• OSMAR APARECIDO (9/5): Cheguei achando que não fosse gostar mas gostei. - A receptividade da equipe foi muito boa, chegamos bem antes do horário do checkin, minha esposa não estava bem e eles nos acompanharam prontamente, por todos os outros dias a equipe foi bastante atenciosa. Tudo é muito limpo e bem ciuidado por lá. Apenas entendo que o fato do café da manhã ser servido no quarto, pois não há espaço para refeições, e depende da funcionária fazê-lo a partir das 8:00, pode gerar alguma demora e atrasos em Algum compromisso.

• Eugene (7/5): Rome is stunning and look forward to going again - Room was clean and we liked the little touches, tooth paste,brush, shower slippers, sweets free coffee. Great location. I received an email asking what time we where due to arrive, emailed back to say 1.30pm although check in is from 2.00pm. Really struggled to find the location as the "hotel" was in a apartment building. Finally found it, the sign showing the hotel name was around the same size as a hard backed book, so not easy to spot. Couldn't gain access to the building despite several tries on the key pad, someone exited so we manged to get in. Pressed the buzzer marked Domus Domas to contact them several times without reply we even went next door to the shop to see if they could help. We called the number on the website and displayed in the building entrance several times without reply. We were getting really worried this was a scam !A young man finally arrived just after 2.00 pm who was part of the team to let us in. The Hotel reception and accommodation was on the 4th floor of the building but the lift was out of order so had to climb 12 sets of stairs, this is not normally a problem but after averaging nearly 30,000 steps a day around Rome 12 sets of stairs was not nice. This is not an Hotel it is a large apartment on the 4th floor of a building that has been converted into a tiny reception area with 5 rooms leading from it so be aware ! The room itself was very clean with good facilities, just wished i would have known about the check in procedure before hand. I would stay there again now i know how to get into the place !

• Mariya (9/5): - Дякуємо DomusDomo за чудовий відпочинок у Римі! Готель має дуже зручне розташування — поруч вокзал Termini, метро та основні пам’ятки міста. Окремо хочеться відзначити прекрасний персонал. Сніданки приносили прямо в номер завжди дуже привітно й тепло. Працівниця, яка їх приносила, була надзвичайно чуйною та щирою — усе робила з великою любов’ю, і це справді відчувалося. Також з нами постійно був на зв’язку менеджер, який допомагав вирішувати всі питання, навіть із бронюванням ресторанів. Після виселення нам люб’язно дозволили залишити багаж до вечора, що було дуже зручно. У номері були хороші косметичні засоби та все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Єдиний невеликий мінус — не завжди стабільний Wi-Fi та деякі елементи шпалер уже трохи потребують оновлення. Загалом у нас залишилися дуже приємні враження, і ми сміливо можемо рекомендувати цей готель!

Melegszendvics, friss péksütemény, kávé, gyümölcslé. Az épület környéke kissé lepusztult, de egy utcával odébb ott van a Santa Maria Maggiore Bazilika, üzletek, éttermek. Ez a kettősség jellemzi egész Rómát.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast staff is very hospitable. Getting in and out involves lots of doors but you get used to it.

• Oscar Luis (8/5): Alojamiento correcto a un precio que consideramos muy elevado para sus características - Ubicación cerca de Termini y excelente el personal del alojamiento con quién tratamos (gestiones y factura) o coincidimos (como limpieza). Desayuno con bollería de muy buena calidad. Metro justo delante y Coliseo a 15-20 minutos andando. Nos guardaron las maletas despuñes de salir hasta nuestra recogida para continuar viaje. Habitación pequeña y no preparada para poder desayunar correctamente (quizá por ser una triple, pero debería avisarse e indicar fotos reales), con mala insonorización y bastante ruido de la calle, junto a zona segura pero de lo más "oscura" de los alrededores de Termini (en la mañana vimos una familia limpiando cristales de ventanilla de su coche rota y las "mayores pintas raras" que hemos visto por allí), que junto a cierta "dejadez" identificada en las zonas comunes y baño público del alojamiento en su cuarta planta (son, al menos, dos plantas con habitaciones), hace que el precio me parezca muy elevado y ocn otras opciones similares/mejores por precio inferior en zona incluso mejor (p.e. Cavour) e igual de cerca de Termini.

• HYUNJI (8/5): - Good for a short one-night stay. The host is very friendly and speaks good English, which made things easy. It’s quite small, but clean and well-equipped with everything you need. It’s close to the station and feels secure with a proper locking system. A simple breakfast is provided, including eggs, bread, juice, cereal, and milk, which was quite handy. However, once you’ve taken it, there are no refills, so if you’re travelling as a family, it’s best for everyone to go together and collect it at the same time. The staff don’t speak English well, which makes communication difficult. The city tax is paid on site, and there may be overcharging, so if you’re travelling with children under 10, make sure to check carefully. Under Rome regulations, the city tax for guesthouses is €7 per person, and children under 10 are exempt.

• Carlos Eduardo (8/5): - Café da manhã com ótimas opções, estrutura do quarto muito boa. As paredes eram um pouco finas, então pela manhã o barulho do café da manhã te acordava.
• OKSANA (10/5): Отель превзошел ожидания - Очень приветливый персонал. Номера очень чистые и ухоженные, в них продумано все до мелочей. Есть тапочки, зубные щётки, спонжики и даже бритва. Приятно удивили живые цветы. Удобные матрасы и вкусный завтрак. Расположение тоже отличное, до Колизея близко, район нормальный. Из плюсов - можно оставить багаж до заселение на ресепшен; постоянно доступно кофе, чай и снеки. Общее пространство также очень уютное и чистое, хоть и не большое. Вообщем, отель превзошел все ожидания! Рекомендуем!

• Gediminas (10/5): - Very pleaselant stay, pefrect beds, perfect stuff. We have stayed for 5 nights, every day room was cleaned. Personel was very pleasant, made some advices where to eat and what to go.

Many thanks to one of the staff members, Barbara, who welcomed us very warmly and explained where to eat deliciously, as well as gave us all kinds of advice. Small elevator and rough mattress.

• Paglione (6/5): Soggiorno breve ma molto intenso e carino - Struttura vicino al Colosseo Nessuna indicazione da parte del gestore del b&b che mi indicava che la mia camera era situata in uno stabile con appartamento suddiviso in più stanze,camera troppo piccola per ospitare 4 persone,colazione servita in camera poiché non c’era un luogo comune dove fare colazione seduti.

• Pavlos (8/5): - Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was very close to the metro station. Breakfast was very nice with toasts, sweet pastries, eggs, coffee and juice. Room was clean and they cleaned it every day of our stay. Location felt a bit sketchy at night. Sound proofing was not good as you hear everything happening outside your room. Room seemed a little bit different from the photos but nothing big.
