalk or visible from the Main Street). It’s also a great location, right next to Luno Cafe which is the pickup points of most transfers and tours. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended!
