Guest Reviews
- Kev (8/5): Really nice break, good location - Nice kitchen, modern bathroom, lovely views Bedrooms a bid dated, very windy when we were there and whistles through windows.
- Denise (10/5): Fantabulous🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️ - Loved the whole place, brilliant kitchen equipment and utensils, very clean, bedrooms were great sized ❤️🥰will definitely be returning Loved it all
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect peak views and a comfortable stay - The house is a great size for up to 6 people, we really liked the big kitchen, dining room and the lounge with the most incredible views. The location is perfect- you can walk to the pub, it's a short drive into town for supermarkets etc, but it really feels that you are in the countryside. Having a utility room and garden was also a bonus. The kitchen was really well stocked with most of what we needed and more. It would have been useful to have been given some cooking oil. Also more forks are needed as there were only five. However, these are minor issues and we would definitely come back to this house.
- Julia (9/5): - Our second visit here. Fabulous location to explore the Peaks. Great walks. High quality accommodation
- Kim (10/5): Perfect location for all I needed. - The presentation was amazing. Very well decorated.
The hosts were very communicative, very responsive to messages.
Fantastic location for everything I needed.
I booked it for a chance to recover and reenergise from stresses at work. Perfect for walks in the Peak District.
- Corinne (10/5): Excellent place and base for Glossop! - Warm, cosy and amazing views It was brilliant nothing negative
- Samm (9/5): Good sized, clean and comfortable property - Great location for visiting family in Glossop. Clean and warm (cold December) and some thoughtful touches for Christmas.
House is a good size and plenty of books/games on the shelves.
Overall lovely stay. The steps upto the front door have no lighting. We arrived in the dark and with nothing to hold onto are quite dangerous. Just need some solar powered lights on the steps or similar.
- Yvonne (7/5): Stunning house looking to book again - The house was well equipped with everything that we needed We arrived at night could’ve been a bit more light at front weren’t sure if we were at correct house, lovely iron beds but we’re a bit squeaky every time we moved or turned over
- Carol (10/5): A perfect week in beautiful countryside but within easy reach of Glossop and the Peak District Highly recommend , - Very clean and well presented. Excellent location and very clean and warm

- Josephine (10/5): glossop - location parking
- Ann (10/5): - Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spacious for family of 5 and 2 small dogs.
Wonderful views and walks from the door.
Within striking distance of Glossop.
Superb shower.
- Liqin (9/5): Will come back and book for longer. - Really nice view! Quite, have everything you need. The kitchen has full facilities, pot, dishes, bowls and cutleries. The mattress is a little bit too soft for me. ( personal opinion)
- Dureika (10/5): Beautiful property with beautiful views - The property had everything you need for a stay, even a hair straightener. Absolutely beautiful property with plenty of space and with beautiful views from one of the bedrooms and living room. Everything was lovely, just wish there have been a bigger bins so we could dispose our rubbish better. After a weekend stay we had to leave one of the bin bags next to the bin outside, but we were scared that the cats would make mess of the bag.
- David (10/5): - Lovely location with stunning views. Very comfortable home. The double bed in the master bedroom was a bit squeaky… but that’s a very, very minor issue!!!
