There was a valet guy, Jim R, who was the nicest person there. He was so helpful each time we needed to load and unload. He went the extra mile and it was appreciated! I would stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights / 5 days and booked the Hyatt House room which comes with a small kitchen, table/desk, couch/living room area and king size bed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unlike Marriott hotels, they provide cleaning service everyday of your stay without request. Hotel staff is very friendly with a good bar to enjoy a nice night cap after a long day. Very close to convention center as well. Would definitely stay again!

- Simon (9/5): - The room was well set up , amenities were as described. The continental breakfast was great! Enough towels in bathroom. There was chaos in the dining area. It would be nice to have some order. Guests with kids should try to have one parent watch them while the other picks up food and trade off but 4 kids tagging onto the parents add to crowding and spills/accidents which interrupts staff routine.

- Kathryn (6/5): It was hard for us to enjoy our stay after a stranger barged in the room 🥴 - Great location, close to 16th street mall with access to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly. Even the person who mistakingly barged into our room to drop off a crib that we didn't order smiled. 4⁴ Perhaps it was out fault for not locking the top lock while we were in the room, but never did we imagine a staff member would enter our room, without knocking, to drop off a crib we didn't need or order. It happened about 30 minutes after we called the front desk to ask for someone to come unplug our bathroom vanity sink (which would not drain, at all).
- Shantisia (8/5): A comfortable downtown stay with practical amenities and fun attractions just steps away. - We really appreciated the on-site laundry and the convenient downtown location. It put us within easy walking distance of so many fun attractions, like the Illusion Museum, Selfie Museum, and Children’s Museum. The pool was unfortunately too cloudy and a strong chlorine smell, which made us hesitant to let our kids swim. Breakfast also lacked variety - vegetarian options were limited, and there were none available for vegans.

I would have liked to have been aware of the parking situation before arriving. Also, I could have gone without the duplicate charge on my credit card. I didn't arrive until almost 3 am so it was quiet irritating.

We had lost power due to the high winds in Boulder, and coming to such a comfortable home away from home was much needed. Jim R. greeted us as we pulled up and took great care of our car in valet (he also made some great food suggestions and it was lovely seeing such a friendly face each morning), we loved that the laundry room was right next to the salt water pool that was super fun to float around in. It’s the little things sometimes that make an experience extraordinary. Having power, doing laundry, a hot shower, a comfortable room, and delicious breakfast meant so much to us. Thanks to the friendly bartenders, as well, for their entertaining conversation, while catching some sports games. Have a happy new year, and thanks again!

- davecT5981WK (10/5): Great Parking Valet’s/ Bellman!! - My family and I had the privilege of staying at the Hyatt House Downtown Denver December 12th -14th. From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by Jim R. and Moises. Two of the best Parking Valet/ Bellman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. They were extremely helpful with all of our baggage. It was greatly appreciated being that two of us in the party are handicapped. These two gentleman were one of the highlights to staying at this hotel. They both were very personable and willing to help in anyway possible. Hyatt is lucky to have these people working for them with all the hospitality that they have shown us. We definitely would recommend this hotel.

We stayed on the top floor and every morning, even with a full elevator, we had to stop on every single floor on the way down. Also, the bed sheets were the unbelievably rough. After three days, we had carpet-burn like irritation everywhere.

The room was very clean and staff were all nice. The TV in our room didn't work but that wasn't truly a big deal.
