• Laima (9/5): Warm and cozy - It’s location is really great, very close to all the theaters, nice restaurants and cafes. Super quiet area to have a good night sleep. Cozy and homey. I really hated the check in procedure. Everything is digital so make sure your phones are fully charged upon arrival or you sleep on the street. We got pretty stressed about it because the links didn’t work when we went there so we didn’t know what to do and had to make phone calls.

• Stefan (9/5): On palm of your hand - Regent and Oxford street. - Comfy, whole app 45m2, washing and drying mashine, very warm in month of january. Great bed in room. Netflix and chill in living room. No lift, narrow steps, but as usual. No big deal, really.

• Sergio (2/5): La apariencia en fotos engaña, apartamento muy sucio como para no volver con seguridad - La ubicación está bien para poder ir andando al centro La limpieza deja mucho que desear, las sábanas estaban sucias y tuvimos que pedir que hicieran un servicio de limpieza de sábanas y toallas. La mesa y la encimera también estaban con grasa de no haberse limpiado. Moqueta también sucia. Además, pedimos ampliar el checkout hasta las 12.00h (previo pago) y la mañana que nos íbamos nos dijeron que no era posible, así que tuvimos que desalojar el apartamento a las 10.00h sin poder dejar las maletas en una consigna
• Regina (6/5): No vale lo que cuesta. - La calidad/ precio es pésima, nos salió a 545€ la noche. Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación y esto es lo que pagas, está a un paso del centro, en una zona tranquila. Nuestro apartamento era un segundo SIN ascensor, al ser un edificio antiguo se oían las pisadas del piso de arriba. La tapa del wc la tienen que cambiar porque está suelta. Mancha negra en la moqueta de la habitación. Mucho poster de Instagram pero sin un espejo de cuerpo entero para verte bien. Muebles tipo JYSK. La cama y el colchón muy malos, mis hijas que durmieron en el sofá igual. Te escriben diciendo que te pongas en contacto con ellos para cualquier cosa que necesites, sea grande o pequeña, buen marketing, pero en la práctica no es cierto. No tienen servicio para dejar las maletas, el check out es a las 10.00 ( si cobras 1636,75 € por tres noches que mínimo que ofrecer calidad y servicio ) la taquilla que quedaba mas cerca abría a las 10.30, con lo cual te "echan a la calle" a las diez y haces tiempo con las maletas hasta las 10.30. NO debería estar permitido el check out antes de las 11.00 Muy caro. Colchones incómodos. Check out a las 10.00. Sin servicio de taquilla para las maletas. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Me fie de las valoraciones de Booking porque tenía mas de un 9, no comparto esa opinión.
• Lucía (9/5): Perfecto - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, apartado del centro pero muy cerca para ir andando. Como en casi todos los alojamientos de Londres, no hay ascensor. Pero no se hace muy incómodo subir.

• Joseph (7/5): - Clean, close to everything walking distance, friendly staff Kitchen was not stocked well, no spatula, no serving spoons or ladles. Lots of pots and pans but missing some essentials.
• Mouza (9/5): - I liked the location of the apartment and the hospitality. I wish the bed sheets and pillows were of higher quality, and the apartment didn’t have an elevator which made it a bit inconvenient.

• Melis (8/5): Overall good stay, with best location would be happier if I could store my luggage after check-out. - Location is the best, I’ve been to London many times and location of this house is one of the best. Good size apartment for family. Sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable. Check in time is late (3 pm), check out time is early (10am) they do not provide luggage storage but only suggest to use an external company.

• sébastien (8/5): Un appartement propre et lumineux à 2 pas d’Oxford street parfait pour une famille de 3 - Sa localisation et son caractère spacieux Le canapé lit du salon est un peu dur et dommage qu’il n’y ait pas la clim car l’aération de la chambre est difficile du fait des odeurs qui remontent des restaurants alentours dans la cour intérieure Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient trop peu nombreux et ajouter de l’huile / sel / poivre pour le séjour seraient un plus

• TZUYUN (9/5): 位置不錯，步行10分鐘內可以到很多不同地鐵線，附近也很多餐廳，最近的超市大約要走7-10分鐘，往大英博物館方向比較多大間的超市，床睡起來蠻舒服，因為天氣非常的熱，有另外請飯店提供兩支電扇，廚房有洗碗機、烤箱、烤麵包機和基本的廚具 - 位置不錯，乾淨整潔，有洗脫烘衣機，基本廚房用具，烤箱，烤麵包機和膠囊咖啡機 房間位在三樓，沒有電梯，樓梯間很小，帶著小孩搬推車行李比較辛苦。沒有冷氣，窗戶也只能開小縫，晚上睡覺很熱。我的睡衣在房務清潔後消失了，推測是跟著床單一起被收走，雖不是很貴的東西但沒了睡衣很不方便，問了飯店也沒有找回

• Anastasia (10/5): Lovely apartment with great decor and an excellent location. - The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos ,beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, with easy access to transport, cafes, and shops. The overall experience was very good, and although there was a minor issue with luggage storage, it was eventually handled in a helpful and professional way. Would definitely recommend the place for a short stay in the city! Check-out time is at 10:00am, which is earlier than most accommodations (usually 11:00am). A bit more flexibility there would make the stay even better.

• Monica (9/5): Very nice apartment, comfortable, very well located, new and clean. - The location is excellent. The apartment is very good, clean, comfortable and new. All things worked perfectly and the communication was very good. It was like I expected. The towels could be a little better, and there is no elevator. I also suggest to put some info about how to do the garbage disposal, and a list with supermarkets nearby would also help, although these things are only small details and did not interfere in my very good evaluation.

• Walid (8/5): Our stay was comfortable, and we had some peace of mind to focus on our trip plan without worries - The building location at 30 Foley St is superb and easily accessible, nearby (walking distance) to London Central, the neighborhood is friendly and safe. The security level on the building and apartment is good. The apartment size is moderate and convenient for small family, the apartment is furnished with all basic and necessary requirements and was clean when arrived. The team working on the background to resolve issues was very collaborative. Try to renovate the apartment’s furniture if possible.
