The 3rd bedroom downstairs was just a sofa bed which was fine for our stay but may benefit from a double bed. And downstairs shower head could do with having the holder higher up on the wall to allow for a stand up shower over bath. These didn’t affect the stay though the apartment was lovely!

Air con took a bit of work and the window in the main bedroom had a broken handle making opening it impossible. Not to take away from a great experience and value for money

• Jakub (8/5): Super apartament na pobyt rodzinny, parking podziemny, wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru. - Super lokalizacja - 5 min na pieszo do Wawelu, 15 min spacerem na stare miasto. Apartament przestronny idealny na rodzinny wyjazd. Dla 6 osób bardzo komfortowy - 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki + salon z kuchnią. Wokół apartamentu mnóstwo knajp i atrakcji dzielnicy Kazimierz. Do tego parking podziemny gdzie bezpiecznie można zostawić auto. Apartament jest już lekko zużyty, nie wpływało to na pobyt jakoś bardzo ale odpadający tynk ze ścian czy uszkodzone klamki od okien i spłuczki WC delikatnie psuły jakość całego pobytu który byłby idealny bo to naprawdę super miejsce. Są to uwagi, które właściciele z którymi kontakt jest super na pewno naprawią od ręki więc w ciemno polecam rezerwować.

• Eva (10/5): Très bon emplacement et super appartement - Nous avons aimé la localisation de l'appartement, la sécurité était toujours là. L'appartement était très confortable et bien aménagé. Les pièces sont chaleureuses, les salles de bains sont assez grandes et fonctionnelles. Il manque peut être un aspirateur au cas où mais ce n'est pas très grave.

It would be good to have a mop at the apartment so that we could keep the floors clean. And maybe a tea towel for the kitchen area. Other than that it was fabulous 😊

• Carly (10/5): Perfectly located, clean and well serviced apartment near the centre of Krakow - It was located a short walk from the centre, was clean and organised. The penthouse itself was well equipped and perfect for a small group or family. Nothing not to like..
• Ildiko (10/5): Wonderful stay with professional and friendly Service - We (four friends) spent three nights in the apartment. The apartment offers everything described and is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped (we only prepared breakfast). There’s an electric espresso maker and even coffee and sugar. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are lovely. Everything was clean. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day (which was great for us, as we arrived just before midnight), and although the receptionists don’t speak English (which we had been informed of beforehand), they are very friendly and helpful. While it’s not directly related to the apartment, we would still like to mention the excellent organization of our excursions to Wieliczka and Auschwitz/Birkenau. They are highly recommended. We have rarely experienced such professional service, punctuality, and friendliness as we did on these trips. Should we return to Krakow, we would gladly book here again.
• Anna (9/5): Lovely stay in krakow - It was easy check in, we were able to leave our bags when we checked out. It had a dishwasher and coffee facilities. Lots of space The best Mexican next door 2 minutes from the tram stop 15 minute walk to the old town square The curtains let light in and the blind didn’t close properly so it was very bright in a morning.

• Jacqueline (9/5): The very clean apartment was in a great position, close to all amenities and tourist attractions. - Keys were with the consierge in the foyer. Very easy to collect and we were able to leave our suitcases until the apartment become available and also on the day of departure. Only one bath towel each. No hand towels. Also only one pillow for each person which was quite flat. Also not enough seating downstairs for four persons. We had to move an upstairs chair downstairs so we could all sit comfortably.

• Christine (10/5): 2 bdrm/2 bath duplex apt in Jewish quarter of Krakow - Location is stellar in the Kazimierz, tons of restaurants, cafes, organic markets and a great cocktail bar, The Trust, are just stumbling distance away. Old town Market square is about 20 mins walk. There’s 24 hr door person in building
• Debbie (10/5): Just lovely, with an amazing location. - Cleanliness, location, comfort, facilities, security. It would have been helpful if the bathroom downstairs had a shower curtain or screen, for use when two couples travel together and use a bathroom each. There were no tea towels or draining board when washing up by hand. Also In one bedroom, It was a little difficult to get in / out of bed one side due to the position of the bed next to the low slanted ceiling, which could easily be changed around to be less dangerous for people hitting their heads. Blackout blinds/ curtains in each bedroom would be useful.

Although we didn’t cook in it, it seemed to be very well equipped. Not really any negatives although a couple more sockets in the bedrooms and the walk in wardrobe would be helpful.

• Piotr (10/5): A quiet, beautifully designed apartment in Kazimierz with great amenities and a helpful host. - Very good location in Kazimierz, with a short walking distance to the Centre, Podgórze, etc. Air Conditioning - while not super efficient, it did provide enough comfort on hot days. Very nice design. Fast internet. Lift (!) - In most other places, we had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. The host was accommodating and responsive. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms neat and clean. The place is on the top floor and is very quiet. There is a sunroom that is a perfect breakfast area, it gets very hot during the day if you do not open the (power) windows - use it to dry your laundry in no time in summer! Overall, it was excellent. There are always a few things that could be improved, but in this case, these are all related to minorities (such as the lack of a microwave), and I think these are not worth mentioning. This is a great place to stay, period.

• Angela (10/5): Spacious, clean apartment in perfect location - The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Set in Kazimierz region of Krakow it was perfectly located for walking to the Jewish quarter, with lots of bars, restaurants and convenience stores (Zabka's) nearby. Communication with the host was great. We needed a clothes airer (says there was a tumble dryer on the facilities, there isn't) and some light bulbs weren't working. Once we communicated this to the host a clothes airer was supplied along with replacement bulbs to the lights. The 2 double bedrooms upstairs have a shared shower room and downstairs there is a bathroom with a bath and hand held shower for the bath. There is a separate sitting room which I assume can be used as a further bedroom as further bedding was supplied for this bed settee. The terrace is covered but has electronic opening glass windows to use on warm days. We didn't eat in the apartment, but it looked fully equipped to do so with sufficient utensils, pans and crockery. Wawel Castle was around a 15 minute stroll from the apartment and a further 10-15 stroll to Main Square from the Castle. Just little things really - pillows were pretty rubbish (no support) so could do with changing to memory foam maybe but this is a personal preference. Blackout blinds are needed on bedroom windows as it gets light around 5am!!There is no manual in the apartment on 'how to use' for instance the electric coffee maker, washing machine, AC units. Also a 'hints and tips' on the local area can be useful to get your bearings. As a party of 2 couples only 1 key is provided. We were told we could leave the key with the concierge if 1 couple wanted to go back earlier than the other. But as stated, just minor 'niggles' none of this spoiled our stay in the apartment. Which, incidentally is on the 4th floor of a 9 storey building so isn't technically a 'penthouse'.

• Chloe (10/5): Perfect modern appartment close to everything but still quiet at night - Perfect location, quiet at night but close enough to a lively area with bars and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk from the main square (quite touristy so would recommend the Jewish Quarter for a more relaxed but lively vibe) and 10 minute walk to the river. Host was responsive, had no issues throughout our stay. Apartment is equipped with washing machine, 2 x bathrooms, coffee machine, toaster, oven, fridge/freezer and big balcony. All rooms were spacious and flat was immaculate. Would 100% recommend staying here. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Stephan (7/5): Very nice apartment, very conveniently located - Very nicely located for visiting the city centre as well as the Jewish quarter. Comfortable apartment for up to 6 persons. Good bathrooms. Parking available upon request. The system for opening the balcony windows was broken already when we arrived, and could not be repaired during our stay. As a result we were unable to use the balcony and missed out on the nice views...

• Elpiniki (9/5): We would definitely recommend this apartment. - Excellent location in the Jewish quarter, very close to public transport, mini markets, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable for 5 adults. It was nicely decorated and included all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The internal staircase in the apartment can make it difficult for older people or people with mobility difficulties. The balcony on the lower floor is closed with windows, which we have never managed to open and can become very hot, almost like a greenhouse, during the sunny days, although there was an air-conditioning unit in the balcony for that purpose.

We were 4 people staying in this apartment and everything was perfect. - TV, with available accounts from Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Netflix - Nice kitchen, where you can cook everything you want - Amazing and beautiful terrace in the balcony - Very comfy beds - It was hot enough in Krakow that week, but air conditioner was working perfectly, so didn't feel any discomfort. - Clean, comfy 2 separate bathrooms. - Coffee machine, and a lot of bags of tea. - Dish washing machine Nothing! I liked everything

• Tony (9/5): Superb - The apartment was perfect for our 4 night family stay. With my wife and 3 adult daughters the space was ideal for all of us with everything we needed provided. Even enough hot water for 5 showers a day! The location was also perfect, close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets but also not far from many of the sights of Krakow. When we visit Krakow again we will certainly book here again without hesitation.

• Anonymous (9/5): Great stay and would visit again - Large, new and spotless Downstairs room could be set up as a permanent bedroom rather than just fitted with a sofabed as the room can’t really be used as another living room. Temperature controls were a little fiddly but we were fine.
• Lorraine (10/5): lovely family break, great restaurants nearby and really friendly staff - the location was excellent 20 minutes walk to the main square and lots of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk. the bedrooms were all a good size. the living area was not large enough for 5 adults. probably not a big deal for most people but there were only 5 hangers.
• Wilcock (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing apartment with everything you would need. Including as you arrive, toiletries and tea and coffee. After a busy day sightseeing, it was so nice to come back and chill with a glass of wine and a good film. The location was perfect to reach all the main tourist areas, including the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter within 10-15 mins. A great selection of good value and quality places to eat were all within a short walk. Our host Danuta was very approachable if you needed anything. We can't wait to return to this beautiful city and we would highly recommend staying here. That we had to leave
• John (8/5): Very good - Very modern and clean apartment in quite location with 20 minute walk to the old town. 2 very good sized bedrooms upstairs and another one downstairs that had a sofa bed. 2 bathrooms one up and one downstairs. The apartment was quite compact downstairs and the sofa was only a 3 seater and we were a party of 4. The stairs leading to the bedrooms were quite steep and you had to take great care to negotiate them ( we are all in our sixties). Although the apartment had 3 bedrooms you would struggle for space with 6 people.

• Danielle (9/5): Lovely apartment, with everything we needed, in a convenient location close to shops & restaurants. - Location was great, close to bars, restaurants and shops. The local pizza place Nolio was excellent! The apartment was quite clean and very nice to stay in. The facilities were good - everything we needed except for a kettle, so we took our own travel kettle. The apartment was very hot, but we figured out the air conditioning. Some of the decor was tatty and dirty in places and there were a lot of dead flies stuck to the ceiling in the bedroom. The ironing board needs a new cover as it’s stained and torn, and the iron needs replacing as it spits water all over your clothes. The wardrobes needed more clothes hangars.
