- judith (8/5): Alsof je terug gaat in de tijd. Je voelt de historie - Prachtige oude riad. Heel rustig, sereen. Geen opmerking

- Tjukkihue (10/5): Et eventyr i eventyrbyen! Ingen ting.
- Vedmed (10/5): Amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the Marrakech Medina. Great Place - The staff were very friendly and accommodating, from greeting us with tea and snacks to helping with bags, offering information about the area and even giving us a little parting gift was very nice. The room was beautiful and very nicely prepared, place smelled very nice with the incense and the whole riad was decorated beautifully. Breakfast was very good and consistent. We were able to leave our bags as we left for other towns for different nights letting us only bring only our day bags to other locations and not have to worry about our bags which was a great relief. The rooftop is stunning also with great views of the medina and mountains. Swimming pool was a nice touch and refreshingly cool. It’s in a great location, right beside some nice places for food, the souks of medina and Jemma El-Fna, Dar El Bacha. Special mention for Othmane, Ibtissam and the security guy at the door for making us feel so welcome.
Veramente emozionante
Posizione ottima e personale cortesissimo. Un ringraziamento particolare alla sig.Houda. Efficiente e cortesissima

- Michela (8/5): - The place is stunning. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
- Alessia (8/5): - La struttura è molto bella e suggestiva.
- Matthew (8/5): Great location, fabulous staff - breakfast could be better - Location and front desk staff excellent. Unused roof top, could be amazing.

- Joanna (10/5): Fabulous, we'd love to come back to Marrakech and stay here! - The staff were really lovely and welcoming. Our room was just gorgeous. We were served with mint tea on arrival and when my partner wasn't well enough to come down for breakfast, they brought him a tray up without us asking. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay. It's a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. It was all wonderful!
- Turab (10/5): A memorable stay in a traditional riad in the heart of Marrakech. - A traditional riad in the heart of Marrakech walled city, at minutes walk from Bab Laksour and Jama Al fena. The street outside seemed very busy but inside it’s very quiet and tranquil.
Spacious suite with Moroccan furniture and decor, lovely bright bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, double sinks and toiletries.
Good breakfast with the delicious freshly squeezed orange juice.
The highlight has to be the friendly and very helpful staff. A fabulous team of young boys and girls who would go out of their way to help you. It made our stay very comfortable and pleasant as nothing was too much for them. I mentioned I liked henna and they had a professional lady in the riad couple of hours later who did beautiful henna for me, very convenient.
Amal, Houda, Outhman and Mohammed to name a few from the team, lovely young people and very friendly. Maintenance of fixtures and fittings could improve but there is always a handyman on site and happy to fix if anything goes wrong.
- Ashling (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at Dar Si Aïssa. Everything was perfect — the staff were kind, helpful, and professional. A spec - Authentic Moroccan stay with a luxurious feel I love the property and the staff made you feel like family! The most pleasant weekend with attention to every detail.
- Hansalik (5/5): -
- CHRISTOPHER (4/5): -
- Mini (10/5): Exceptional Family Stay – Impeccable Hospitality & Beautiful Setting We had the pleasure of staying at Palais Dar S - Everything
- Janette (9/5): Great spot in center of city. - Location was great, although one must arrive walking the last stretch, but not too far. The colors and decoration stunning. Beds were quite firm but the AC worked great and was quiet. The room was extremely quiet.
- Magdalena (4/5): Great city, We definitely want to come back, but unfortunately we won't be staying at this hotel again and we can - The hotel's location is very good and very appealing for travelers. Although the hotel is very centrally located, you can't hear any outside noise in the room.
Our room was large and spacious.
However, overall, we are dissatisfied with the hotel, the service, and the value for money.
Even before we arrived in Marrakech, I asked via email whether an airport-hotel transfer was offered and what the price would be if the hotel offered a pick-up service. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response.
I booked a more expensive option with an earlier check-in, starting at 9:00 a.m., because we landed in Marrakech at 9:00 a.m. Nevertheless, our room wasn't ready, and we had to wait until 12:30 p.m. We weren't offered an alternative.
When we got to the room, we unfortunately discovered that there were still leftovers from the previous guest, including bowls of nuts, raisins, and fruit that had been used by the previous guest. We found open and half-used water bottles in the refrigerator, and no new, unopened bottles. When we asked the hotel staff about this, they told us that the bottles in the refrigerator were neither open nor used and didn't want to listen to us at all.
Generally, the room was cleaned over the days, but never completely; there were always things missing, like towels, soap, and unemptied trash cans.
The breakfast was very disappointing. Bad coffee, unlovable Lipton tea bags.
When I addressed all the points to the staff and wanted to give them constructive feedback instead of making it public I was not listened to and was confronted with counterarguments.
- David (10/5): stay here if you want to feel like an Moroccan prince. - Really tremendous riad...we will definitely stay again on our next trip. Houda, the guest services agent, was absolutely wonderful as was everyone else. A really stunning riad. our room had only a courtyard view...next time we will pick a room with an outside window as well.
- Lynn (4/5): Not value for money. Would no stay again. Management should retrain the helpful staff and upgrade. - The location was good. The staff were polite and friendly. Big bed. Lots of space. Despite elevator there are lots of steps.
Not wheelchair friendly. No shaving mirror in bathroom. Breakfast poor. No yogurt, no cereal, no fresh fruit (except sliced orange), poor range. Our one evening meal experience was also not good, alcohol on the menu but there was none available, of the six desserts on the menu only one was available - there were only two other people dining!
Shower in bathroom leaked. Generally shabby look throughout the Riad. I understand it is an old palace and expected original features to be worn and it adds to the character of the building but the whole place needs a re-vamp.
- Dennis (5/5): Very poor breakfast, good sized windowless room, but a real feel of faded glory - The location was good. The building had a faded glory to it. We didn't like the lack of outside windows. Most of all the breakfast was terrible. The bread was always stale, and usually most of the food had the feeling of either being produced the day (or two) before, or had been taken out of the freezer. The cook was even unable to consistently make an eatable omelet, with raw egg in the middle. It takes a poor chef to be able to do that!
- Walter (10/5): Entire staff (wait staff, porters) exceptionally gracious, helpful, and skilled. Our standout encounter was with manager - Consistent with its name, palatial, a la late 19th c opulence of design, ornament, and scale. Every surface—tiles, walls, tables, ceilings—a canvas for artisanal creativity. Picture the set of The English Patent: romantic! Needs better light (for makeup) in bathroom
- Burlon (10/5): Exceptional - wonderful location, great people and outstanding room the shower wasn't what I was jused to, a privacy curtain would have been nice to keep overspray off the floor
- Telor (8/5): Very good - It’s like a palace. Staff were very accommodating
- Johnmci (9/5): Great location with exceptional staff, right in the Medina - The RIAD was beautiful and located right in the Medina. The markets were just 50m away. The staff were exceptional - friendly and efficient in every manner. the area in general had a nice friendly vive and the Medina is nuts in terms of scooters moving through the crowds - all part of the charm The restaurant did not seem to offer dinners and the wifi (along with most locations I believe) was very poor. So bring a good data plan as you will need maps to avoid getting unbelievably lost. If you have the option, get a good data eSIM before travelling.
- Samman (10/5): Great traditional riad experience!! - Great place to stay with such beautiful interior! The room was spacious, clean and with all required amenities! The staff was super friendly! The location was the best part as it was right in the middle of the souk with all the main attractions at a walking distance, for example the Ben Yousaf medrasa, Le jardin secret, bacha coffee were all 5-15 mins walk away. Everything else was a short 10-15 min taxi ride away. Everything was great
- Harpreet (8/5): Very good -
- James (7/5): Lovely hotel, bizarre service on the roof terrace - Lovely hotel with a nice, historic feel to it. Helpful reception. The roof terrace was lovely, but the service was bizarre, as if staff were surprised there were any customers. Staff were nice, but seemed completely unmanaged, meaning that service was extremely erratic.
- Kate (8/5): Very good - The hotel was absolutely beautiful and fantastic location. the roof terraces were a gorgeous peaceful oasis that you could retreat to after the busy Medina.
We had an issue where our lights went out in the room after a storm twice (2 storms). The hotel did their best to fix the issue, gave us a new room in the end and we were offered a complimentary dinner in the hotel which was absolutely delicious. The wifi was awful but it was awful in all of Marrakech.
- Aboubacar (10/5): Welcoming, cleanness, nice food… - Beautiful
- Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were incredible, thoughtful, and very responsive. They made our weekend stay magical and a time to remember. The property was beautiful and very well situated to the medina. We will definitely be visiting again!
- Tawfiq (8/5): Very good - Traditional and prodigal place. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was average. Room was not that bright.
- Simone (7/5): Rough start but great stay in the end - Good location, suite is nice and spacious, dinner was marvellous! The hotel was supposed to arrange for a taxi from the airport, which didn’t show up and hotel couldn’t be reached (in the end compensated for with a dinner at the hotel). Once arrived at the hotel, we were directed to our room by someone who didn’t speak English, there was no WiFi. Our suite had a glass see-through door (which we could lock), but the wooden doors couldn’t be locked (and hence it felt a little weird that everyone could just look into our room), so the arrival was a bit harsh. The day after Aurelien showed us around and bought a local SIM card for us on our request. He was super nice and this made the whole experience a lot better! Thanks again!
- Monica (10/5): It was like entering a small palace. Very comfortable room. Really clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. Lovely views - Good location
Helpful staff Nothing
- Niels (8/5): Very good - Beautiful historic features and rooms
Staff very accommodating
Nice maroccan breakfast
Located really close to very nice restaurants like Bazaar cafe Family room pictures are not the reality..but we got different rooms after comments
Pool is small and not heated. Too cold in winter
Dinner and drink prices too high
- Ivonne (10/5): Amazing - Very nice decoration Moroccan style throughout the hotel and each room is decorated in different style.
Restaurant rooftop and inside are nicely decorated I liked everything
- Dan (8/5): Very good -
- Dave (8/5): Very good -
- Christoff (5/5): Passable -
