• Wright (8/5): Stairs and more stairs, no big luggage or you'll be sorry - They came and cleaned the room 1/2 through our stay. Shutters on windows provide privacy when they were open. Replacement towels were crunchy and thin. Kettle was provided with Jasmine tea only, no coffee or sugar. Pillow to thick. There are 68 uneven stairs to access the main walkway.

En plus, la rue où se situe le logement de Katarina est une des plus joliment fleuries de la ville... Ahhh si il n'y avait pas toutes ces marches! mais Dubrovnik ne serait pas ce qu'elle est sans....

• Kymberley (10/5): Good location for exploring the Old City. - Good location as it is in the Old City. Lots of steps to reach this particular apartment. Although this is quite common in the “old towns” throughout Europe I felt it was worth mentioning. The room is small (bed takes up most of it) and only one person at a time can use the sink/bathroom. Not a big deal but again worth mentioning.

• Samuel (10/5): - Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location inside the walls of the old city. Clean, comfortable and clear, easy access. Super comfy bed, nice big shower with plenty of hot water. While this was not a problem for us, it is only accessible by climbing many steps. Definitely worth the workout! And most of the old city apartments will be the same

La cama muy grande para el tamaño de la habitación. Difícil dejar las maletas y manipularlas con comodidad. La habitación era oscura, poca iluminación porque la ventana era muy pequeña.
• Trevor (10/5): - Small and tidy in the heart of the historic old…a climb up about 80 steep steps from the Main Street was quite challenging
• hammett (8/5): Small room but great location - a tad difficult to find so ask a local! - Great location within the Old Town. Close to shops, restaurants and you can explore the minute you walk out your door. We did as the locals did, and sat on the steps outside for a drink and chat. Air conditioned room, own ensuite and tea making facilities. The stairs are a killer. If you have a large suitcase there isn’t room for it and it’s difficult to get it there. I’d suggest store your luggage at one of the luggage storage spots just outside the Old town and take a small bag with clothes for your stay (and swimmers). If you have a car you need to park it at a public garage which can be expensive, however I’d suggest you do the same by leaving any large luggage in the car and take only what you need for your stay.

El baño posee una ducha moderna perfecta para relajarse después de un dia exprimiendo Dubrovnik. El alojamiento se encuentra en el casco antiguo y no tiene problemas de ruido ninguno. Volvería sin dudarlo. Nada, todo fue perfecto.

These are observations: Perhaps they could provide bowls, plates and cutlery. A bigger fridge would be helpful. A bin in the bedroom would also be useful.

Downstairs room quite compact. Owner was very welcoming. Nothing really. The steps can be a bit of a challenge with luggage, but that's true of anywhere in the Old Town. Make sure you are reasonably fit!

Best thing is probaby the location, which is right smack in the middle of the old town! Not much really. It was a little expensive but given its location, it's decent value.
• Samantha (9/5): Great location, lovely host - The location was very central so you could walk to anywhere in Dubrovnik old town. The property was lovely, clean and the host was really accommodating as it was a last minute booking. We had a late flight so the host kindly let us leave the luggage in the apartment whilst we explored the city. Nothing, the only thing to be aware of for other travellers is that the property is located up a lot of steps but we didn’t mind this at all.

Host very communicative and kind and let us check out a little bit later so we didn’t have to lug our luggage up and down the stairs! Thoughtfully provided some books as well as the usual leaflets about the city. Wifi was not good, TV was limited and did not have any smart features so we couldn’t watch it. Iron not provided.

What I don't understand is that the address and photos look the same, and there was Katarina written by the door, but we had a 2 bedroom flat!

Also there is easy access to the city buses, uber, taxis directly outside the main city gate. The host went out of her way to accommodate my flight schedule and allowed me to check in and out, outside the normal check-in timeframe. Her communication was quick and easy. I totally recommend staying here although be prepared for stairs. Everything was great. The stairs were expected and not easy with a suitcase, but easily navigated.

Even though we arrived very late at night the owner Katharina came to greet us at the property and went out of her way to assist us. The helpfulness was so appreciated. No fault at all of the owner, I was carrying an injury and didn’t appreciate the difficulty with access but learnt to cope with the number of steps. Just be aware of the heights and number of stairs particularly with luggage.

• Rob (10/5): It was a delightful stay and was one of our favorites in the Balkans. - The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It was located in a quiet part of the old city near excellent restaurants. Everything was perfect.
