• thaina (10/5): Excelente localização - Excelente localização! Passamos dois dias em niseko durante nossa visita a Hokkaido e adoramos a estadia! O apartamento é bem equipado e estava muito limpo, o mercado dentro do prédio é conveniente, fica muito próximo ao lift e as lojas de alugue de equipamento. O anfitrião também foi muito gentil nos explicando todos os detalhes de como fazer o self checkin. Recomendamos
• Dominic (9/5): Great base for hirafu! - Superb location. Heated flooring. Walk from carpark to entrance is usually very icy and slippery. No drop off point for cars so unloading over the ice is quite a challenge. Can’t fault the hosts for this of course but be warned.
• Lisa (10/5): Staff was extremely helpful, came and retrieved us from the bus station in a blizzard, very accommodating for any reques - Clean, right next to the grocery store, about a 10 minute walk to the lift The floors were a little bit slippery

• Ashton (10/5): Great location - convenient, central, and easy to get around on foot. - Great location, walking distance to everything you need, and comfortable living area. Not the properties issue but there is a lot of machinery each morning clearing snow in Hirafu and can be quite noisy.

• Cliff (10/5): Would happily stay again, and highly recommended - thanks for having me! - Brilliant location, with a convenience store downstairs in the building, so you don't have to go outside for supplies! The staff (all friendly and helpful) picked me up and dropped me off from and to my airport bus at the Hirafu Welcome Centre, and reached out to me in advance of my stay to confirm my arrival time so they could pick me up. The room had everything I needed, with a good range of facilities, was clean, modern and warm. It is an easy walk up the hill to the Gondola (about 300 metres), or within the same range to a wide variety of food and coffee options. Only one very minor negative is that being so central there is a little bit of noise from the next door road, carpark and surrounds, but a very minor issue and it wouldn't stop me recommending a stay here, or coming back. I would still rather be this central rather than more remote and quiet, as it was so convenient to everything.

• Chris (9/5): One of the highlights of our trip to Niseko. - Great apartment for our family of four with a lovely view. Our hosts were all wonderful and picked us up and dropped us off wherever we wanted to go. Good location within easy walking distance to bar and restaurants and very convenient to have a mini supermarket on the ground floor. If we go back to Niseko, we will book again. Quite expensive but then that's ski accommodation for you.
• Andrea (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Great location, 5-7 min walk to the Ace Gondola. Convenience store just below. Restaurants and retail all in walking distance. Staff fabulous and helpful. The room (Studio D) was plenty of space for two and came with its own little kitchen with everything you needed. The photos don't show the space that's in there. There's a closet to hang things and a little entry way that's not pictured. And had our own washer/dryer which was handy. Note that there is a bit of sound that comes from the stairwell next to the room. It was infrequent most days, but if you're a light sleeper something to note and take ear plugs.

The hotel offers an in-house shuttle service that takes you anywhere you need, making it easy to explore other resorts such as Annupuri and Hanazono without relying on resort shuttle buses! Most importantly, the hospitality is outstanding! A special thanks to Chisa and Daisuke for their kindness in driving us to and from the clinic—not just once, but twice. Truly grateful for their care and support! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would gladly stay here again if we return to Niseko!

Coffee shop and convenience store within the same building. A shuttle bus to take us anywhere and everywhere on request. Denis , Daisuke and Chisa provide an outstanding service.

We can never asked for a better team. The location is great and convenience - right in the middle of everything. There is a supermarket , drugstore and ski clothing store in the building which made life a lot easier. The suite we had was just great. The view of mount Yotei from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I will never stay anywhere but Hirafu 188 from now on. Nothing

• Siew (9/5): Superb apartment with a great view - We had a great experience with Hirafu188, starting from weeks earlier, Kyoko already contacted me with useful info for our trip. Our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and we had a great two nights stay there! It was also very easy to communicate with Kyoko when we needed the driver to drive us and pick us up from nearby ski locations. There was also a ski equipment room for us whereby we can leave our equipments and ask the ski rental company to pick up. Super convenient location, near to ski lift, convenience store just downstairs and also near to many restaurants. We would definitely stay again in Hirafu188!
