Super udogodnienia, wszystko jest - suszarka, pralka, ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, dużo naczyń. Schludnie i nowowcześnie. Blisko do metra i do dzielnicy Camden. Wysoki depozyt powodujący zamrożenie znacznej kwoty (450GBP) na około tydzień.

• Tracy (10/5): I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I would certainly stay again. - We were just 2 minutes walk from Camden Station and the Northern Line Nothing at all wrong with this property. It was so clean and spacious. The owner was on hand immediately when I called
• SELINA (10/5): Fantastic, convenient, luxury stay. - The Location was fabulous, close to the transport, close to high street yet placed far enough for total privacy and silence, very well furnished and planned out, excellent facilities, The cleaning was first class, the bed so comfortable, the air con is a lovely feature, the additional heating if required is a bonus, just everything for your comfort. Wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was very easy once I picked up the keys they helped me locate property on the phone and everything was simple.

I like the apartment set up and the equipment available for our use. It was also a secured place. The price was a bit steep but because I want a decent place for the family, we have to take it then.

El apartamento no está en donde señala la ubicación, sino unos números más adelante, es un apartamento dentro de un edificio, no una típica casa inglesa. Aún así, estaba bien comunicado.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es muy amplio y cómodo. La cama es magnífica y se descansa genial. Tiene cerca restaurantes, supermercados y el metro. Hay que explicar mejor el acceso, pues no está bien definido y es la queja común de todos los usuarios, quizás por eso no tiene un 10. Hay que hacer una yincana, pues el botón redondo, sólo abre la basura y el código es para el acceso desde el portal a la basura. Hay 2 botones de contacto, un redondo y otro en forma de cono. El que tiene forma de cono es el que abre la puerta de acceso al portal y al edificio. Parece un llavero, pero NO, el cono es el botón de contacto para abrir.

Appartement propre, très bien équipés, spacieux et au calme. Lit confortable (canapé lit un peu moins mais ok pour quelques jours) La procédure de "check in" à distance assez compliquée même si bien détaillée par email une fois la réservation effectuée - ne pas s'y prendre à la dernière minute.
• Natalia (8/5): Nice stay! - The apartment is great and cozy! We felt like at home with our one year old baby! It was clean and had everything needed. The location is really good too, so close to the regents park! The check-in process is sooo complicated. You have to submit your IDs, photo of your card (!!!) + charged deposit which all feels like «what if they are scammers?» . Thank god, they are not! Everything was done as they promised. But our arrival was very stressful because we had a night flight. With our baby and luggage we had to go to a night kiosk to collect the keys and then walk to the apartment. Again, in the moment, it was stressful!

Kaffeekapseln, Küchenrolle und Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, gute und leise Klimaanlage, Wholefoods um die Ecke, 15 Minuten zu Fuß von St. Pancras, 5 Min zur nächsten Underground Station der Check-in Prozess war etwas herausfordernd, der Schlüssel musste in einem kleinen Laden in einer Nebenstraße abgeholt werden, es war schwierig, die Wohnungstüre aufzusperren, die Nachbarin hat uns zum Glück geholfen, das Hinterlegen einer Kaution in den Tagen davor ist eher ungewöhnlich, aber nachvollziehbar

• Aditya (9/5): Great location, spacious & modern apt, reasonably priced - Spacious and modern rooms & washroom. Comfortable house with all ameneties. Location is excellent. Has all the essentials. Very safe property with lift. Would definitely recommend it. Responsive property management. Had a very good stay. It was too hot in June. Ac wasn't effective, kept switching off automatically after short intervals. Bed slightly small. Otherwise very good apartment.
• Paul (8/5): Large property in a great area of Camden Town. - Great location, very good sized apartment. The host allowed me to store luggage at their offices after checkout which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioner instructions are in German and so it was impossible to regulate. Check in process was cumbersome very difficult. The information provided by Booking.com is apparently not enough and they require a long drawn out process and a number of telephone calls to get into the property. The hosts tried to assist but they haven’t taken into consideration that not everyone has access to data and rely on WiFi. As a result the checking process took over an hour.
• Smith (10/5): Exceptional - Great location just around the corner from Regents Park and not far from Camden Tube Station. There are also good walks along the canal and plenty of local shops . The apartment over looks the back of the buildings so there is very little noise from the road. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and also spotlessly clean as you would expect. Our details which were emailed with of proof of identity couldn't be found and we had to send again. But a telephone call to the office rectified this, and the person I spoke to was very helpful. And it would be helpful if the apartment had an oven glove.

• Shelley (10/5): A wonderful apartment in Camden for a family any time of year! - The location is amazing! You are right next to the Camden High street and a short walk to the tube, but we couldn’t hear any noise throughout our stay - not from other residents or outside. The size of the apartment is large and looked exactly what the pictures show. We travelled with 2 children and were able to easily fit a travel cot on either side of the bed and our other child slept on the sofa bed comfortably. Communication with property management was excellent. We opted for a self check in which required a little bit of work before hand - but it was super simple to collect the keys once we arrived. The heater was a little tricky for us to work out, but once we did the property was super warm for our stay. Overall the property was incredibly clean and they even informed us that we would have a cleaner attend half way through which was a lovely surprise. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone travelling to London.

• Abdullah (2/5): No working water heater and faulty electricity - Large windows. Weekly cleaning service. No hot water. The property management sent a handyman and an engineer, but they could not repair the boiler. After about two weeks, the property management offered some alternate flats, but by then, it was too difficult to relocate. The other flats were not in the same building, had steps which were not safe for toddlers, and seemed smaller in overall size. They did not offer any form of compensation for the major inconvenience. Whenever we use the dishwasher and washing machine at the same time, the circuit breaker would trip.

• Carolina (1/5): Bad - Electrical issues, plugs, lights, central heating was not working. Hard to warm the house in October. The freezer door wouldn't close due to ice forming before we checked in, in a week no one managed to fix even that. The bedroom window doesn't close well. The handyman came many times to the house and didn't manage to fix things so it was all the nuisance of having someone come to fix things without solving any issue. Property is very poorly maintained, doors/cabinets creek Had to sign a massive contract and pay a large deposit so only the guests seem to have any responsibility in this place, ironic at least. Didn't feel like we were on holidays.

• Mariana (10/5): very nice apartment :) - the lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested us some places around for food as well they let us leave the luggage by their offices the last day while we waited as our flight was very late, we seen some reviews about the keys collection being difficult but we collected the keys from a near by location ( 1-2 mins walk ) which was helpful as from the same place we managed to get some groceries. so we had no issues and the apartment was very nice and had aircon a super plus in London. definitely would come back !

• Kyrre (9/5): Fantastic location and comfortable apartment - Comfortable, light and spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and big bathroom. Very central location with a short walk to Regent's park and Camden market. Quiet building and apartment was towards a nice and quiet backyard. Nothing in particluar - overall we had a great stay. There could maybe have been some more plates, cutlery and glasses in the kitchen, but otherwise the apartment was well equipped.

The building is in the center of Camden few steps from underground and restaurants, markets and famous Camden Market. Very spacoius living room with well equipment and very modern kitchen: brand new oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. We collected the keys in small shop few steps from the apartment, very comfortable. The bedroom is also spacious and comfy. The service was very helpfull (we have one issue with the linen) and the contact and reaction was immediate. Nothing, maybe wather preasure in the shower could be higher.

• Yasmeen (4/5): BAD HOST and POOR CLEANLINESS - NOT RECOMMENDED - The apartment is new built and spacious with big windows and central location Host coordinators were unprofessional and RUDE to us on many occasions and the apartment cleanliness was POOR (there was dust all over the storage cabinets/food stains on floors and sofa bed/coffee stains on mugs/bad smell from kitchen sink/broken mobs/other tenants belongings like sugar, tea bags, a parcel and a training tool/washing machine was not cleaned and had sludge/cutlery drawer tray had food remains/all towels and dirty bedsheets from previous tenants were kept in the storage cabinet). WIFI goes off every ten minutes, so if you want to watch Netflix or Apple TV just forget about it. Building entrance is always dirty and stinks from the smell coming from the bin room opposite to it so you have to hold your breath while entering. Blinds were shorter in length than the windows in the living room so its too bright to use the sofa bed. if you need a dark bedroom to sleep, this apartment is not ur choice as the bedroom blinds are smaller than the window and enters light from all sides. The intercom (FOB) in the apartment is a disaster as picture is not clear, voice do not work and you have to press several times on the key button to open the door so if you order food just wait for them at GF or they gonna leave. Bed cover was too small for two people putting in mind that (we are 2 petite ladies) so I had to buy a king size quilt with a new cover to use it during my stay for my own comfort. Plus, we had 10 DAYS WITH NO HOT WATER and when we follow up with the host they say that we changed the thermostat program (but we did not) and afterwards we came to know that there were an issue in the building hot valve but the host kept being rude to us. We have paid about £8000 for 30 nights stay which is about £267/night and they compensate us for £300 only for all the above mentioned issues which considered one night stay!!!!!
