Amazing location in JBR with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and very private. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a short stay. What didn’t you like about the property? Nothing major honestly, everything was smooth. • sabrina (5/5): Great location. - The location of the property was amazing. Near the most popular public Jumeirah beach. Free to access so be prepared to experience business at peak times. The pool was crowded and only had one pool. The staff were making well considering the busy human traffic. The breakfast at ground floor music was too loud in the morning. The manger Sidhart (apologies if I spelt it wrong) was curtious and he lowered to sound after several requests. We did not enjoy the atmosphere at the restaurant ground floor at breakfast. We had to leave our food. In the morning sound of music has to be mellow and relaxed. It felt like we were in a club. See picture attached. Thank you.

Dinner/lunch meals , poor menu , there isnt large selection , it could be better if it was buffet. Toilet in the lobby isnt clean . There isnt jacuzi in the pool area. The bar at the pool was closed

• EKATERINA (10/5): - Красивый вид на море, нет спереди небоскребов Шикарные завтраки, на столе есть меню по яйцам бенедикт/пашот/омлет/яичница - можно заказать и для тебя приготовят. Есть свежевыжатые соки апельсин и арбуз, отдельный респект - авокадо тост - он был восхитительный! По заселению - заселили в течение 20 минут, по выселению спокойно оставили вещи и пошли гулять, т.к. самолет был вечером. Шикарный матрас - перина! Хотя я люблю твердые кровати, но тут была супер кровать! До колеса от отеля прогулочным шагом идти 15 минут На балконе находиться сложно, но это не отелю, а к Дубаю- индусы все время бибикают, ощущение как на проспекте, для такси неудобный подъезд через мост и разворот - либо выходить на перекрестке и 200м идти пешком до отеля, либо стоять 20 минут на разворот (но это в пробки с 16 до 19) Ковролин в номере грязный - проверено белыми носками(((

Super personnel toujours à l'écoute, petit déjeuner très bon et varié, room service un peu limité mais bien. Nous y étions en février et la piscine était à l'ombre donc un petit peu dommage car du coup nous n'en n'avons pas profité sinon il faisait frais...mais en été ça doit être parfait Très bon resto grec également. • Abhishek (7/5): Not the experience I expected from a 5 star hotel. - The location was amazing Well I was looking forward to a 2 day stay with 5 star experience. But sadly, our breakfast on day 1 was not even 3 star. I understand the capacity was low but atpeast food should have had more and better options! 2nd day we got the proper breakfast but I paid for 2 nights and expected good breakfast both days. So I wasted my 1st night. Plus the handle of my bathroom was broken, the kettle in my 2nd room was not working, and to add up, the hotel reduced the prices to half of what I paid! I wish hotel would consider the experience and amount paid and compensate. This is my review for the room booked under my husband ABHISHEK PATIAL

• Mary Jane (7/5): Just little disappointend - The ocean view The operator in room service,i order some food and she said,she will tell to the kitchen then i ask how many minutes ,she said 30 -40 minutes so i wait,after 30 minutes i called again,and still said will tell to the kitchen,then the kitchen staff call my room and he said just now he got my order,i told him i order 30 minutes ago...and also they dont have baby cot,but it said in booking.com that free baby cot is available

• Zuhair (5/5): - Location is good Mr. Hashim alansari was a great guy and he tried his best to make us feel great. Check in was delayed. When we entered the room the smell was okey but not the best and one of the pillow sheet was stained with blood or something red. Breakfast had a long queue time. On second day, room service didn’t clean the room even though we hanged the sign. I thought it was by default in big hotels chains and i didn’t need to tell them to do that especially when there are sign for that.
