Guest Reviews
- Zulfiqar (4/5): Will not recommend for families or any one with heavy luggage - Nothing at all 1) After I have booked through booking.com and started waiting for checking details . Was communicated to pay £25 + for any damages that may occur ( non refundable ) and pay £250 if you want to pay an amount which is refundable .
2) Location is definitely a big no . All the drunk people kept on shouting till maybe 3am in the morning . Lots of massage centres around which don’t let u pass through without calling u in massage centre. Which bothers u a lot
3 ) No lift and if you are travelling with heavy luggage , you are almost stuck .
4 ) 10 AM check out is very inconvenient.
- SOBIA (8/5): -
- Patrick (10/5): - La déco très sympa, l’emplacement Bruit dans la rue le samedi soir dans le séjour , mais pas dans la chambre
- Gail (5/5): - Clean and stylish By the front door were a group of foreign men that made us feel uncomfortable to enter the building. There was also sex workers opposite.
We wouldn’t stay again due to the above and not being able to check in early or be able to drop our bags off beforehand or after check out, whereas you can when staying at a hotel.
- Katsiaryna (10/5): - Stylish
- Catalin (9/5): - No lift. Prostitutes next door (if that is what you are looking for then this is a positive)... If with family forget it ....the staff at the call center does not have a clue how to. Turn the heating on.... It took 5 attempts... All. Failed.. They sent me instructions for the microwave instead... I worked it out myself in the end. Everything else is ok.
- Lucila (10/5): - Muy céntrico, muy bonito el apartamento. Todo muy bien explicado. Mas bonito que en las fotos. Esta genial!!! Todo nos encantó
- Murray (7/5): Good but would try something different next time. - Design is great and the apartment is spacious for 3 people. Checkin was easy. Lots of restaurants and theatre nearby but be prepared to walk a bit to get to a tube station. Very loud noises from the street which necessitate ear plugs. The pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable. It would also be nice to have places to hang coats.
- Niall (10/5): Couple weekend away. Fantastic location. - Location is amazing. Easy to get in/enter. Nice shower. Tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. This was my second visit. There is a little street noise-this didn’t bother me at all but some may dislike it.
- Kit (9/5): Awesome place to stay! - Awesome location, nicely equipped appartment. Not much noise at night even though we spend the weekend there and bars are all over. The fold out bed I the living room did not fit both our children (11+13), one slept on pillows and extra blankets we found

- Hans Peter (9/5): Great time in Soho - The location is in the heart of Soho. It's great to be in the middle of this district and we really enjoyed it. Right next to the entrance, in the neighbouring building, there is probably a brothel. It didn't bother us, but it might be interesting for some visitors. The flat is super clean and was equipped with everything we needed. I can't say whether everything you need for cooking is there, as we never cooked. The bathroom is very, very small, but adequate.
A tip: the Italian grocery shop downstairs has a small ‘hidden bar’ that is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the laminate flooring is not laid perfectly, which means that it creaks with every step, and also every step can be heard from the flat above. What is missing is a wardrobe. There is no way to hang up jackets or coats (except in the wardrobe). As London does not always have dry weather, wet jackets can only be hung in the shower. Unfortunately, during our visit, the power went out in the street on two days. The first time was in the evening around 10 p.m. Then the door code no longer worked and we couldn't get into the apartment.
When we called the emergency number, we were initially answered by someone from a call centre who, apart from repeatedly asking us to enter our PIN code, was unfortunately unable to offer a solution. After a while, we received a call directly from an employee who was friendly and helpful. Fortunately, the city had repaired the problem in the street in the meantime, and after more than an hour, we were able to enter the building. The following day, there was more work being done in the street, which made it impossible to enter the building and the apartment for about three hours. There is a manual for the flat. Unfortunately, it is not up to date when it comes to turning on the heating. At some point, the thermostats on the radiators were converted to a central control system, which is not documented, so we had a cold flat on our first evening.
- Elisabeth (8/5): - Fin leilighet, var rent. Behagelig seng.
Beliggenhet var veldig bra, gåavstand til alt vi skulle.
Vi er fornøyde, kommer gjerne igjen. Sovesofa var litt liten for to.
Endel støy utenfra.
- הדס (7/5): - The location was excellent There was hardly any lighting in the apartment, creating a very dim atmosphere in the evening.
The apartment is located in a small alley, which felt unsafe at night.
There was shampoo and conditioner, but not enough — we stayed for a week, and it would have made sense to have enough for three people.

- Anita Mandar (10/5): - Location, in the middle of Soho, walking distance from everything. Size and view from the room. Easy and convenient check in. It is excellent for people with kids as it has a kitchenette with mini fridge, dishwasher etc The property is not manned and so any help you need takes a long time to get resolved.
- Steffen (9/5): Superb -
- Edna (8/5): Fantastic location and accommodation. - Breakfast? There was none The steps to the 2nd floor was difficult for seniors like us. There was no help. We were 3 sisters aged 70 72 and 76.
There were no tissue paper and paper towels in the room.
Toilet paper was ok
There was a stench/bad smell emanating from the toilet to the entrance hall.
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- Dafydd (10/5): Awesome - Location, design and cleanliness Nothing
- Amy (9/5): Great location. Good design. Really comfortable. - Location. Layout. Nothing.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- محمد (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Natasha (10/5): superb location and fantastic accommodation. - location was superb, and accommodation was spacious, comfortable and had absolutely everything you could have needed. I would 100 % book again.
- Karl (10/5): Superb, wonderful location, lovely aparament. -
- Raeburn (10/5): Perfect apartment in a great location for family doing touristy weekend in London. - location location location! uber modern style of apartment. cleverness of layout.
- Smalls (10/5): Exceeded all our expectations and would 100% recommend. Apartment clean, tidy, quiet, well equipped. - We were not sent the exact location before hand or the door code. The Frankie says phone number was answered immediately and the email re-sent so we could then quickly find the apartment and get in.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and excellent location
- Masoud (7/5): Great Short - I Wouldn’t Stay Long After Seeing Charges - The apartment is exactly as described—immaculately clean, with spotless white linens and towels. The large windows are fitted with effective blinds, allowing you to sleep comfortably even during the day. The area is charming, offering plenty of nice places to eat, and most importantly, the apartment is incredibly quiet, with zero road noise. The kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of glasses, coffee pods, and even some biscuits. Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and accessing the property is straightforward. However, there are a few drawbacks. First, the company’s communication style feels overly familiar—phrases like “Hey Frankie would love to know what’s going on” are casual to the point of being unprofessional, especially when they fail to respond to practical inquiries like requests for early check-in. Second, I was surprised by the additional charges: they request around £35 just to extend checkout from 10 am to 11 am (a courtesy many accommodations include), and if you’re staying long-term, the cleaning fees are quite steep—over £60 for a basic clean and an eye-watering £130+ for fresh linens and towels. While I don’t expect daily cleaning, if I were booking a multi-week stay, I’d anticipate complimentary fresh towels, linens, and coffee pods as part of the package.
The apartment itself is lovely, but when comparing it to a hotel, I’m not sure. I appreciate the quiet and the amenities, but I also value being able to ask for clean towels without facing an exorbitant bill. Some charges, which would effect long term guests are to my mind greedy :
- Amanda (9/5): Perfect stay in Soho. - The property was just like the photos and description. It was really lovely. Suited our needs perfectly. Perfect size for my husband, our 13 yr old and myself. We liked it all.
- Magdalena (7/5): Good - Apartament is in very good location, nice design, contactless entry, very clean. Unfortunately sofa bed is only suitable for 1 person and we were group of 4 . There are not enough lights and some of them are not working Also We had problems with turning heating on neither radiators nor air-conditioning worked.
- Aislinn (10/5): Great flat in Soho. Seamless entry with keyless checkin - Amazing Location
- Sergey (8/5): Nice apartment in great location - - fashion and nice apartment
- transport accessibility is very good
- tonns of great cafes and restaurants around
- Clear instructions and access to the room - for family was quite noise at night due to Soho area, but for people who likes night parties is the best
- secondary sofa is just for one person, for two it is not enough
- no detergent for a washing machine, and it was not delivered after request
