• Robert (9/5): We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again our next Warsaw trip. - Location, Location, Location. I was born in Warsaw and am familiar with the layout of the city. The location is perfect - a few steps from Old Town. With basic walking fitness you can also reach the centrum, financial district and so on. I cannot imagine a better location. The apartment was very clean and it was perfect for my my wife, myself and our adult son. It has all the necessities you need - clean good sized modern bathroom with a great shower. All the basics for the kitchenette are there- however with the exception of the fridge, sink and glassware - we did not do any cooking and did not use the kettle or capsule coffeemaker. It was a short 8 night vacay and with all the restaurants and cafes at our fingertips - cooking or making coffee just wasn't our thing - we do enough of that at home. The access/entry instructions were spot on - pay close attention to the communication from the hosts and you will have no issues. It was quiet and the double pane windows do a good job of insulating any noise - like a barking dog or trash truck for example. The place stays cool and you can open all widows fully to get a nice draft breeze if needed. I was a little concerned with no ac - but it worked out just fine. There is no smart TV - however we do not watch a lot of TV when vacationing and our laptops did the trick if we wanted to stream Netflix or such. Internet was good. Would definitely stay here again. Pillows could have been better as well as better bedding. However - I get it - at this price point it works. If you want more - the Bristol is steps away at a significant price increase. Our daughter happened to stay there during our stay - so having the same location basically at the discount and more space - puts things in perspective.
• Paula (6/5): Great location. Facilities, amenities and cleaning can be improved - The location was perfect, just in the Old City area but in a secondary and very quiet street. The living area and kitchenette were nice and well equipped, except for the TV that was old and not a smart TV. The support was very good and always answer the phone and met our requests (as for example for an extra key, as we were a family of 4, with grown up kids with independent programs). The room was ridiculously small! Only the bed fitted there and even so it was hard to move around the bed in one of the sides. There was no closet or even a place to put the luggage. The mattress was too soft and really uncomfortable and when of the people moved the other would move as well… The pillows were too thin, specially the ones that were to be used in the sofa bed in the living room and there were no extra pillows. The apartment didn’t look thoroughly cleaned, and I found hair in the corners and in the bathroom mat.

• Sando (6/5): Pleasant - Location. The living room. I’m Self check in was not easy and bedroom’s curtains is too short, the top part doesn’t block the light, the room is very bright in the early morning about 5am.

• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - A great apartment in an excellent location. The Old Town is right there - as is a number of establishments for meals/breakfast/drinks all around. The apartment itself is in a quieter gated area, so the busy streets outside don't disturb your sleep. The location is really perfect, with nearby access to public transport and grocery shopping as well. The apartment is well equipped - the wifi is fast and only rarely spotty, the's a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the kitchen is spacious and nice to prepare meals in. A nice addition would be a toaster, but that's something you can ultimately do without with the use of the stove too. The instructions on check-in were clear enough, but a note for people not to get confused too soon - the apartment is further back in the gated area than you might at first expect. It's not far at all, just not immediately there after you enter the gate. All in all the accomoddations are excellent. Everything was clean and ready for the guests, everything worked without issues, the location is excellent and my stay was very pleasant.
• Maciej (8/5): Nice stay in Warsaw - The apartment is spacious and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Location is perfect. The linen was not very clean. We found hair on it and therefore suspected it was not replaced before our arrival. No smart TV in the living room. Only a few channels and no cartoons for children.
• Sharon (10/5): Great location - The apartment was lovely and spacious nice and quiet and a great location. There was nothing we didn't like. Although extra pillow would of been nice but we just used the cushions.

• Wen (7/5): The apartment is nice with a little bit flaws of the cleanliness. Anyway it’s still a place that makes people feel like - Atmosphere, decoration in the house, convenient location, abundant housewares, service of apartment owner. cleanliness, the dishes are used and worn underwear was found in the corner. It is not very quiet since there’re children and dogs in the same community. The apartment is on first floor so I can hear the neighbors talking and smell them smoking.

We arrived late, but picking up the keys and getting into the appartment was no issue. Very clean and quiet appartment. Good shower and very comfortable. Superb correspondence with the hosts so no issues at all.

• Samuel (10/5): Perfect apartment in a perfect location. A hidden gem. - The location was perfect - right in the centre but still on a quiet street. Everything was high quality, the bed was comfy and the sofa bed was somehow just as comfy! The apartment looked as good as in the pictures. The host was very friendly and honest. There was apparently a problem with the sink before we arrived so they messaged us to let us know they had fixed it. If they hadn’t messaged we would’ve been none the wiser, but the fact they did shows their honesty and their commitment to ensure complete guest satisfaction (which they did achieve!) It was 28 degrees outside when we stayed, but the apartment remained a comfortable temperature with no need for AC. This place is a hidden gem and next time in Warsaw we will definitely be back! When we picked up the keys there was a language barrier, but as soon as we mentioned the street name we had no problem getting the access fob! If you only speak English I’d download a translation app before arriving.

• Nils (9/5): Cheery apartment in heart of Warsaw - Clean, comfortable, apartment in quiet courtyard just one block away from Krakowskie Przedmiescie. Fantastic location. Lots of natural light coming in through the windows. Cheerful. Very modest kitchen with few utensils, no staples like salt, sugar, coffee, etc.
• Wojciech (10/5): Just great - The location is spot on! Right in the middle of old town, yet shielded from the city rumble. The appartament is located in a tiny alley off the beautiful Kozia street and despite beeing within a very busy area it's very quiet and serene. We visited during super hot time in the summer, but still the flat was pleasantly cool, even though there's no ac. Super clean, super comfy, couldn't praise it enough. Not exactly cheap, but for what the place offers, it's a bargain. There's no parking spot, but there's plenty around. We used metropolitan parking, just around the corner. Note, that parking in Warsaw isn't free.

• Edvardas (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful, quiet, great location to get around from. Highly recommended. - Cozy and clean, comfortable double bed and good sofa-bed. Quite a recently furnished apartment, so everything looks neat. The property's location is right next to the old town, so many of the attractions are within reasonable distance, while also allowing it to be really quiet at night even with open windows, since the windows are directed at the inner courtyard. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the peace and quiet. Couldn't even hear anyone else living nearby, though I met a few people in the courtyard. Picking up the proximity key to open the gate and the doorway to the staircase was a little confusing at first, though the instructions provided are clear enough, in retrospect. The guard/concierge who handed me the proximity key understood immediately what I wanted, even though we didn't speak a common language, so it is not as problematic as it seems.

• Oleksandr (10/5): The place we would come back to once we visit Warsaw again! - Perfect location, quite street (despite the fact it’s a city center), absolutely clean apartment, there is everything you need in the apartment and even more (besides all standard facilities there was also a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, a host even left capsules for machines:)). On the day of our arrival they left a bottle of water and korowki for us, very simple but pleasant gesture! We felt we were welcomed here. Many thanks:)

• Vykintas (8/5): Great location, but has some mold - Location is amazing, a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. Enough space for 4 people. Pleasant chocolate gifts. The instructions didn't mention the apartment number so it was a bit of a trial and error to find it. There was a significant amount of mold in the shower. No trashcan and not enough robe hooks in the bathroom. A few remaining pipes just sticking out at the side of the wall, which looked a bit out of place. A lot of dust on things like the central heaters. It was quite cold to sleep in the living room on the couch. It felt like the cold was going through the wall next to the couch. Tv has no way to Chromecast / stream to it / access any content other than local analog channels.

• Hana (10/5): Lovely Patrycja was on top of helping us, answered our questions and responded to any issue very promptly and politely. - The flat was very convenient to the conference we attended, and to everything else we wanted to see during our visit. Although a busy area the flat was set back and very quiet. We prefer an apartment to a hotel. The shower was wonderful. The apartment was well equipped. We’d have appreciated an instruction sheet for recycling and how to make use of the appliances. The space between the wall and the bed was a bit tight in the bedroom. We are not large people - and side stepping into bed after a long day was a bit of a challenge. Although the weather was quite cold; the heat only kicked in late in the week of our stay. The door key was not working smoothly- in the end that was fixed by a locksmith - now it’s working smoothly.
• Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - The best apartment I've ever stayed in the Old town of Warsaw. Quiet inner courtyard. Spacious enough for 4 people, comfortable bed and couch, all necessary utensils for cooking. Great communication with the owner! Highly recommended
