• Lyndsey (7/5): Overall good value for money - Plenty of room and kitchen was very modern and clean Hot tub wasn’t warm enough and vent fan in bathroom was extremely loud so made it difficult to be quiet in the mornings or through the night

• Alistair (3/5): Very disappointed. - Couldn't make breakfast as the Frying pan was covered in rust. TV didn't work. Sheets were stained. Booking.Com either couldn't or wouldn't solve problem.
• James (1/5): DIRTY STAY AWAY - Nothing at all The chalet was very dirty as the last person had checked out late tea towels were dirty shower head fitting was broken and left on the floor all utensils were dirty like they had been used and just put back. When looking to use the tv we found there was no remote after contacting the owner they said they would have a look to see if they locate it we later asked again and was told to go and buy one ourselves. The owner when told about all these things didn't seem to care at all I'm really upset and would NEVER stay here again. STAY AWAY
• Mary (10/5): Excellent property - The property was very spacious and had everything we needed for a family stay. It was clean and in a great location with plenty space for a family of 6. The hosts were lovely and accommodating

• Gillies (8/5): Very good - The weather was cold but the chalet was very warm and cosy. The beds and sofas were comfy, there was sufficient space for 3 adults and 3 children, the chalet was very clean, there was sufficient crockery for cooking. The owners were responsive and polite. The wider Hunters Quay complex has good facilities. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working, but we had prior notice of this temporary issue.
