Guest Reviews
- Alana (10/5): great - great property. staff was really kind. room was great nothing

- Zachary (5/5): ROCK Hard Mattress, Fake netflix, dangerous bath tub - The hotel was cozy and very pretty. The little door way into the room with 2 doors and a space in between made me feel like I had a lot of privacy. The mattress was hard as a rock. Literally, like a rock. I have never been in a hotel where the mattress feels like you're sleeping on a floor. I invited a local over I met from Tinder and even he said that the mattress was extremely hard. I purposely looked for a hotel that had a big bathtub, because I love baths. But the bathtub in the room was very dangerous. It wasn't attached to the floor, it would slide around and you could tip it over. I've never seen a bathtub that slides around like that before. You WILL fall on your face if you aren't careful. I'm a young guy so I was fine, but I can picture someone elderly or a kid getting hurt. But here's the weirdest part, the netflix on the TV was fake. It was the weirdest thing i've ever seen. It was a screen that had "netflix" in blurry words on the corner and some korean movies to watch. Even my Korean date who came over said he had never seen anything like it before.
- Lior (6/5): - Location is ok, staff is very kind Expensive for what you get, room is too small, what is the point of having a shower and a bathtub in a 20m2 room

- Ishida (8/5): - 駅近なので、移動しやすくて楽でした。
スタッフも、日本語が通じる方はいませんでしたが、英語で対応して頂けたので、特にトラブルはありませんでした。
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional - Clean & trendy looking, elevator up to the rooms and the man working there seemed very nice.
Not far from the station and a bus terminal, everywhere was easy to navigate to from here. The bed was a little firm? Aside from that perfect!
- Miguel (7/5): Nice but a bit small for the price - Staff is kind, and you have some soluble coffee as courtesy. Staff doesn't speak english except manager.
We stayed 2 nights in a better room and 2 nights in this room, which is a little bit small. Bed is in a narrow space so the only acess is over the bed, a little bit difficult. Toilet has shower with no division, so prepare to have you floor wet inside toilet. For the price I expected better.
Also we didn't had enough big towels (for shower), just 1 for 2 guests, and when we asked more we just had more small towels
- Miguel (9/5): Nice option near metro station - Although is not really big, it's big enough to be confortable and has a small desk and a table. Bathtub is nice and cute, but water goes out easily, so prepare to see your floor wet. We could check-in earlier cause room was empty. You have bags of coffee as courtesy. Metro line 1 is near so it's like 15-20mins to center Seul. It's next to a train station but I didn't feel too noisy Staff doesn't speak english, try with google translate, but manager speaks. There is just a black curtain between toilet and room, I prefer more privacy. Bed is a little bit hard.
- Charlotte (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and convenient, free water, big TV, Wi-Fi, water cooler, fridge, hairdryer, slippers, etc. It could have been a bit cleaner, there were some spots at the walls and in the bathroom
- Chieh (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view, friendly service, big and clean space. Highly recommend! Will visit again.
- Jeffrey (8/5): Simple, comfortable, convenient. - Near Cheongyangni Station. Easy check-in and out. Simple, comfortable, convenient. Bed was quite hard.
- Suriya (8/5): Very good -
- An (6/5): Pleasant -
- Erle (9/5): Superb -
- Samoose (10/5): Exceptional - Nice bath overlooking the train yard Room stayed very damp
- Jason (10/5): Kind staff, clean, very communicative! - Staff were very kind and considerate, asked about my day, assisted me in all of my issues.
- Marinette (7/5): Good - I needed to stay in this area as I attended an event there but other than that I don't think I will stay in this area again. As far as the hotel goes, it was nothing wonderful and out of the ordinary. I loved hearing the trains throughout the night as it brought back childhood memories. The hotel is old, the bed is stiff and will cause you to have a rough sleep. The trains go right next to the hotel and if you are sensitive to noise then this is NOT the place for you. Overall, for the price I paid, I have had much better accommodation than that. The room is also not well lit as all the lights didn't switch on. Bonus point for having a bidet but I won't be staying there again.
- Kwon (6/5): Pleasant - easy all everything. noise
- Eliška (9/5): Superb - I like this place and locality. The hotel was clean and the service staff very nice! :)
- Mikey (9/5): Superb - It was cheap and simple and clean. It was super central, and the atmosphere was comfortable.
- Wong (3/5): Good for photo but bad for real stay in. - friendly reception counter which operate for 24 hours and stylish decoration. Air conditioner positioned directly to the head pillow, makes me headache. I tried to lower the strongness of wind but the air-con shut down completely. Hard mattress, damaged bed sheet, sticky table, with two tables but there is not enough space for two open suitcases.
- Turner (10/5): Incredible value for money, if I stay in Seoul again I’ll be coming back! - Clean, easy to access, room was left undisturbed as I requested for my stay. The window was blocked off which made it a little
claustrophobic at times.
- An (7/5): Great Hotel but encountered an uncomfortable situation - Good location and generally clean rooms. We had an unfortunate water leak in our room and the staff didn't do quite a good job of handling the problem and made us comfortable and taken care of. We did get a room transfer to one of the same price but with a different design, with the problem they honestly should have compensated us with an upgrade or anything else aside from a room transfer.
- Athokpam (8/5): Very good -
- Stefan (9/5): Superb -
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Super friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Would highly recommend!
- Emilia (10/5): Great location, great price and English speaking personel - Very close to the metro, shopping mall and local food market. Very lovely and helpful personel. Plenty of amenities, extras bathrobes all that you could possibly need All good
- Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Unique, and cute with the theme of books. Rooms are cleverly designed and use the limited space well. The staff were very courteous and friendly, and it is very close to buses and the metro station, making it a good central location just outside of Seoul proper. The nearby market might also be one of the largest markets I've seen.
- Kian (5/5): Passable - Locatiok pretty good, short walking distance to metro station. Staffs were nice, polite and helpful. Love it that they have lift there , good for heavy baggage. Couldn't sleep well because cockroach wandering around at night, which is really scary.. the mosquito spray equipped in the room helped killing it but you need to really spray alot! So scary! must close up baggage everytime after u get ur stuff if u Don want to bring cockroach back in ur country. Bed sheet was dirty, yellowish and there were hairs under pillow. Bathtub also unstable.
- Anastasiia (10/5): Good for its price - Close to the train station.
Amazing bath.
Friendly staff. Bathroom/toilet doesn’t have a door but curtains.
- Ang (10/5): Will recommend to other - Like it very much
- George (8/5): Very good -
- Rohit (9/5): Great place at a budget - Cozy, small and beautiful room! Very cramped!
- Anati (10/5): 31 page is 낭만 - I like everything, from the staff, the place, the convenience of public transportation, the cafes and the chicken restaurant around it. 31 page is 낭만. Nothing.
- Zackary (9/5): Superb -
- Mutjarin (9/5): Superb -
- Dive (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sung (7/5): Good -
- Soyeon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sudha (8/5): Very good -
- Shynar (7/5): Good -
- Karin (8/5): Very good -
- Raymond (9/5): Would return. - Nice staff.
Close to metro.
Nice looking room. Not much late night options.
- Lai (7/5): Good -
- Julnar (5/5): Passable -
- Shihoko (8/5): Very good -
- Cuc (7/5): Good -
- Stevie (8/5): Very good - Good sized bathtub, big TV, and extra pillows No hand soap provided, bed isn't very comfortable
- Jeongwook (3/5): Poor - The bathtub next to the big window and you could see the trains. It is pleasant to see TV while you are inside. I found a cockroach together with me in the morning and told the staff but he didn't seem to be a big deal.
The mattress is way too hard to sleep on it
- Ken (8/5): Very good -
- Asarin (8/5): Good location, near Cheongnyangni station, walking distance to take airport bus. - Good location
- Wei (9/5): Beyond my expectation - Super friendly staff. And provide free umbrella during raining day.
- Porametr (9/5): Superb -
- Emilia (7/5): very good place to commute elsewhere but rest up in calm area with plenty of good restaurants and great city market - localisation and comfortable bed the loud noises not from the trains outside but hotel itself. loud beeping noises all day/night long in different times. not isolated enough inside
- Silvia (10/5): Great stay in Korea!🇰🇷 - The room was practical and very tidy. They will supply anything you might need or forget to bring. my stay was very cozy and good. The location is close to the train and subway station. there are many restaurants, convenient store and cafes close. It was a great stay, I would 100% recommend it.
- Vhaire (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): great value near train station - great value!
really nice employees
comfortable! floors and room overall was quite cold
- Noah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Effie (10/5): Exceptional - Room was HUGE and beautiful! Bathtub was giant and I really enjoyed it even though the jets don't work. The TV is also super big, and I love the location up in the more northern part of Seoul. Also, the concept with 'pages' is really cute! You are literally RIGHT on the train tracks, so of course there is a lot of train noise. For me, this was okay since I always travel with earplugs, but if you are sensitive to noise this is not the one for you! Also, you can't really open the window at all since everyone on the tracks will look directly into the room.
- Joshua (8/5): Book-Themed Cute Hotel - The hotel is book-themed which made it whimsical and cute The bed was rock hard but I heard that is good for your posture. Also the bathroom in our room was fine but there were no covering so just sitting near it you can very visibly look inside the bathroom to see everything the person within were doing, even for a couple it was a level of missing privacy we weren’t prepared for. Overall, there were no bells and whistles, just a cute boutique hotel
- Amaju (6/5): Amazing staff just an uncomfortable place. - This hotel had a really cool concept and it was actually one of the reasons I booked. They already warned about noise from the train so that wasn’t an issue. The room had a lot of amenities and the bathroom was okay. I also really liked the mirrors in the the room too. The staff were also really awesome and super kind, they really tried to accommodate me in every way possible. However, never in my life have I slept in a bed that hard in my life. The bed literally did not have an ounce of comfort, it was so hard that even days after I had body aches. The room is also really dim which I didn’t like. I also didn’t like that the room smelt like smoke.
- Huan (3/5): Ok for couples, not great for anyone else. - The staff were nice and worked really hard to get me the best refund that they could so I really appreciated all the time that they took, especially because my Discover card was giving them a really hard time. The location seems to be good and close to a number of tourist attractions that are of interest to most tourists. The wifi worked as well. For those who don't know, this is without a doubt a love hotel, which in Korea is a cheap place that many couples go to have privacy (if you know what I mean). I was a bit shocked when I realized what it was because I didn't expect to find such a place on booking.com. You can rent rooms on a four/ 6 hour basis according to the chart displayed at the front desk. They provide a bunch of necessities for people who want to spend the night from lotions to face masks to contraceptives. There is no proper furniture really besides a mattress on the floor and a really big glass shower. The chair, desk, fridge were all substandard in size because clearly the couples who go there have one priority in mind. There is no light because again, the usual clientele are coming during night time hours. When they say that the hotel is near the train tracks, they mean practically on top of it. You can feel the building shake and the sound of the trains every time they pass. I could not sleep for more than an hour because the sounds were so noisy.
Overall, if you are a couple and don't mind this environment or in a desperate pinch, I would say it's ok. But otherwise, I would find a more family-friendly venue.
- Anabi (10/5): The room was cozy, the location and the staff were great. I had a problem with my credit card and was able to still stay - The staff and the location was amazing. There are loads of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores on that street and the subway is only 5mins away.
- Seow (10/5): Comeback 2 years after pandemic, happy to stay here again, see you next time~ - Location and staff~ N.A.
