Guest Reviews
- kamila (8/5): Bylo świetnie l, - Bezpieczna dzielnica, blisko komunikacji, przestrzennie oraz czysto. Skrzypiące łóżka, przeciekająca słuchawka w prysznicu.
- Baumann (2/5): - Il faisait froid, impossible de régler le thermostat et le personnel ne répondait pas à nos sollicitations
- Veronica (10/5): -

- Stephen (10/5): Overall, it was a great base for experiencing London as a family, and we would happily stay here again. - We stayed at Parkside House with our family of five for just over a week in early December and had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was well set up with all the amenities we needed for a longer visit — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good heating (much appreciated in winter), and enough space for everyone to relax.
The location was a real highlight. Being right by Regent’s Park made it easy to explore London on foot, and we found it very convenient for public transport, sightseeing, restaurants, and shops. It felt like a calm residential pocket while still being close to everything.
Frankie was a wonderful host throughout our stay — always checking in to make sure everything was okay and very responsive and available if we needed anything. Thankfully, no issues came up, but it was reassuring to know support was there if needed.
- Mohit (9/5): Nice spacious apartment which is very well located. Ideal for a family. - - Great location
- Spacious apartment
- Good hosts - helpful.
- Near Underground While a complimentary cleaning was provided, given we had a 8 night stay, 2 such services would have been more appreciated.
- Anton (2/5): Ok property when all appliances work, dishonest deceiving management - Recently refurbished, spacious house in a good location. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy it properly because of serious issues with the heating. A management company that ignores urgent requests and repeatedly misleads guests.
When we arrived at the property around 7 pm on Saturday, the heating was not working. The ground-floor thermostat would not switch on, and the heating did not work in other rooms either, even for thermostats appeared to be functional. As it was one of the coldest weeks of November, having no heating was a genuine health concern.
I called the contact number and was told a maintenance ticket had been raised and that someone “would get back to us soon.” This phrase was repeated countless times during our stay, but nobody ever followed up. I had to call repeatedly just to get updates. After hours of back-and-forth, along with obvious and frustrating questions (“Did you turn up the temperature?”, “Are the radiator valves open?”, “Did you check the fuses?” — all of which I had already checked before calling), they eventually admitted there was nothing they could do that evening. They asked us to spend the night in a freezing house in exchange for a refund and a quick resolution the next morning. We reluctantly agreed. By that point, the calls had taken nearly three hours, and we had to cancel all our plans for the evening.
The next morning, nobody contacted us. When I called again, it seemed as if they were hearing about the issue for the first time. Once more, I heard the now-familiar phrases: “We’ll get back to you,” “We’re waiting to hear from maintenance,” and even “We don’t have their phone number, so we can’t call them.” Eventually, I escalated the issue to Booking.com. Only then was a technician scheduled.
We were given no clear timeframe for when the issue would be fixed, so we had to cancel all our plans for the second day as well and remain in the cold house waiting. The engineer finally arrived later that afternoon and only partially fixed the problem: the heating worked, but it was permanently on downstairs with no thermostat control.
- Moldovan (7/5): Great location, dirty and small beds. - Location Pretty dirty, we couldn’t make an early check in or even leave our baggages because they wanted to assure the house is clean. But when we arrived it was dirty. Beds are extremly small and make a squeaky sound each time you move in them, and walls are extremly thin. You can hear everything from all the other rooms.
- Sonya (10/5): Easy access.. as shown .. good location .. great facilities -
- Silvia (9/5): -
- Wael (8/5): - Location
Spacious They would allow us to drop off our bags early as our flight had an early arrival. Other place i had been to were more accommodating.
- MoHaMeD (9/5): -
- Ted (10/5): Superb, everything - The design and location Nothing
- Sonam (9/5): - Excellent location just a very short walk away from Baker Street, Tube, Marylebone Train station, Regents Park etc
Lovely, spacious 2 storeyed flat with 2 comfortable bedrooms/ ensuite. Master bedroom has a bathtub. And there's an extra washroom toilet downstairs. The washing machine/dryer has a quick wash and dry cycle which is a huge bonus point.
The Frankie team is very supportive, patient and quick to respond to every query/problem. Even though it's a self check-in, the process is well explained through timely messages/emails, and you feel connected to real people just a phone call away. We had a floor heating issue exacerbated by the London heatwave but that was continuously looked into and addressed by the property who provided coolers and sent technicians to look into it.
- Candice (10/5): - Tout
- Singh (9/5): Superb -
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - Great house and location!
Really nicely done, great space and facilities for a family of 4.
Location is great, a lovely quiet street but super close to 2 underground stations.
Would recommend. All good!
- Daniela (10/5): Perfect stay - The Apartment was just beautiful, super cozy and very nice interior. The kitchen has everything needed and there is a big fridge and freezer as well in case of a longer stay. Even a wine fridge is available. The area is super nice and calm and you are only few minutes walking to Baker Street station and Marylebone station. The only thing I was not too happy about is to pay extra for extension. 2 hour extension cost me over 50 pound, if the place is free anyway would be great to receive for free.
