• Jorge Luis (10/5): Confort y limpieza. - La ubicación no es céntrica, pero muy cómoda. La habitación muy confortable y con excelentes vistas (ventana y balcón). Hay pava eléctrica, tazas e infusiones en la habitación. Faltaron vasos! El desayuno se sirve en la habitación y es muy completo. El hotel trabaja con un contacto vía e-mail y WhatsApp muy eficiente. No me agrada que no haya personal permanente en el hotel.

A vista do quarto é muito bonita, apesar de não ser exatamente na beirada do mar é apenas a uma rua de lá. A cama era confortavel. Tem ar condicionado com opcao quente e frio. Tem frigobar. Tem uma chaleira muito potente. O chuveiro era forte e quente. A recepcionista muito educada. Fácil acesso, perto da estação de onibus e de restaurantes e lojas. Acabou o papel higienico no nosso quarto no segundo dia. Tive um desencontro de informações e coloquei o anúncio pendurado para limparem o quarto e avisei a recepcionista que precisava de papel higiênico. E ai ela entendeu que seria somente isso, mas eu tinha compreendido que bastava por o anúncio pedindo limpeza na porta e que não precisava avisá-la também. No fim ficamos 3 dias e ninguem limpou nosso quarto. Mas enfim, acredito que foi um desencontro de informacoes, pois ela nos pediu desculpas no check out e nao pareceram ruins. E eu voltaria ao hotel mesmo com esse eventl. Só pontuando aqui algo que talvez possam melhorar.

• Praxy (10/5): The Nemesis is top shelf! Excellent service and excellent staff that made the stay amazing. They awere also very helpfu - The property is beautiful and elegant and very clean. Comfortable, clean, beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating and professional.
• Marie (9/5): - Beautiful view as promised and centrally located. The memory foam mattress was an unexpected surprise, best sleep ever! Walking distance to bus station and supermarket. A little cold at night, but that’s expected this time of year. More blankets would have been nice.
• Bar Nun (7/5): - The location is great, with two supermarkets nearby and the main bus station within easy reach also the center is in few minutes walking . Check-in was quick and hassle-free There’s no elevator, though it’s only one floor to go up. The shower is small, and it takes a few minutes for the hot water to arrive. To get hot water, you need to turn the tap all the way, and even then, you get only warm water and the pressure is weak. Also The balcony doesn’t have any seating, no table or chairs. The hotel provides a brochure, I highly recommend reading it. Always double-check what the staff tells you against what’s written in the brochure.

Proximité avec Fira, la gare routière, etc. Accueil excellent et très chaleureux. Nous apprenons le grec et avons pu échanger en grec avec notre hôtesse d'accueil, qui a été extrêmement compréhensive et coopérative !

Tutto favoloso, impeccabili sotto ogni aspetto. - Posizione perfetta, colazione di altissima qualità e variegata, staff eccezionale e gentilissimo, come una famigli direi. Ogni singolo dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari. Stanze ospitali, ottimamente mantenute, dotate di ogni comfort e silenziose. Letteralmente senza difetti, è impossibile trovarne.

• Delfina (8/5): Hotel cómodo con muy buena ubicación - Muy bien ubicada y tiene todo lo necesario para unos días en Santorini. La cama es cómoda, la vista desde la habitación en el amanecer era hermosa. El personal nos ayudó con transporte desde el aeropuerto y alquiler de auto, fueron súper amables y serviciales. El baño es un poco pequeño, pero por unos pocos días eso no fue un problema serio. En realidad todo estuvo muy bien.

Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la parte de atrás del hotel en la cual aún están en construcción de la pileta/jardin. La estadía estuvo muy bien, el personal excelente, nos atendió una chica muy amable y dispuesta en todo momento.

• Delia (8/5): UNA ALTERNATIVA PARA SANTORINI - La ubicacion. La conserje muy atenta, trataba de comunicarse usando la tecnologia con buena voluntad. Habiamos contratado con vista al atardecer, en las fotos del hotel se veia el mar cerquita... eso no era real, nos dieron con vista a la caldera y estabamos lejos del mar, la habitacion daba a un espacio en construccion... y al fondo se veia el mar.
• Noélia (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft, auch für Alleinreisende. Sehr zu empfehlen! - Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr gut gelegenen Ort. In 5‘ ist man bei der Busstation, und einen Laden gibt es in ca. 100m. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar einen Balkon mit Sicht auf dem Meer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Da die Unterkunft an einer Strasse liegt, hört man am Abend manchmal die Autos vorbeifahren.

• Loick (5/5): Hôtel cher sans intérêt - Le peu de personnel rencontré est accueillant. Le personnel d'accueil connaît bien les prestations pouvant être offertes et aide à la découverte de l'île. La chambre est correcte en taille avec une douche ayant une bonne pression d'eau malgré sa petite taille. L'accès à l'hôtel est simple par le bus fira... juste quelques minutes à pied. L'hôtel est au calme des agitations nocturnes et du parking à proximité avec une bonne isolation sonore. (ouverture de fenêtre à proscrire)... Utiliser la climatisation. Santorin ne justifie pas tout comme un prix prohibitif et surtout pour un hôtel toujours en cours de construction (piscine et spa). Heureusement les travaux semblent à l'arrêt pendant la période estivale. En effet, si l'aire aquatique et solarium étaient finies pourquoi pas justifier un prix aussi élevé mais là, le prix est trop éloigné des prestations fournies. Commençons par l'accueil uniquement le matin... sinon contact par WhatsApp. Une deuxième carte pour la chambre des fois qu'un oubli puisque pas de réception après 12h... c'est 5 euros par jour... Du jamais vu. Le lit est refait uniquement tous les 3 jours et non pas à la demande du client et les serviettes disposent d'une réglementation avec une longue liste d'interdictions uniquement pour indiquer qu'elles doivent rester à l'hôtel. Bref... et on continue avec le petit déjeuner respectant à la lettre le minimum de la définition du petit déjeuner continental (uniquement du café filtre, jus d'orange en bouteille, quelques fruits à peine mûrs et mini croissants tout juste décongelés pour donner quelques exemples).et pour finir la plus grande déception est la vue... soit un parking poussiéreux cote est soit un bâtiment de béton venant gâcher le point de vue sur la côte ouest côté Caldeira et une route très passante en bordure. Peut-être quand les travaux seront finis, mais pour le moment, ne comptez utiliser les espaces commun de l'hôtel pour respirer hors de la chambre, il n'y en a pas. Bref, un rapport qualité prix déplorable et des prestations loins d'être a la hauteur du prix réclamé loin des photos présentées pour le paysage. Nous avons été très déçus de l'hébergement.
• Yang (9/5): Great breakfast and location in a small but comfortable room. - We had a great stay in the sunrise room, where we saw the sunrise every day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast was excellent including greek yogurt, fried eggs, bacon, cereal, hot water for tea etc. The location is also very good. It's a very close walk to Fira and the bus station, and we came back to the room to rest multiple times a day. Our only complaint is that the shower is quite small and it's pretty cramped if you have to wash your hair.

Il personale è stato fantastico, disponibile per ogni spiegazione paziente nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche. La camera tutti i giorni veniva pulita da una signora molto gentile e carina, ottima vista tramonto. una colazione vasta per ogni tipo di gusto fatta con molta attenzione e amore. The staff was fantastic, patient and available for any explanation despite the language barrier. The room was cleaned every day by a very kind and charming lady, with an excellent sunset view. A vast breakfast with something for every taste, prepared with great care and love. Thank you, Jacob, and especially, thank you, Lia, for your availability, professionalism, and friendliness. • gary (10/5): - It was a fantastic stay, the room was clean, we loved the family feel and felt so welcomed and well looked after by the whole family. The location was amazing, such a short walk to Fira town centre and the main bus stop was just as close, a supermarket was also such a short walk away. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious, perfect to fuel us for our daily adventures.

Forse l’unica nota negativa è stata che la nostra stanza affacciava su un parcheggio dove c’era davvero molta polvere

Difficoltà a reperire parcheggio in zona (come nell'intera città), soprattutto in alcune ore. Il vantaggio della struttura è di avere una grande area di sosta pubblica adiacente all'hotel. (Quasi) sempre un posticino lá lo si riesce a trovare.

• Antonio (8/5): Ottima posizione - Si tratta di una struttura a conduzione familiare, situata in posizione davvero comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dall’inizio della passeggiata panoramica. La nostra camera si affacciava sul retro dell’hotel: era molto piccola, così come il bagno, ma anche più economica rispetto a quelle con vista sulla caldera e affaccio sulla strada principale. 👉 Valutate questo aspetto al momento della prenotazione, in base alle vostre esigenze. La colazione è discreta, anche se poco varia, e non ho apprezzato il supplemento richiesto per caffè o cappuccino. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, e offre anche la possibilità di noleggiare uno scooter direttamente in struttura al costo di 28 euro al giorno. Molto comoda la vicinanza a un supermercato e a diversi ristoranti dove si mangia bene. Consigliato! Buona vacanza!

• Jean-Marc (10/5): Hôtel Nemesis Santorin 👍 - Géré en famille, cet hôtel est impeccablement tenu. L’accueil, assuré avec gentillesse par le frère et la sœur, est particulièrement chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner, sucré et/ou salé, est tout à fait satisfaisant. Les draps sont changés automatiquement tous les trois jours — un vrai plus. Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement ! Certes, il existe des hôtels plus luxueux avec piscine et tout le confort imaginable… mais celui-ci offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Côté stationnement, attention : après 17h30, il devient difficile de trouver une place sur le parking gratuit à proximité de l’hôtel. À Santorin, le stationnement est souvent chaotique, avec des véhicules garés n’importe comment — il n’est pas rare de voir des voitures bloquées et les conducteurs patienter pour pouvoir sortir. Soyez également prudents avec les carrosseries, car l’île regorge de véhicules de location (motos, quads, voitures) souvent conduits par des débutants. Le Nima Boutique Hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal : à l’entrée de Fira lorsqu’on arrive du port. En soirée, vous pourrez facilement rejoindre à pied l’animation de la ville pour vous imprégner de l’atmosphère unique de l’île. L’ambiance y est plus paisible, malgré une affluence touristique marquée en ce 6 juin 2025. C’est véritablement entre Fira et Óia que se concentre la majorité des visiteurs. Petit conseil : partez tôt le matin, tout vous semblera plus simple. Un grand merci encore à nos hôtes pour leur accueil remarquable. 👍 Rien

Location was great also.Minutes away from everything. Nothing .Everything was great. The staff was exceptional. They took very good care of us.They were professional,kind and very helpful.They gave us the best advise where to go eat,beach and shop. They made our stay a difference than any other place we’ve stayed.

E' vicino ad un parcheggio pubblico, al capolinea degli autobus e ad un supermercato. Noi avevamo scelto una camera con balcone e vista caldera, molto spaziosa e luminosa. Non saprei....
