• Isidora (4/5): Utterly Disappointing - The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and the view is amazing. Basically everything else. Customer service is nowhere near up to par with the price we paid for the apartment. I had to beg several times for answers to basic questions on Booking and WhatsApp and even after I raised these concerns, the earliest answer I got was like 5 hours later. When I expresses my grievances to them, I got absolutely no reply. Mind you, this is not one host, this is a COMPANY. So they have multiple employees responsible for communicating with guests and the communication was still atrocious. We didn't receive absolutely any information about how to actually check in and when I asked for it on Booking I got absolutely no answer. I then found their WhatsApp (on my own) and wrote them on there and still only received generic robotic answers. When we FINALLY got into real contact with them after hours of back and forth, we were told a woman was going to meet us there. She was late and we were left standing on the street of Rio with 4 suitcases alone for 10-15 minutes. If you know anything about Rio, we felt really uncomfortable with that. The lady finally came and knew absolutely nothing about the apartment or its location in the building, so we rode up and down the elevator while she was trying to track down the apartment unit (Huh???? What do you mean you don't know where the apartment your company is renting us is? This is the first time this has ever happened to me ever.) When we finally reached the apartment, it turns out: it doesn't even have keys! It's a CODE. Now, why were we made to wait and beg for replies when we could have been sent a code and went on our merry way? There was no information that she provided us in person that we couldn't have gotten through one singular text message on Booking. Secondly, the apartment is marketed as luxurious, but the level of dirt is unacceptable (see attached pictures). Thirdly, there is no salt, pepper or oil.

• Speier (10/5): Excelente - Increible departamento, La vista no tiene precio abierta , 180 grados ..desde al mar a la montana todo se ve desde cada ambiente ,la ubicacion excepcional a una cuadra y media de la playa en una zona muy segura de Leblon con seguridad 24 hrs en la entrada del edificio , buenos lugares para comer cerca , supermercados y el shopping Leblon a 5 cuadras , decoracion moderna e impecable en cada detalle hasta el equipamiento de la cocina , cama confortable buenas sabanas. Limpio. Nada que se pueda criticar. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos , amplio y super luminoso. Tuvimos un problema con la bacha de la cocina que estaba tapada pero la gente que lo administra lo soluciono en 2 horas . La organizacion que lo administra lo tiene todo muy bien organizado aunque por momentos fueron lentos para responder. Nada

• Dan (5/5): No late/early check in (=door code) is unacceptable in tourist business with common flight problem! - Nice apartment; what a pity it is not worth the risk of not being let in in case of any "delay" of strict "check-in" times, which is someone giving a door code It is unacceptable in the tourist business to avoid late and early check-in arrangements. We had flight delays and were literally left out in the street, twice, both at night and when we finally arrived in the morning but before "check-in time" which is simply a girl giving a door code number and running away. And this in times of cell phones, and in a building with a 24/7 security guard!
• Olivier (7/5): Perfect location, beautiful apartment, need more attention to details - The location is premium. Leblon is the chic area of rio. U are 4 minutes walk to the beach, local supermarket like “zona sul” open 24 hours. The property has 24 hours security staff. The cooking equipment are not fit gor the stove, there was a very small amount of cleaning product. No condiments left from prior occupants making that you have to buy the necessary for your stay and leave it behind. The house is infested with small ants. Had to keep food in microwave and fridge. Was really annoying. Found dome in my luggage…. Bed had no mattress protection and same for pillows! Which is the basic in hospitality and hygiene requirements. Mattress had some very bad stains, same for pillows. Tv remote was completely broken, had to download a virtual one. Staff from pineapples were always on hands.
