• Roberta (10/5): Master Bedroom Goals - I loved the location — as soon as you step outside, you’re already in the heart of the city. It’s perfect for seaside walks at sunset or early in the morning, with plenty of cafés nearby for breakfast, whether you prefer something sweet or savory… though I definitely recommend the sweet option! The train station is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient if you’d like to visit Rome or explore other places on a day trip. If you’re going on a cruise, this apartment is the perfect place to stay before or after your trip, allowing you to fully enjoy the Italian lifestyle for a little longer before flying home. Everything was perfect..would def comeback!!!
• Petre (10/5): - The apartment was thoughtfully designed, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom had a huge walk-in shower and a relaxing bathtub, perfect after a long journey — with a TV nearby for extra comfort. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city between the train station and the port. It was also close to the historic old town and the waterfront, an area full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy an aperitivo before dinner or treat yourself to a delicious breakfast in the morning. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, and the host was extremely helpful and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable ....
• Yolande (1/5): Horrible Experience - I never stayed at the property. The host was rude to me and I couldn't even get to the room because I needed to check in early because my family was unwell. We were not even allowed to go to the office until check in. So we had to find accommodation elsewhere. I was also informed that I would not be getting a refund.

• Lily (10/5): The perfect start to a perfect holiday - Wow! A slice of luxury to start our holiday. Civi is regarded as a stopover for cruise goers but this accommodation makes me want to stay forever! Perfect for families, so classy and luxurious. Incredible value for money. We had a bit of trouble with the code getting into the property, but the owner was very attentive and got it sorted in a jiffy. We slept off our jet lag in the comfiest bed and explored Civi (all the sights within walkable distance). 11/10 recommend. Do yourself a favour and start/ end your cruise on a high note by staying here!

• John (10/5): It was a welcoming temporary home for anyone who is visiting Civitavecchia (which we hope to do) or for those boarding a - Beautifully appointed with upscale appliances and bathrooms. Centrally located and convenient to restaurants and central Civitavecchia. Also, convenient for boarding our cruise ship. We had some issue with getting the air conditioning to work.

• Kimberly (7/5): Very nice property and great location to the port. - The location was great. The property was very nice and comfortable..the large screen TV was a bonus! The decor was very nice and very clean! No a/c throughout the property.. only in one bedroom. . A better shower would have been great…it was very difficult to shower with a very low pressure shower.

• Tracy (7/5): Good - Central location, modern apartment, and very spacious. Modern bathroom. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. No air-conditioning in main space and although an air-con unit in both bedrooms only one was effective - in August it meant a very uncomfortable night in one room It would also have been a nice touch to have some bottled water and tea/coffee. Was also hard to find as signage wasn't obvious due to many apartments in sane building.
• Christian (10/5): Perfect location to stay the night or two before a cruise. - Beautiful accommodation. Very central. Great for a stay the night before a cruise departure. There was a delay in the rooms being ready when we arrived. The hosts were great about it and gave us a small,discount for the inconvenience.

• Bruce (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived earlier than expected and the property manager was with another client. He was so kind and helpful...explained how to get into the building, how to operate the elevator for our bags, and everything we needed to know concerning the apartment. Absolutely wonderful service and a beautiful property! This was great for 2 couples and a pleasant beginning of our cruise vacation. It was a bit warm, but we made it work. The air conditioning wasn't the best.

• Richard (10/5): Cool designer apartment in an older building slap-bang next to the main piazza. - First, lovely apartment. They've gone for a cool, contemporary interior, which works really well in an old building full of character. Second, location. Literally right in the middle of the town, next to the cute main square, the old castle and the marina. Handy for the cruise terminal, but it is 2km so we needed a taxi. Third, great service. Really responsive on whatsapp. Not much. Elevator is slow and rickety. That's about it.
• Timothy (7/5): Well situated, very nicely decorated property. Pity lift broken and lack of air conditioning. - Two very important problems: 1. The lift was our of order which meant we had to carry our suitcases upstairs. Something I could not do due to a bad back. 2. The property details stated that the accommodation had air conditioning. There was none in the open plan living room/dining room/kitchen area. There was a wall unit in one bedroom and a small portable unit, that required filling with water in the other bedroom.
• Leslie (10/5): An excellent stay!!! - Excellent location, very clean and secure. The apartment was very modern everything updated. We enjoyed everything The Ac in the first bedroom was a portable unit which can be upgraded to a more powerful BTU for the hotter months. It worked fine for us.

Highly recommend! En-suite is more a bath than shower but was no major issue, still a WC and space for all other needs.

• Sue (8/5): Comfortable but very hot due to the weather. Possibly not somewhere I would recommend more stay again. - It was in a great location handy to restaurants and shops. It was very big. Not spotless but clean. It was extremely hot. They had fans and a cooler but sitting in the main sitting room was very uncomfortable due to the heat. Being an old building it couldn’t have air conditioning which is understandable. They had a laundry with a washer and dryer but the dryer wasn’t plugged in and we couldn’t find the lead to plug it in. We washed but had to put our washing around the room to dry. The laundry area was very untidy and the unit looked like someone usually lived in it. I couldn’t get the water to flow into the bath tub in the ensuite bathroom and the water pressure was extremely hopeless in the shower room. It was also cold as the hot didn’t seem to be working but that was okay due to the extreme temperature outside.

When we asked locals to help no one new where the apartment was. the phone number that was listedno one answered. We were stranded in the street with our luggage. Luckily our driver helped us findThe Hotel San Giorgio for a good price right across the street.
• Karim (9/5): Beautiful Chic apartment with a perfect location in Civitavechia - The apartment was very elegant and luxurious, very well furnished, spacey, located in a very strategic location, few minutes walking from the port and the train station with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes under it. the hosts met me 6am to deliver the key which was great. The apartment didn't have AC
