- samukele (4/5): - The location I was asked to pay for ironing my clothes , when I paid the lady offered to iron my dress and she burnt it , all I got was a lousy sorry I didn’t want to argue because me and my partner we celebrating my graduation. I was disappointed no lie! The owner is also over stepping sometimes!

- Luyanda (7/5): Our stay was great. - The staff was exceptionally friendly. Thando and Pulana ensured that our stay was pleasant. The room was a bit stuffy we checked in, the use of room differs might help. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

- Anastatia (3/5): It was not bad but the pictures were nothing like the rooms - The location was fine but the actual quest house was poor The room was dirty and had a stuffy smell Futher more the other side of the room was dirty and really uncomfortable to stay in

It was such a pleasure engaging with them. * no aircon only fans * walls were thin, so you could hear if the guests in the other rooms were noisey * no handwash or body wash provided * small kitchenette, no coffee or tea provided

The room was connected to another large room with 4other beds . Poorly maintained the wall paint is cracking

If it was not for the staff that worked there who did everything they could to accommodate me I would have left without the refund and my booking was non-refundable.

- Mabuya (1/5): Disaster after i was threated for laying few complains and i could no longer feel safe. - good location, clean swimming pool and did not have breakfast bad service from the manager , i was called in the middle of the night by some male stranger threatening me for complaining about cold water, no aircon, TV not working and that i get charged for the iron R10 per item and i was asked to pay for the two people who came to see me around 3am n left and 7am . I also did not like the fact that young girl was working alone day and night with the place being fully booked with lots of guest wanting her attention, it was overwhelming for her and also the fact that she is so scared and nervous, you ask or request something she reply by saying the boss will shout at me, at a later stage i could understand because i was called by some person stating he is the owner and started threatening me and i was told not to write this on the reviews rather tell them in person. I feel pity because the reviews are saying the total opposite of what they offer and what i experienced. Kids area also need some renovations. It will be an advantage for the Guest house maybe have one of the staff members who is a South African in order to be able to communicate in other languages, there were guest from NW who could only speak Setswana they were struggling to communicate in English

- Kerry-leigh (10/5): Fabulous weekend - The staff are extremely accommodating,the place is fabulous and I'll visit again,the pool area was nice and chilling,very clean place and we never felt restricted,beds were comfortable,bathrooms were clean. I would have liked if they could supply coffee on a daily basis and also if breakfast could be served and the jacuzzi should have been fixed,overall everything was spot on.
