• Andrew (10/5): - Where to begin. Beautiful quiet seaside hotel with Flamingo restaurant downstairs and several other options down the beach. A short drive to Kotor and HN. But the best of all was the care and professionalism of Ana. She made the stay - arranging anything we needed and making us feel so welcome.

Besonders schön fand ich, dass Hunde erlaubt sind. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und herzlich – ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

We will be back! - Ana's place is in the most amazing location, right by the gorgeous beach with a handful of bars and restaurants near by and only a 20 minute walk to PortNovi, or 5 minute drive, and a 15 minute drive to Herceg Novi Old Town. Ana's communication the entire time was absolutely fantastic and she was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and just right for what we needed. We will definitely be back. There was one night we heard a lot of noise from the street as we had a front facing apartment, the bin men came at 2am which was strange but it only happened once. The windows seem to let quite a bit of noise in. Luckily, the area in general is very quiet :)

• Blerina (10/5): I would always come back. - The woman at the reception welcomed us amazingly, she was really nice to us and explained everything thoroughly. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful sea view.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the coast. Wait until you wake up in the morning with a view so picturesque you will remember. Warm recommendations for any future travellers. Ana has been an amazing host.
• Ratomir Vasiljević (10/5): Comfortable apartment with nice sea view, comfy beds and quite nights. - It was more than easy to find, communicate with the host, and park in front of the property. The apartment was spotless clean and spacious with all the equipment and a nice sea view. It was quiet at night, and the beds were really comfortable.

• Theodor Dumitrescu (10/5): Great stay with amazing view - Amazing view from the balcony. Very good location - some small beaches can be found nearby, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was very nice, always making themselves available and asking if we need anything. The room was very cozy and it had all the amenities of a normal hotel room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Free parking is available right in front of the building. -

Бесплатное проживание для собаки))) На ресепшене приветливая девушка, она же убирает номера по запросу. Не понятно почему на Booking такой высокий рейтинг, ведь на Google и TripAdvisor рейтинг сильно хуже и отражает всю действительность. Этот вариант действительно выглядит как скам. Место расположение очень не удобное - вдоль оживленной дороги, прямо напротив мусорки которую каждую ночь в 3-4 часа вывозят с ошеломительным грохотом стекла заставляющим всех подскакивать среди ночи. У нас был улучшеный двухкомнатный апартамент с балконом который не разу видимо даже не подметали и не убирали. В целом достаточно грязно. Уборка по запросу и она очень посредственная, для галочки. В гостиной течёт кондиционер прямо на паркет и видимо уже очень давно, так как все почернело и вздулось, даже боковина и цоколь тумбы под телевизор которая стоит возле кондиционера, и в этом месте постоянная лужа при включении климатизации. Написано что 2 туалета - это не правда, туалет 1, есть один в фае общественный видимо его вторым считают. Написано частная парковка - не правда, просто паркуешься вдоль дороги где есть место. Постоянный запах канализации во всем здании и в апартаментах. Больше сюда не вернёмся и никому не посоветуем.
• Antony (6/5): Pleasant - It's near a very good restaurant by the sea. It's quite and the area is very cheap and enjoyable, although it can become boring for more than a long weekend. The hotel is quite new. The room was big enough. Nothing super fancy,unlike it seems from their photos. The girls at the reception were very nice with us. The photos show a much better place than it really is, although it's not bad.

There were great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and everything was wonderful. The owner was super lovely and the location was awesome! As it was 10 minutes from herzeg novi, it was very convenient but also a bit quieter and more relaxing of an area.

• Anna (1/5): Tourist scam - We booked a room in this Hotel and one day before our arrival they told us that there is a problem with water and they had moved our booking to another Hotel. We arrived pretty late at this Hotel and they had no reservation, no room for us and they didn't know the woman who has contacted us. So maybe this Hotel is a scam. Because of this we had to search in the night (1 a.m.) for a room anywhere to sleep, this was very unconfortable ans stressful. Plus we never heard anything from this Hotel again.

• Csaba (6/5): Pleasant - Staff and location is superb. Air conditioning wasn’t working the whole time, it’s was centrally turned off and on. The hotel internet didn’t reach our room on the 2nd floor so they gave us cellular router on which the internet speed was very slow. The bedsheets didn’t fit the beds, they were smaller than the bed. Sunshade curtains didn’t match the size of the windows and they constantly fell off from their place. Sewage smell in the bathroom was strong so we had to keep the bathroom window open at all times. For the water in the shower it took about 15 minutes to drain.

• József (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very nice and tidy, the bedroom and bed were huge and the two bathrooms were completely comfortable. The host Ana was very nice and helpful. There was a restaurant very close to the accommodation, where we had a delicious meal and the waiters were very nice. I can only recommend it. We had a great time.

Apartment is very big and has the large balcony with sea view. Bed is large and so good for sleeping. It is front beach. Everything is close. Porto Novi is in the walking distance. We will come back for sure. We allready miss everything.

• Erik (8/5): Nice sea view! - The view on the sea was stunning! It was nice to take a breakfast on the sun terrace and the owner was very helpful and communicative! The pipes in our bathroom smelled like sewage. After we asked about it, she said it smelled in the whole hotel like this because of a construction site, so changing the room wouldn’t help.

The location was perfect for us, near the sea, beach, restaurants, cafés. Last but not least , Ana was very nice, helpful and flexible.
