• Kathleen (9/5): - We had a wonderful three-week stay at Kihei Alii Kai C405 in August/September 2025. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four with two small children – spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, snorkels, and a diving mask. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for spontaneous swims with the kids. We also loved the pool area, which was always clean and well-maintained, and quickly became part of our daily routine. Another big plus: there are plenty of charming little cafés and even a small supermarket nearby, which made everyday life easy and convenient. Overall, we felt completely at home and truly enjoyed our time here. We can highly recommend Kihei Alii Kai C405 and would happily return for another stay!
• Dovile (8/5): Todo muy bien - El piso está muy bien, tiene parking y tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El barrio es bueno. En el piso hay todo que puedas necesitar. Todo el complejo es zona de no fumadores Aunque las sábanas y las toallas están limpias y todo bien, peor La limpieza de salón está bastante justa- las alfombras y el sofá podría estar más limpios.. aunque el complejo es de no fumadores hay vecinos que no cumplen. Es una pena aunque no es culpa de alojamiento .
• ANDREA (9/5): - The spacious room of the unit and the quiet atmosphere. The beds were very comfy and we slept great in the cool rooms. Location was great, just a short walk down to the beach. We also enjoyed having the beach chairs and cooler available for use. Hubby's only complaint was not having a reclining chair option 😊 Couch wasn't the comfiest but the space was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Quite, nice view. - I liked the location, condo area was quite There is weaved mat as curtains, one of the weaved mat was missing, so the window wasn’t completely covered. One of the sliding door tint was coming off. By the second day there were small cockroach's seen in the kitchen and bathroom. The lighting wasn’t that great in the bedroom and living room, plus it was hard to get an outlet close to your bed in the bedroom.

• Jane (8/5): We were happy relaxing both around the pool, and in our unit, which had a good sized living room. - The location was exactly where we wanted to be. Fortunately we are fit, since it is impossible to get into or out of this unit without doing a minimum of 6 steps or more. The view was nice, and the air conditioning was easy to control when we needed it. This complex is uphill, and we are elderly, and it is a rather long walk if you don't have a car. A very small bathroom for such a big unit. Just not designed that well.
