Guests can park on a payable, monitored VIP parking next to the bottom station of the gondola.
Guests receive free ski passes for the gondola elevator as part of their stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadania. Możliwość korzystania z jadalni o każdej porze (możliwość korzystnia z ekspresu do kawy i zrobienia herbaty). Słodki poczęstunek dla gości codziennie w godzinach popołudniowych. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Możliwość korzystania z sauny i jacuzzi po wcześniejszej rezerwacji na recepcji. Warto wybrać ten obiekt, jeżeli szukają Państwo odpoczynku w ciszy i spokoju od zgiełku miasta. Brak informacji o tym, że do obiektu trzeba się dostać kolejką gondolową, która działa w określonych godzinach. Informacja o parkingu może wprowadzać gości błąd, ponieważ opis obiektu informuje, że parking znajduje się na miejscu. Brak informacji, że parking nie znajduje się pod obiektem, tylko na dolnej stacji kolejki gondolowej. To miejsce wysunęło się na ścisłą czołówkę moich ulubionych baz wypadowych na piesze lub rowerowe eksploracje polskich gór. Obsługa ultra miła, serdeczna i profesjonalna. Położenie i standard obiektu 11/10. Wielkim plusem jest też karnet na gondolę w cenie noclegu, zwłaszcza podczas wizyty z rowerem :)

Na naszego pieska czekało legowisko i miseczki. Piękny widok z okna, super miejsce na spacery i odpoczynek. Byliśmy zachwyceni pobytem w tym miejscu. Wszystko było super.

- Livia (10/5): Hotel für Glücksgefühle - Direkt auf dem Berg ein wunderschönes kleines modernes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge und auf Bad Flinsberg (im Herbst muss man aber mit Nebel rechnen und wenn mal keiner ist.... Tolle Aussicht). Absolute Ruhe, keine Stadt- und Autogeräusche. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein persönliches Buffet am Tisch und man kann zusätzlich aus der Karte wählen, was abwechslungsreich ist und nix extra kostet. Tee, Kaffee und Wasser mit Zitrone o.ä. stehen den ganzen Tag kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Klasse! Abends gab es auch Kuchen zum naschen (kostenlos). Abendbrot bestellt man für eine bestimmte Zeit und bekommt es dann auch zu dieser Zeit (wir hatten nur Frühstück, also zahlt man bei der Abreise das Essen dann). Das Abendessen war total lecker 😋 Mit der Gondel fährt man von 9-16 Uhr. Nach 16 Uhr kann man sich mit dem Auto holen lassen, was bis 20 Uhr kostenfrei ist, danach bezahlt man den Service. Für Fans.... Sauna und Whirlpool gibt es auch. Da es nur polnisches Fernsehen gibt, steht für andere Gäste Netflix frei zur Verfügung. Wanderungen sind von hier oben aus super einfach oder man fährt in die nähere Umgebung. Übrigens kann man das Auto direkt an der Gondel für ca. 10 Euro /Tag parken. Wir werden das Hotel sicher mal im Frühling/Sommer buchen, schon wegen der Aussicht 😊. Wer hier was zu meckern hat, dem kann man es auch woanders nicht recht machen. Wir können nur Danke sagen 👏👏👏 Ein kleiner Tisch im Zimmer und evtl. ein zweiter Sessel wären nett gewesen, aber dann wäre es eng geworden. Und wenn man mal würfeln will, im Frühstücksbereich kann man super sich aufhalten oder man geht in die Weinbar und lässt den Abend da ausklingen. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau🤣
- Martyna (10/5): Cudowne miejsce z duszą, totalny reset! - Cudowne miejsce, klimatyczne wnętrza że nie chce się wychodzić. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek, reset, na spacer, trekking. Obsługa przemiła i bardzo profesjonalna. Pyszne posiłki, codzienne desery dla wszystkich, cudowna winiarnia, sauna i jacuzzi do zarezerwowania na wyłączność na 0,5 h codziennie to super sprawa. Oczywiście okolica i widoki przepiękne, a możliwość jazdy kolejką w cenie pozwala jeździć "w kółko" jak ktoś lubi :-) nie ma nic co by mi się nie podobało
- Christian (10/5): Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit unvergesslichen Eindrücken. - Vor allem die Ruhe und natürlich die Aussicht (trotz des wechselhaften Wetters). Die Anlage hat nur 8 Zimmer und es bleibt immer ruhig. Wer Ruhe und Stille sucht, ist hier auf jeden Fall gut aufgehoben. Natürlich auch das Zimmer selbst, das sehr geräumig und interessant eigerichtet ist. Schwer zu finden. Vielleicht, dass man ein wenig eingeschränkt ist was die Mobilität angeht, aber auch nur sehr früh am Morgen und sehr spät am Abend oder nachts.

Przemiła obsługa i pięknie urządzone wnętrza Brak choćby małej lodóweczki w pokoju. Można było poprosić o przechowanie czegoś na kuchni, ale jest to rozwiązanie kłopotliwe ponieważ za każdym razem trzeba by było prosić obsługę o podanie danej rzeczy. Przy małym dziecku lub korzystaniu z leków wymagających przechowywania w lodówce jest to spore utrudnienie.

- Aleksandra (10/5): Obłędny wypoczynek w sercu Gór Izerskich - Najbardziej oprócz doskonałej lokalizacji i intymności pobytu (wbrew pozorom) podobała nam się dbałość o szczegóły. Każdy gość dostaje codziennie butelkę wody, może korzystać 24h z serwisu kawowego i herbacianego, zostaje oprowadzony po obiekcie wraz z wytłumaczeniem panujących tu zasad. Jest cicho, przytulnie, człowiek czuje się zaopiekowany i może naprawdę odpocząć w otoczeniu tak pięknego krajobrazu jakim są Izery. Uważam, że cena przekłada się w 100% na jakość i pobyt tu był wart każdej wydanej złotówki. Zastanowiłabym się nad dodaniem małych, stylowych lodówek do pokojów.

- Dzmitry (10/5): Brilliance place and service - This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Starting with the location, which allows you to disconnect 1000% from the city noise and hustle. It’s a real rarity to find a hotel with such breathtaking views from the top of a mountain. The service was just as outstanding as the hotel itself. The manager at the reception took care of us more than my own mother. I truly hope the owners realize what a gem they have working for them and that they value his work properly. It’s hard to describe all the advantages of this place. It’s really 100 out of 100. We’ve already recommended it to many of our friends and we’ll definitely be coming back ourselves.

Obsługa okazała się absolutnie bezbłędna- od uśmiechniętego powitania w recepcji, przez błyskawiczne zameldowanie, aż po troskę o najmniejsze szczegóły podczas całego pobytu. Pracownicy byli nie tylko uprzejmi, ale także autentycznie zainteresowani dobrym samopoczuciem gości. Ta jakość obsługi sprawia, że hotel wyróżnia się na tle innych. Nie jest to tylko miejsce na nocleg, ale przestrzeń, w której gość czuje się naprawdę ważny i doceniony. Dzięki temu pobyt był nie tylko komfortowy, ale też wyjątkowo przyjemny. Z czystym sumieniem polecam każdemu, kto szuka nie tylko dobrego standardu, ale i najwyższego poziomu gościnności.

- Dmitriy (10/5): Very unique place with top views! - The location is perfect! The self-service winery is something special. Great views, atmosphere, sauna, open jacuzzi. Sunset and sunrise. Overall very good apartments and rooms. In winter direct access to ski slopes. There were a couple of very minor issues here and there: - some flying insects in the corridors (not in the room) - we got a corner room so the view was a bit reduced (still good and compensated by the best terrace connected to the room) - we got a spoiled beer in a bar once (the rest of food was good ) However, the location and overall uniqueness of this place is so special, that my 10 points are not impacted and we will 100% come back and recommend this place to everyone.

Only downside this time of the visit was the hotel is turning towards a different traveler group, I prefer to stay on adults only hotel with peace of mind and quiet. Nothing specifically.

I loved the staff and the service, the best I ever experienced in Poland. The view and room were outstanding. The food was amazing, and cleanness was spot on. The attention paid to all hosted members of my family, including our dog, made the holiday and stay perfect I can't thing of a singlet thing I would see needed to change.

- Anastasiia (10/5): Worth to visit if you like unusual and romantic places but not afraid of the hight - The location of hotel is amazing! Especially if you ski, you can ski just right from the hotel as it is located on the top of the hill. Views are breathtaking if there are clear conditions, otherwise hotel is in clouds and not much is visible. Hotel is new and modern, just 8 rooms so it is not crowded, which we appreciated very much. Water, coffee and tea are available 24/7, at 6 o'clock there is cake from Chef. There is sauna which you can reserve just for yourself, and self-service wine bar where you can buy bottle of wine from available options. Brekfast is a-la carte and it was ok, but could be better (e.g. bread was not fresh, most likely from the fridge). Generally speaking, hotel met my expectations and it is really worth to visit if you ski or just like unusual and romantic places. First thing to consider that you can get to the hotel only by cable car which works per schedule and has 2 hours break from 16 to 18 which could create a limitation if you have some plans. There is only an option to pay for snow groomer transfer if you need to get to the hotel outside of the cable car working hours (350zl). There is no back-up in case of electricity outage, which we had and we were 3 hours (or more) without heating (as it is electrical too) and electricity, we just got candles and no apologies or extra benefits in return of inconveniences. Cleaning lady did not change towels, even the one on the floor. When you come to breakfast, you have to wait for some time until someone is coming to serve you. Choice and quality of breakfast could be improved quite a bit (compared to breakfast in other hotels and restaurants). Blanket is probably not the best quality as it is unbearably hot under it (never had such issue before). Bathrob had holes in the pockets which we did not notice until IPhone fall out of it (fortunately survived). I would say for the price you pay such things definitely should be improved.

It is a unique location and place. I love the wine celer. Nothing, everything was great. Maybe they could have an additional HotTub to spend nights outsite with a drink. That would be great.

- Smeegol (10/5): A heaven on Earth. - This was the most amazing place I have stayed at so far. This boutique hotel offers amazing views, top services and amazing atmosphere. This is a place for someone who wants to relax, admire the views or spent some time in an active way (walks and mountain bikes/single tracks). The food was delicious and made with quality ingredients. Amazing breakfast everyday included and chefs cake in the evening. Yoga classes in the morning on a sunny terrace or a romantic dip in the hut tub in the evening. The staff was super helpful and made the stay as one to remember.It is very rare for the staff to be so carrying. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and we will definitely visit this place again. The only thing which was odd it was when during the breakfast someone decided to unpack the stock in the storage which was located in the dining area.
