• KELVYN (1/5): antes de chegar neste apartamento a minha viagem estava ótima. - somente da cama e do sofá. a geladeira não estava funcionando, eu aluguel o apartamento justamente por ter geladeira, ai eu chego lá compro carne e cerveja, a carne estragou, e a cerveja não gelou nem que a p***, paguei caro, para não poder utilizar o que eu precisava.

• Tolkyn (7/5): Great location, old but clean flat with everything you need, horrible LOUD AC - Location is amazing, right at Copacabana beach. The flat was very clean the apartment is old with old furniture, everything was falling apart, like door handles. The worst thing was AC, it barely did anything, so it was still quite warm in the apartment, the nights were the worst, we never had a single good night sleep, cause AC is very LOUD, and it barely does anything, so it was uncorfortably warm and very loud to have a good night sleep

• Tasmin (8/5): Lovely flat, very clean. Some water problems. - The location is excellent. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautiful. The washing machine is very handy, and the balcony for drying clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable! The building had a few issues with water - low shower pressure, lukewarm temperature for the first 2 days, and no running water at all for the first night. I asked for a refund for the first night, as I couldn't wash, cook or flush the toilet, but the request wasn't acknowledged. All other communication with the staff was good, but they did not say anything about my request for a refund for the first night. The air con unit was extremely loud, like a tractor! I didn't use it for this reason.

• Patricio (9/5): - Que el primer departamento que alquiĺe tenía la puerta rota. Llame a Pineapplea y una chica muy amable desde San Pablo me ayudó. Me cambiaron el departamento por uno aun mejor y tuve solución enseguida Que el primer departamento tenia la puerta partida y rota. Deben revisar estoa detalles antes de alquilar
