Great if you just want a comfortable place to live in the city for a while. Nice pool in the 2nd floor. It has more of a residential feel than hotel. Staff is polite and helpful If you are a tourist visiting the city you might find the location a bit away from the station and zones to visit and spend time. Their tuk tuk can take you around the area, but otherwise you need to walk in the heat.

Broken furniture when i checked in, carpenter fixed some, said some was unfixable. Wash basin and shower drain choked. Safe deposit box barely 2 kg (could be easily carried away in a plastic bag). After room made up, the bed was left undone in a mess. Electric kettle had pieces of melted plastic (they changed the kettle).

- Kristi (9/5): Excellent 2 Bedroom Suite, Quiet and Comfortable. - The hotel location is very quiet and in a quiet small neighbourhood. There are some small coffee shops nearby, and at the other end of the road there is everything you could need. The rooms included utensils, cutlery, and basic pot and pan for cooking, along with kettle and microwave. The AC worked well in every room, and our room faced out onto the canal and local houses. It was a pleasant view with trees, birds and other wildlife. The car park under the building was a convenient place for Grab deliveries and Grab taxi pickups. The staff were all so friendly, and even the hotel cats were sociable. The supervisor downstairs really looked after us too. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't hear any road noise at all. When lightbulb went out they replaced it very quickly, they also fixed a dripping tap. The pool was very nice. The washing machine was kept outside on the balcony, and it did not work when we wanted to use it. We were told they asked maintenance to swap it out, but they never got to it. We washed all our clothes by hand and they dried very quickly on our balcony so it wasn't much bother. The only other thing which was sometimes a nuisance was that the front door did not have a seal, so sound travelled very easily through it. We heard some children running in the hallways several early mornings, and the beep sounds of neighbour's key cards opening their doors. People returning late into the night were also loud. With earplugs or a snoozeband it is less of an issue.

- Guillet (4/5): Séjour décevant - Le confort de la chambre. Le gentil monsieur de l’accueil. Séjour assez décevant. La cuisine de notre chambre/appartement est tellement sous-équipée qu’elle en devient presque symbolique : pas même un couteau. Le robinet de l’évier est branlant.. La salle de bain mériterait clairement un rafraîchissement : douche avec une pression quasi inexistante, mauvaise évacuation des lavabos et joints devenus noirs. Dans le salon, le canapé est taché. Les chambres sont confortables, mais en six jours les draps n’ont été changés qu’une seule fois — et les miens étaient déjà tachés. Le ménage semble être fait de façon très superficielle. La piscine est minuscule pour un bâtiment de cette taille et les deux transats disponibles sont dans un état si lamentable que nous avons préféré ne pas nous y installer. Enfin, la plus grande déception reste l’absence totale de flexibilité pour le check-out. Bloquées à Bangkok comme beaucoup de voyageurs suite à des annulations de vols liées au conflit au Moyen-Orient, nous avons simplement demandé quelques heures supplémentaires. La seule solution proposée a été de payer une nuit complète pour quelques heures de plus. Une politique certes très claire… mais étonnamment peu empathique dans ce contexte. Au final, un établissement qui semble avoir oublié qu’au-delà des chambres et des murs, l’hospitalité reste normalement le cœur du métier.

- Paweł (8/5): Entrance only via underground car park. Room was OK. - Room was efficient. AC worked fine. View of some reality living situation by the canal. We actually smiled at the fact that there was a washing machine outside on the balcony, and will remember it for a long time. Haven't used it, though :) First impression of entering the hotel via underground car park was not the best. You have to take the lift to even get to the reception area. Once in the room, "a menu" of fines for damaging the furniture, so you immediately notice stains of the sofa.

- Suguru (9/5): また機会があれば泊まります。 - ルームクリーニングは毎日確実に遂行してくれたので、タオルも毎日新しいものを使えて快適でした。 ホテルに面した通りは歩道のあるような大きな通りではない上に、結構な交通量があるので、歩くにはよく周りを見て注意を払う必要がある。また、夜まで車やバイクの音が聞こえるし、すぐ隣は古い民家で、視線など気になることもあるかもしれません。 ホテルのサービスの一つにトゥクトゥクで送迎（近所の決められたモールや駅のみ）をしてくれるのですが、運転を頼んだ時の運転手（多分専属の一人だけ）の反応があまりいいものではなくて、ちょっと頼みづらく感じました。ルームキーパーの方や門番の方はいつも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれるのでちょっと残念です。 キッチンには食器があるのですが、洗剤やスポンジ、布巾などは一切なく、また洗濯したものを干すラックも部屋の設備にはないので、ホテルのフロントに電話して準備してもらいました。これらが最初から部屋にあれば、ホテルの負担も減らせるのではと思います。

- Dzeina (7/5): - Great location, very central, but away from the noise. Ok for the price. The property is quite dated and could do with a refresh, the apartments arent as nice as in the photos.
- Barry (6/5): Think carefully if this is for you. - Lovely security staff. Good space for the price. Reasonable location. Good pool, but very limited searing area, meaning we were only able to relax by the pool once in a 10 day stay!

- Salem (1/5): This place is fake , scary , unlivable , full of mold , diseases . ( RUN FOR YOUR LIFE ) - The lobby was super clean and nice compared to the rooms . Every thing … it’s horrible and unlivable place … it’s fake from the out side and photos in booking fake too … the black mold everywhere in the room …the AC old and not working well .. I couldn’t sleep … it’s I paid for 3 nights … I just staid 1 night and i couldn’t stay more .. even I didn’t get my money back and didn’t have the time to take photos for the place .
