La douche est top spacieuse et bien chaude après une longue journée de marche dans Istanbul, rien de mieux que de prendre une bonne douche chaude et dormir dans un bon lit confortable :) Le petit déjeuner en très petite quantité, pas assez de place en fonction du nombre de clients présents dans l’hôtel :/

Breakfast was very good, wide choice of hot and cold food and drinks, pleasant room and helpful staff. No problems, no noise, all was well organised, clean, spacious and the whole place had a quiet yet elegant decor. Staff all helpful and polite.

Breakfast was pretty good, with self service concept, typical food you would get, with famous simit bread. Location was perfect as you could walk in any direction and you could visit places! Perfect location comes with a bit of sacrifice as there was a noise after midnight; especially our first night, Saturday, and one of the windows could not be closed properly. Next morning there was a water cleaning truck that you could hear flushing out leftovers from the night before…

В шаговой доступности Истикляль, площадь Таксим, - Местоположение, завтраки, чистота, мощный напор в душе, температура воды не «скачет» - приятно просто стоять под водой после дня, наполненного десятками тысяч шагов. Сначала нас разместили в номере на первом этаже, прямо возле ресепшн. Там было очень холодно и шумно. Мы попросили переселить и нам дали другой номер повыше. Там тоже было прохладно, доносился явный шум от баров и кафе. Наконец, третий вариант нам подошел - это был номер на 4 этаже, теплый и тихий. За него сотрудник отеля хотел доплату, якобы за доп кровать. Мы отказались от дополнительной кровати и переселились бесплатно, так как спали на двухспальной кровати. В общем, советую быть начеку: сначала дают холодные и шумные номера внизу, но если покачаете права, то переселят наверх. Еще имейте в виду, что номера на фото выглядят больше, чем они есть на самом деле.

A special thank you to Mr. Sezgin in the restaurant, who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. He made our experience even better. Honestly, nothing. Everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay. The only small thing was that it could be a bit noisy at night due to the central location, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Двойното легло е много удобно и банята е много хубава. Стаята трябваше да е за трима, но едното легло беше сгъваемо и никъде не беше споменато. На снимките е пълноценно легло а реално не е така. Снимките не отговарят на реалността.

The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. The location is excellent very close to everything, which was extremely convenient. The hotel itself is not brand new, but it has a charming vintage feel, which we actually appreciated. Considering the style of many hotels in this area, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. There were four of us staying in two rooms on the first floor near the reception, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

• 667812f4df9d73247e2e35f59857bf77 (1/5): - Jedina zaista pozitivna strana ovog hotela je osoblje, koje je izuzetno ljubazno, korektno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Oni su ostavili najbolji utisak tokom boravka i zaista zaslužuju pohvalu. Lokacija jeste u centru Taksima, ali se hotel nalazi u zabačenoj ulici koja ne deluje bezbedno, naročito u večernjim satima. U okolini se često mogu videti pijane i sumnjive osobe, što nije prijatan osećaj, posebno za porodice sa decom. Hrana je veoma loša ili praktično nepostojeća. Izbor je minimalan, često nema ni osnovnih stvari poput hleba, tako da se na doručak ne može ozbiljno osloniti. Sobe su mračne, slabo osvetljene i ostavljaju depresivan utisak. Opšti kvalitet smeštaja ne odgovara standardu koji se očekuje. Posebno želim da naglasim problem sa parkingom. Hotel reklamira da poseduje parking, ali se u praksi radi o javnom parkingu koji nema veze sa hotelom i koji dodatno naplaćuje treća strana. Smatram da je ovakav način oglašavanja obmanjujući i da dovodi goste u zabludu, jer hotel zapravo nema sopstveni parking, već reklamira tuđu javnu uslugu. Na osnovu svega navedenog, kvalitet usluge i uslovi koje hotel nudi više odgovaraju objektu sa dve zvezdice, a nikako hotelu koji se predstavlja kao objekat sa četiri zvezdice. Nažalost, osim ljubaznog osoblja, ukupno iskustvo boravka bilo je veoma razočaravajuće.

• Kreka (10/5): Φανταστικά - Ήταν όλα τέλεια δεύτερη φορά στο ξενοδοχείο και είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από το προσωπικό που ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμο για το οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Είναι πεντακάθαρα καθημερινή καθαριότητα το πρωινό τέλειο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία . Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε
• ATHANASIOS (10/5): - Ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαρό δωμάτιο, καλό πρωινό, κεντρική τοποθεσία. Ίσως φανεί λίγο ενοχλητικός ο θόρυβος από τα γύρω μπαρ. Στον πρώτο όροφο που μέναμε, ακουγόταν φασαρία απέξω αλλά όχι σε σημείο που να ενοχλεί. Μιλάμε όμως για κεντρικότατο σημείο που όλα είναι δίπλα σου.
• Vincenza (7/5): - Posizione, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione turca dolce e salata apprezzata da tutti Le stanze hanno decisamente bisogno di manutenzione soprattutto nei bagni. A piano terra e primo piano puzzano di fogna (ma credo sia un problema in tutta Istambul) quelle affacciate sulla strada di entrata dell’hotel troppo rumorose (casino fino alle 3 di notte) impossibile dormire. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e ce l’hanno cambiata dopo due notti perché naturalmente l’hotel era pieno visto il periodo. Un soggiorno un po' movimentato insomma.

• Maria Antonietta (9/5): Eccezionale - La stanza tripla ampia e pulita, la sera si sente l’animazione dei locali presenti in strada. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale disponibile e molto gentile soprattutto Sezgin che ci accoglieva col sorriso tutte le mattine e sollecito a fornire il pane gluten free per una amica celiaca.

• Evgeniia (9/5): - Отличный чистый отельчик прямо в центре улице Истикляль, но при этом немного во дворах. Рядом несколько веселых баров, но шума в номере мы не ощутили. Номер тёплый и нормального размера, вдвоём было очень комфортно. Кровать хорошая, подушки классные, постельное белье нормальное. Приличный шкаф есть. Санузел хороший, напор воды суперский (после долгих прогулок идеально). Всё чистое. Вида из окна нет, но оно и не надо, и так всё в живую можно насмотреться 😅 Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. Ресторанчик на первом этаже, есть зелёная терраса (но из-за погоды не воспользовались). Персонал очень вежливый и ненавящевый. Девушка на рецепщене говорит по русски и все говорят по английский. Дали номер намного раньше официального заселения, это было очень кстати. Вообще очень хорошая приятная атмосфера. Единственный минус очень слабый фен, который постоянно отключался.
• Hamam (5/5): It’s good - Its location near to the transportation points. The property is near to nightclubs ( singing cafe)so It’s too noisy especially at midnight.

• Yousri (9/5): Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, avec un personnel très accueillant et un emplacement idéal - J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Istanbul avec ma famille. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, proche de tout, ce qui nous a permis de profiter facilement de la ville. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue pendant tout le séjour. Je voudrais surtout remercier Selgin, qui a été extrêmement gentil et toujours souriant avec nous. Il faisait vraiment attention aux clients et ça fait une grande différence. Un grand merci aussi à la réceptionniste rousse, très professionnelle, accueillante et toujours prête à nous aider quand on avait besoin d’informations. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage à Istanbul. La vue de la chambre n’était pas exceptionnelle, car elle donnait plutôt sur les toits des bâtiments autour. Le lit clic-clac n’était pas aussi confortable qu’un lit classique, mais cela vient peut-être du fait que c’était une chambre quadruple. Malgré cela, le séjour est resté agréable dans l’ensemble.
• MAMMADOVA (9/5): 👍 - Очень вежливый персонал. Чистота, местоположение прям в центре транспорт рядом метро,автобус. Завтрак сытный, обслуживание на уровне, весь персонал улыбчивый. Все понравилось спасибо за все🤲 Все понравилось

• Emel Betul (4/5): Very disappointing - Location, staff - They changed our room type without any information - Room was very small and unfortuanetly not clean - The building, rooms are outdated and not well maintained. - The AC was loud all night and had an unpleasant smell. - It was not good value for money, and I definitely would not stay here again or recommend it.

• STAMATIA (10/5): Υπέροχη - Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Η τοποθεσία δεν θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη. Ήμασταν ακριβώς δίπλα στην Istiklal, 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια. Όλα τα είχαμε στα πόδια μας. Το δωμάτιο στο ξενοδοχείο πεντακάθαρο και μεγάλο. Το προσωπικό άψογο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Αν ξαναπάω σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω και πάλι! Value for money! Το πρωινό αλλα όχι από άποψη ποικιλίας και ποιότητας αλλά λόγω γεύσης! Είχαν τουρκικές επιλογές που δεν είναι πολύ του γούστου μου! Δεν με πείραξε όμως καθόλου. Τρώγαμε τη μαρμελάδα μας και όλα μια χαρά. Α! Και ο καφές δεν πινόταν!

Отдельно хочется упомянуть персонал - Великолепный отель с красивым интерьером в неоклассическом стиле. Отличное расположение, в 2 минутах от Истикляль и 10 минутах от метро Таксим. Отдельно хочется упомянуть персонал отеля, который просто потрясающий, были маленькие моменты которые они помогли уладить, всегда готовы прийти на помощь, учли все пожелания! Завтраки были разнообразными и сытными! Номер было невероятно просторный, стильный и окна выходили на тихую улочку. В номере были необходимы принадлежности для комфортного пребывания. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель!

• Günay (10/5): Mükemmel - Her şey harikaydı. Otelin konumu tam merkezde. Otel çok lux tasarım olunmuş. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Resepsiyonda Nigar hanım ve Ahmet bey çok iyiler. Sabah kahvaltısında yemek çeşiti bol, sabah kahvaltısında Sezgin beyde çok gülerüzlü ve misafirin konfor ve ihtiyacına çok önem veriyor. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Taxim Lounge Hotel. Azərbaycandan getmək istəyənlər fikirləşmədən seçə bilərsiz. Hər şey çox qəşəng idi. Yenə getsəm bu oteli seçərəm. Güleryüzlü
